Great group of people that get ya in and out. Ask for your tires to be checked though if you want it done. The price is reasonable and they send you coupons too! Definitely recommend them!

The gentlemen were very quick, professional and took care of our oil change. They got to work immediately and when done made sure to double check each other’s work and went over a step by step check to ensure things were done right.

I love this place. I bring all my vehicles here for oil changes. They are young but awesome. I just had a oil change in my truck. The guy said there was a small transmission leak around the gaskets. Told my husband to come on down so he could show him. Thanks to that we took our truck to the dealer ship for repair. It falls under our warranty. I will pay 80.00 for a oil change any day as long as it is them. Thanks guys😜.

Austin is a very knowledgeable, professional and courteous individual as well as his coworkers. He offered me a discount on the oil change and the whisper blades they replaced because another person came in with a coupon. All I said was I wish I had a coupon. I’ll be back and I’ll recommend this location.

I got an oil change and about 2 days later my jeep started making a ticking noise. Took it to a mechanic they couldnt diagnose it because there was no check engine light on, but the oil was dripping like water. So I ended up taking it to the Dodge dealership, my oil filter had not been changed it had dirt in it and they didnt put enough oil in it to go through the engine. It costed me over $200.00 dollars to fix my jeep. Will not be returning to them.

I have been going there for about 5 years. They are always fast and they are professional. I also dont feel they are trying to upsell me. They only point out things that I already knew needed replacing. I know cars and appreciate that they dont mention things that are not needing to be replaced.

I had a 2006 chevy duramax and they charged me $103 for a oil change and they said it would take 10mis and it took 30mis. The couldnt find the oil filter I had to show them. The place was a joke

Two issues in 2 years and services marked on my invoice that were not performed is inexcusable….$62 for a basic oil change is ridiculous….over 60 senior citizen who should have received a 25% discount for Tuesday services….no way to get my money back unless I go back for service again at 1/2 price….just unhappy with this entire situation….

I went there and got an oil change. The guy told me while I was in line the amount for the kind of oil my car use would be $74.99. Okay cool that’s fine. Well after being serviced I was told the total amount was $145. So with me questioning what all I was being charged for because yes my car which is a Lexus uses o20 synthetic oil the price still didn’t add up to what they were saying it was. I was once told I got a new air filter which I didn’t then he said my car uses a special filter... never heard of that before. After they got there communication right it ended up being $100.45. Once I received my receipt one of the workers changed the letters in my name from ordessia to ordeffie.. this was the most unprofessional and childish service I received in my life. I didn’t think it was funny at all in fact it was insensitive. This was bad for business all the way around. I understand people make mistakes but to me this was a very indirect way of showing who you really are as a person

Indicated they checked both air filters and they were OK. In reality both were as dirty as can be. Engine air filter actually had leaves in the compartment.

They do subpar work. They did an oil change and that was the extent. They did not ask me any questions about any other services, they did not check out anything on my car. Considering it was my first time there I expected them to be more thorough and ask questions to see if I was interested in more than an oil change. In previous experience (at Valvoline, which I mistook them as being a part of) they check all aspects of my vehicle whenever I would go in for an oil change. I mistakenly expected the same from this place.

These guys are quick and courteous. I have been doing business with Strickland Brothers for several years. Sometimes they are busy and it takea a bit but for the most part..getting an oil change with these guys is still quicker than doing to a dealership. The price is reasonable too. When you visit these hard working guys...they top off fluids, change oil and filter, check tire tread depth/fill to level if needed, check wipers and air filter. They let you know if they see something that needs attention. Yesterday they were short staffed and busy..while I had to stay in my Truck...these guys still got to us and finished in less than 30 minutes. Usually the visit is 10 minutes or less, but under the circumstances I understand. I still give them 4 stars. Great work guys. 😊

It was my first time going here, I went in for an oil change, tire rotation and got a complimentary car wash. The prices really aren’t that bad compared to a lot of other spots in Lancaster. I enjoyed my time being there, they checked my washer fluid and made sure my wipers were good and they also checked my filter. While rotating my tires, they surely made me laugh and answered any questions I had. I love the way they engage with each other and show professionalism!

The only place in town that will change my oil due to having a foreign car. They do great work and are pretty quick about it. Also, they give a printout of everything they did/checked.

When I pulled up I was greeted with a friendly smile and a great attitude. The prices were very negotiable and affordable. I was told to pull Into a bay and before I knew it, I was done. It literally took them 10mins to get everything done and I was ready to go. My car hasn’t had an oil changed in 2 months but she drives perfect. I recommend anyone to go! Oh yea! The free car wash that’s included! LOVE IT!!!!

They did a great job with the oil change, very quick and efficient. The only drawback was they never checked the mileage on my vehicle. When I got my receipt, it showed my mileage as 24,000 less than I actually had and I never received a reminder sticker.

Went for my first time yesterday and i’m impressed! i was looking for a drive thru oil change since i had my two kids with me and it was way overdue. didn’t have to wait long, and the two men i worked with were awesome! explained everything to me, didn’t try to tell me a million other things were wrong, and one of them even taught me something new about my car that i’ve had almost three years. definitely recommend and will be back!

There was only one car ahead of me and one worker visible. However, the young man was quick to make contact, get me, inform me that his partner was downstairs, and assured me that is be helped promptly. My oil and air filter was changed in less than 30 minutes while I socially distances myself inside my car. The manager came out and informed me of a local place to have some a/c work performed (as I had asked a question about it when I first arrived). Im thankful that he was knowledgeable and willing to assist instead of the we dont do that.I will definitely recommend and will continue to receive service at this location.

Rushed out of the place. Takes a lot longer to drain all the oil out of a v8 engine. No tire pressure check. Not worth your buck anymore. Too many shortcuts for what I pay.

I went in to get my oil changed one morning on the way to work. The service techs were friendly and got me in and out quickly. The only down side is that my windshield wiper fluid was not topped off, even though on the checklist print out it stated that it was. I didnt notice till after I had driven away and didnt have time to go back then. Other than that - a great overall experience!

The people at Strickland Brothers were so nice.!! They changed everything that needed to be changed and fixed two things that hadn’t even been changed since I had the car. I had always taken mine to Fast Lube On Springdale Road but I will never go back to Fast Lube again. The two filters that Strickland Brothers changed Fast Lube had never checked or changed those filters..!! And I had been going to them since I bought the car that I had.. I really do appreciate how nice they were and what all they did to my car to fix it..!! Thank y’all so much and I highly recommend y’all to everyone.!!!

Fantastic place to get your oil change. You can stay in your car as they change the oil and get it done fast.

The techs are very polite and ask questions about your vehicle. They offer suggestions on maintenance but dont push you to buy. The service is quick. My car was done very quickly and I get a free car wash next door.

I went there to get my oil changed close to closing time. The staff was awesome about it, and even kept me laughing from the time I got there until I was done. They are super fast and friendly, and took the time to explain everything they were doing before they did it. And before I forget to mention, the value for your buck is great!!!! NOT ONLY did I get my oil changed, fluids top off AND an engine reading, but they threw in a complimentary car wash too!!!! Will DEFINITELY be going to them from now on.....thanks again guys!!!!!!!

I took my daughter’s car to Walmart for an oil change, only to find out it would be an hour and a half wait until they could even take the car. Not to mention the fifteen minutes I waited on line to be helped. 🙄 So, I decided to try out this place. The staff were so nice and friendly and took my car right away. I was in and out in pretty much the 10 minutes that they advertised!! The price was a little more than the Ford dealerships I have used, but it was quick, convenient, and I got a free car wash with the purchase. I will definitely be a returning customer!

I regret to say my last visit was uncomfortable and a disappointment at best! It was certainly not the level of service I am used to receiving there. Thankfully, James help make an uncomfortable experience better!

Oil service. The guy running the place talked too much. Just wanted conventional 5-20 oil in my 2004 Mazda B2300 truck, had to listen about this and that oil. Really not interested. Many,many oil/filter changes on this vehicle. Just get it done and Ill be on my way. Cost not so great either.
