The drivers are very nice and are careful. They slow down or avoid bumps in the roads. They are always on time. The vehicles are in good condition and are always clean inside.I have never had any trouble scheduling a ride or getting picked up after the appointment.

They always answered the phone and were polite. Showed up on time and took care of everything. Only place I could find that did Gurney transport. Again they made the whole experience hassle-free.My only negative would be that my insurance wouldnt cover the cost, so it was out of pocket for us. But that isnt their fault.Im honestly surprised they dont have a better rating. I would do business with them again.

No standard car for transport Gurney and No LADOT sign or permit on the carillegal transportation
