Mark did a great job and took extra care of our vinyl siding. We had some mildew in the back where we don’t get much sunshine and we had oxidation on the sunny sides. Our dog got ahold of a sunscreen bottle and it burst leaving sunscreen on our brick. Mark sprayed it off for me without hesitation. Highly recommend!

Mark, owner of Simply Softwash, is a pleasure to work with. They did a great job! There were a couple of places they need to come back and address because of some miscommunication, so they didn’t bring the specific product to clean those areas, but this was no problem at all. They are returning, soon, to do our neighbors’ house and assured us they will take care of those areas at that time. Our white house is white again! Years ago, we had a company pressure wash our house (using high pressure) and we were told they wouldn’t be able to get the “tiger striping” (mole) off of our white gutters. No problem for Mark & Sumply Softwash, and they don’t even use high pressure! We are completely happy with their process, appreciate their fair pricing, and look forward to having them back in the spring, before we paint. I have no hesitation recommending them!

Simply Softwash cleaned our large driveway and an outside awning that were both heavily stained with mildew. The process cleaned everything quite well without damage to our landscaping. The operator was courteous, on time, and very efficient. The job was done in only about 2 hours when standard pressure washing took 2 or 3 time that in the past. The cost was comparable to pressure washing but is a better overall value.
