My office has contracted Work Wisdom for several work trainings and team-building activities. Kedren and Sarah are both amazing facilitators. They are very warm and supportive and provide really dynamic and useful trainings, which are tailored for the audience. Before we found Work Wisdom, we definitely experienced some facilitators who either werent engaging or werent able to adapt the presentation to the audience and basically followed a script, rather than adjusting if they werent providing what we needed or wanted. Work Wisdom both clarifies in advance what we are seeking in the training/activity, then adapts and adjusts as we move through the activity to ensure we have an experience optimized for our organization. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone interested in them and we would definitely use them again (In fact, we have already contracted them to do two more trainings for our department).
