I have lived in Antelope Acres for eight years and the service has been great throughout these years. A couple of weeks ago my blue waist can was not emptied and the Recycle truck driver Jerry Holmes told me he would take care of it for me and it was emptied that day. I think all of the drivers in my area do a great job.

I have contacted them about getting service and they have yet to bring my trash can. They have incorrectly noted my address wrong once and the other time delivered somewhere else. When I spoke to the supervisor she gave me the same script the others agents have given me with no solution to this problem. This place is trash! Helpful for people Kern county If you go to your local dump and show your CA ID then you can unload trash for free it a hassle but it’s better then to have not deal with these mentally delay people working at this establishment.

Drivers wont get out and put trash back in the can thats fallen out after its been loaded onto the truck. Even if you chase them with said item. They wont slow down. These people charge 50 bucks per month and keep raising the rates with no improvement in service and complete jerks for employees.

Don’t pick up on scheduled pick up date. Sometimes it takes 2 to 3 days for pick up. One time, the trash truck dumped my trash along with the bin and kept driver away. Had to call the office to get a new trash bin. Received mail notification with my address but wrong name saying our recycling date will be changed. Called office about it and they have no idea who the name was with my address or moving the recycling date🤦‍♀️ Not pleased with their service.

I live in Rosamond, Ca and the service is awful. Their inconsistent and unreliable for their trash service. They often dont pick up the trash for our entire block with no explanations or emails. Customer service is useless, calling them is a waste of time. Spoke with Jessica today and got no assistance whatsoever on the missed pick up today. I was told to call back tomorrow. Our service is for Tuesdays not Wednesdays. There’s no holiday to impede or interrupt service they just dont show up. I’d never recommend Waste Management to anyone.

Very poor and unreliable trash service, all while your rates keep increasing. Even after getting the Better Business Bureau involved and supposedly having several managers involved and monitoring my own and neighborhoods problems, nothing has gotten any better. They are behind in getting repaired / replacement cans out to you when needed. There is a 4 month delay in getting mattresses picked up. No wonder there is so much trash dumped around in rural areas.

Worst experience of my 10 years being in The Hauling business. I’ve gone to so many Landfills all over LA county and have never had such a bad experience. I ask the blonde lady in the scale window (Didn’t get her Name looks to be in her mid 40s idk ) if what is acceptable to Dump and do they take certain items, she had an attitude when I was being polite if you don’t like your job then why bother coming to work why give attitude to a paying customers since I’m not the only one complaining over employees on here also Im paying to Dispose of all the trash I had on my trailer .Just respect others and don’t treat people like that idk but I always read reviews and I had my doubts about Lancaster Landfill since it has horrible reviews. I gave it a chance this time but will not return again It’ll be last place I go if I have too. Disappointed 💯

The driver for the main trash is always never picking up my trash and tells me straight to my face he doesnt feel like it. When i call to get my issues resolved multiple times nothing ever happens. If waste management was not the only company in lancaster i would merrily go to another company

I like the service when I can get my trash cans out.I am disabled in a wheelchair. I can’t take my trash cans in and out. I need to rely on someone to take them in and out for me. The trash cans are toolarge for a Senior. I usually have only one bag a week.

They are terrible . Messy . Skip service. Allow extra bags and a small trash can but never pick up . Or if they do take small trash can I purchased. Driver drops trash and leaves it . This company and service is horrible

Wasteman wants another 3.5% rate increase and yet they cannot seem to get the trash picked up on a non holiday week. My rubbish sits out there past 8:30 PM and a few weeks ago it was the recycle. And no choice in service. Pathetic. I call on the public to start paying their bills late. If the service is late pay them late. Then refuse to pay penalties. Thats my rant and my 2 cents

Very unprofessional. Spoke to the snap shot department and my call was dropped twice. There was no phone call back? Courtney a Superviser was not competent enough to realize the problem in our neighborhood where ppl are dumping trash illegally. Picking locks to excess the trash. No fault on my side. Nothing that I can control in a pandemic 😷. Shame on you Waste Managment for trying to collect bogus trash overage charges.The sheriff does not care and the city of Lancaster could care even less.

You have terrible customer service.The truck driver is horrible not even a smile when he sees me outside.I wish there was somebody else.Benz was great cheaper price and very friendly.WM charges for everything.When I’d lived in Palmdale we had more opportunities no wonder Littlerock is trashy people can’t afford to pay all that expensive money.We don’t have a trick either to go n throw away trash.We deserve to throw a load at our own home.I Dislike WM 💯

I went to the Dump in Lancaster CA, where I waited on average 10-15minutes per a vehicle to get to the scales, where I watched the poor lady at the counter have to type a novel to just get to my voucher and then weigh me in. This was frustrating but the part that was more frustrating was watching two of her co-workers in the background joking around while the poor lady at the front worked both sides of the scale (in and out). I then dumped my load in about five minutes (dump trailer) came back to the exit side and promptly weighted another hour and twenty minutes. The process needs to be improved to get people on the scale and in to dump. As well as two windows are needed to process people in and out. I had to make one more trip yesterday so two days in a row and it was worst on Tuesday... HELP this is why people are dumping in the desert it is expensive and takes hours to simple take items to the dump... Please make the change!!!!!!!!!

Cost and inconvenience are the prohibiting factors for going there. Its way easier for people to use the non busy surface streets of Lancaster and Palmdale to dump their couch, tv, mattress etc. because its free and easy. They close at 3:30 weekdays and noon on Saturday this leaves almost no time for the normal working man to go. Its BS like most California things.

This is the worst company to deal with in Lancaster, the have a monopoly and you are forced to deal with them! They say to leave items outside so they can pick them up and the they refuse to pick it up because it’s not bundled. What a crock of s 10 scrap 2 by 4 is too much for you to throw in your truck and your pathetic drivers throw a fit. Then you say you can come back 20 days later? This company could care less about the environment or its customers! They don’t even tell you to bundle the items. This company will probably reply with how sorry they are or some other empty meaningless statement. If I had a choice I would not do any business with waste management.

Now I know why there is so much garbage on the streets of Lancaster. Going to the dump is a non starter. It just takes too long to get thru the gate. Something must change otherwise people will just dump their trash on the road. Its ridiculous.

Horrible customer service. In 2014 I request the service they told me I was going to pay $96 then my bill come $160. So I cancelled the service. Then I got the service with Benz sanitation very good. But waste management buy it the first thing they raise my bill. Im very unhappy with this company. Does anybody know another company that serves Lancaster area. Please let me know

Avoid coming here as much as possible, the worst company that we shouldnt be forced to deal with. Absolutely no compassion for you and the environment. Were forced to pay premium prices when they just put it straight into to ground without a care, could be hazardous, radioactive, toxic, and even dead bodies that they would have a clue to all they care is if it is legal which it shouldnt be. If they recycled and sorted it, I bet would be a lot better for everyone. But no just keep pumping tons of recyclable materials in the ground and wait for it to fill up... terrible idea. Im a local Contractor who is worried about the environment and our future, but with these guys standing in the way it is impossible to dump my trash and have it sorted for recyclable material. I had to stop coming here and have my company get some dumpsters, because the dumb lady in the field told me to park on side of cones where theyre company dump truck came two feet next to me and unloaded trash debris and dust covered me my helper and my truck did they offer to give me a free dump no a car wash no not even a supervisor was available. I hate these guys and it kills me to give them my hard earned money to continue to hurt the environment. Please law makers lets do something about this.

Horrible customer service. Last week The lady that comes and picks up our trash is so rude. I was inside my house and from inside my home I can hear her cursing F*** this and I am not doing this S*** and kept going... so I walk outside and she looks at me all mad like this was not placed properly so I am not taking it. We told her we spoke to the lady on the phone place the order & all she said was place the cardboard on the curb to be pick up then she tell me well its not tied up refusing to take cardboard. So we told her that we would be contacting WM for not giving us the correct information and upsetting others, amazing how with all her attitude still cursing she took it.Now this week I come home from work... guess what I find. Trash was thrown on my lawn my trash cans are thrown & broken I guess they just throw them rough enough where it breaks. This lady needs to move to another department or quit because she is making difficult on us and she is making it difficult on herself as well. Will be reporting this to head quarters.

Called to request a new trash can. They told me it would be here last Friday. They never came by. When I called them about this matter. I just informed that they were calling me today, rather than calling me on Friday to let me know. I contacted the company the following Friday. They verified that they would be coming this Friday. Friday came, and went, they were a no show. So I have to now wait 3 weeks to get a new trash can? NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!

Is obvious this company has no respect for their costumers, second time they take my trash can and say they will bring one a week later! Also they tell me to leave my trash bags outside my home on the street so they can come and pick it up a week later so street animals, or rats can open the bags and make a bigger mess in my neighborhood! What a bunch of none sense!! Very upsetting never ever had this kind of issues in other states, but if you scroll down you would read that this a commun problem with them! I spoke with a supervisor who would not give me a sooner solution even though we pay on time our bill. They are a no help at all! And I pray I get my trash can on the day they mention since I read also they take 2 weeks to deliver one.

In regards to refuse disposal, at both the house I used to rent in Lancaster, as well as the one in which I currently reside, I have never had a problem with their service or quality. They have always been consistent, and I appreciate the fact that they do take and utilize the waste in a manner which is roughly the most sustainable method of disposal by terraforming the landscape, but not out of place for the local ecosphere. They keep the grounds around the dump very clean also. Keep doing the best you can with it until we come up with a better solution.

Unfortunately their driver likes to refuse to do their job. Will the driver pickup my trash this week? Who knows, because I never do. The driver will lie on paperwork saying it was picked up, or that weather or something else preventing them from picking it up, despite the houses down the street being picked up. They are charging for services not rendered, and I am keep track of instances. I am just tired of the ridiculousness. Fix it Waste Management, any other worker at any other job would be fired already.

They pick up what they want to pick up, including your cans, if they dont break them or leave trash all over the street. I used to think they had great customer service until today when I got ahold of the 2 most ignorant women in the world. Now they charge $3 a piece for extra bags, but if you have a big family, your trash does not fit in the can and they want to charge a whole fee for another...I wish they didnt have a monopoly on the area. I would get another service for sure!!!

I am in another fight with waste management. Their trash man came along knocked over my trash can while trying to dump it. He picked it up took a picture to show it was full of trash not recycling. I admit there was a few items that I discovered should not of been I there. (I removed those items) Then he proceeded to pick up what he felt like and then kicked the rest to the curb. I have a security camera that captured all of this. I called the waste management rep told her they missed the trash pick up. She then started to argue with me how paper bags and plastic is not recycling and how all of it is full of trash. She then got even more rude when I told her she it was not. She then told me this is all my fault and there will be no pick up until next week and said I was a lier. I emailed corporate and they told me send the video. The video is 19 mb and their email keeps telling me its to big and needs to be smaller than 20 mb. I emailed it 3 times to no prevail. Making it any small will just be blurry and you wont be able to see anything. (Maybe that is what they want?) I am now going to city hall and I going to yell at them and make then do something.March 2018 (below)The customer service suck. They lie to you every time you call them, I have been calling them for over a month now about replacing my blue trash bin. They have not replaced it. They keep lying to me and saying it will be done on your next scheduled pick up day. They wont give me a way to complain to management. If I ask they just lie to me or hang up on me. I wish Lancaster would get rid of them and get a company that believes in customer service.

Dealing with these people is a nightmare. When I first moved here they totally screwed up my account and used my neighbors address (they didnt catch their address ALREADY HAD SERVICE) and, finally three weeks later and trash building up (rotting food in JULY TEMPERATURES) I dealt with the supervisor nammed AJ, who finally straightened it out for me. I continue to make my payments and then they interrupt my service because of a $25 set up fee assessed on the account, I wasnt aware of. No problem right? I can add $25 to my next bill, and alls well? No, they refused to collect my trash, mind you ONLY the trash, the green and gray tubs were collected, but the blue trash bin was missed. I had to cancel my check through my bank bill pay, go online and make my payment, and they STILL wouldnt come out until the following week. Awesome customer service to someone who paid their bill faithfully for several years O_o. FAIL!!!

Got a bill from collections today for waste management and it was a total surprise. Turns out someone I lived with used my info to get services at the house without me being aware. Had him pay the bill but there should be a process where they check ID or something to sign up. They need to make sure the person getting the service is really the person.....not ok.

They did not pick up the trash on the scheduled day, (Thursday), when talking to customer service they said they would do it on Monday, they did not pass, on Tuesday they were called back they said they had reported that they passed on Monday, they do not verify those reports, the Office people are believing everything their drivers say, that a truck does not pick up can be worth as a simple mistake, but not both.
