Having bought a bed for an elderly vulnerable adult which arrived with an incorrect part I have had to fight daily for the part to arrive. This has now been over a week and the person has been sleeping on the floor being in constant pain. The part has still not arrived and customer service doesn’t seem to care. It has been frustrating and if I could have given no stars I would. Their quality control should be improved then this would not have happened. When trying to work with Wayfair customer service I found them to be very unhelpful and uncaring. They tried to make the fact that the missing part was somehow my fault rather than accepting blame. The fact that there is no complaints team and managers are all conveniently away is highly suspicious. There is no one to hold them accountable and no way to make or elevate complaints meaning no one regulates them. It appears they pick and choose good reviews for their website.
Spend 10 minutes to get the girl open the gate to get in the same to get out !Have a phone to check in but never answers !Check in is around the back once you get in .Then tell you where the trailer is supposed to be and its not there .Go back to office stand in line again then get right spot !Drop and hook !😡😡😡😡👎
Wayfair doesn’t inform their customers on automatically take money from an account not listed in payment options.I was trying to place an order on Wayfair and when I went to check out it automatically said thank you for your payment, a payment that I never supplied any payment information. So I checked the account payment setting there was no card on file or no PayPal as a payment option on file so where did they get the money the total was $2400 which I was trying to use my credit card but it never ask me for a payment option. Well low and behold the money automatically came out of PayPal without my agreement, this may have been an option i used in the past but wasn’t the option I wanted to use now. They never gave me an option to pay other methods. They took out of an account that didn’t have the funds. PayPal also should have prevented the transaction After all wasn’t PayPal principal was to prevent customers for vendor fraud. Well now it seems as if they are siding for the vendor and not for the consumer. Wayfair and PayPal both failed me.
Decent work for people who aren’t lazy
Don’t ever make the mistake of buying from Wayfair. My order took three(3) months and it is still not completely delivered. I asked them to return their product if they cannot deliver all items. They scheduled a pick up on Saturday from 1-5pm but nobody showed up. When I called, the customer service was rude and giving me drivers numbers to contact them and ask if they can pick the stuff up or not..... very frustrating. Please please please don’t buy anything from Wayfair
Dont usually do reviews but had to this one time. I admit to not complying with their attendance guidelines & being late which led to them having to let me go. Ok cool . But truthfully speaking me & the VP (JOHN) involve know it was never about my attendance. Its simply because I wasnt a YES man to everything he ALWAYS had to say to me. Not to mention how he says it or what he says. He will do everything in his power to get rid of you. He doesnt care about work ethic, or the effort you bring to the team & lacks understanding. If its not his way its the high way, He doesnt like black/brown skin but of course going to act innocently. Hes another white guy abusing the little power people give him. Advise not applying because he will definitely test how far he can push your limits just to get rid of you.

Its not a bad place to load make sure you have two load straps to leave with your empty... Its usually a pre loaded trailer thats ready to roll except you need to make sure that the seal that they give you is the one on your paperwork and that they all actually match because the office staff doesnt like to verify and then wants you to change it yourself... then wants to get mad at the driver for them not having the seal correct
Good employees, nice & professional. Will help a truck driver anyway they can. Love hauling their freight.

Terrible customer service. I completely understand delays due to Covid. My issue is the lack of information about tracking. I can’t determine where the package is or when it’s expected delivery. When asked customer service the response was when we figure it out we will email you. My account info says expect to hear something by the 14th yet it’s the 20th and you don’t know where it is? At the very least update your own information. I didn’t have this issue with any other online retail competitors.
I bought a bed thru them and it was supposed to be plush which it wasn’t. Well I call Wayfair set up a time to come get it because it was a 100 day trial. the First Lady I talked to said it would take 3 to 5 days to get my refund. Thursday two days after they came and got the bed I called just to check and the lady said yes u should have it in 3-5 business days the latest being Monday (today). Wasn’t in my account today. Called back and waited on hold for 59 minutes. The lady said how sorry she was it wasn’t in there yet and she would put a rush on it and it would be in there in a few hours. It wasn’t by the time my bank closed. called back and was on hold for 1 hour and 41 minutes. The lady I talk to said I don’t know why the other lady told u that and it was just put in today to be refunded so it will be 3-5 days from today! I lost it told her I wanted someone higher up. I get Annette on the phone and she tells me that there is nothing she can do it will be three more days I have to wait for my money. So I said u guys messed up and I have to wait for my money even longer. So she said well I will give u a WHOLE 10% discount on anything in their store! WOW. Just plain WOW. U can’t get my money to me any faster even though it was ur mess up and all u can do for me is a lousy 10% discount...that’s pathetic! I may get my money on Thursday now. I don’t care how cheaper they r I will never buy from them again and I wanted to make sure everyone knew what might happen to them if they have to return anything from them.
Recently I purchased a desk top and while putting it up the product had a wrong part which made my product useless

Otr drivers..Best to go to West Dr to get to Warfair. Drop n hook. Stop at the gate and use the call box to talk to shipping clerk. Drop loaded trailer in assigned spot# informed by the shipping clerk. Slide the tandems to the rear. Go to the shipping office at the back of the building to check in. Provide paperwork and get a copy. Pick up empty trailer in assigned#. Exit gate and use call box to let the shipping clerk know if the empty trailer is empty.
They tell you it’s a 2 day shipping and for my last 4 orders the don’t ship until like after one while week. Ordered an office chair it came damaged I decided to purchase a new one then return the damage one because their delivery time has been so long and guess what I order over 7 days now and it’s still not shipped.

Ordered an office chair that was too small. Now I am being charged $35 to return it. If you are going to sell furniture online you have to take returns back at no cost to customer. The first time you see and experience the furniture is in your home. Which is different if I get to actually see, touch and sit on furniture prior to buying. Do not buy from Wayfair.

What a complete joke, the phone number is wrong it goes to customer service. Apparently they dont want their 38,000 of furniture to deliver because I cant get anyone to set an appt or even tell me if this place is FCFS. Im sure if I just send someone in they will make him wait a week for delivering without an appt. Then I will have to charge my customer layovers.. then I will lose my customer... then I will continue to be broke because warehouses like this cant answer the damn phone.
