I attend t wo of the web meetings to get the info forv my business security needs but when i contact their email VIZPIN doesnt email me. I wanted to buy your system

We installed a Vizpin reader on our office front door over a year ago. The installation took 10 minutes and was very simple. The system works great. Now I dont have to carry a set of additional office keys to enter, as I always have my phone with me. When an employee quits or gets terminated it takes 1 minute to log on and lock them out of the building.

Im a business owner, also a customer that uses a lot of security solutions. This is the worst one Ive ever used. As a customer, Ive used their Android app for about 4 months (maybe two or three times per week). First of all, it was super painful to setup. Should not be that difficult. Trying to use this, I find that it takes about 10-15 seconds for it to figure out whether to let me in when I use the app...way too long. Then the worst part comes. I feel like Im pulling the arm on a slot machine. *Most* of the time it then lets me in, however, about 3 or 4 times over the past 4 months it wont let me in. Twice it said that it couldnt access the server and that I needed to check my data connection...but my phone is just FINE. Just today I tried to use it and it kept saying, You have no VIZpin keys - Contact your Building Manager for access...which I did. He couldnt help me either. Turns out THEIR servers are down. When is it okay to get into a building 90-95% of the time? Its a horribly frustrating success (failure) rate. Using this app shouldnt be like pulling the arm on a slot machine...hoping you get in. It has been miserable to not gain access and it has wasted a ton of my time. If youre a serious business owner, I would suggest you spend another $500 and go to a more reliable/expensive solution. It doesnt matter how cheap this is, its a piece of junk.

Great solution for access control. This system is so easy to use and program. My customers never have any trouble. It just works. This is also very straight forward to install. I have installed these systems on many gyms. This gives the ability to have 24 hour access and not have to staff the gym. This is a cost savings over having to pay an employee to sit there all day. Covid 19 has hurt many gym membership totals. This has allowed them to stay in business until things get better.

Vizpin support after we installed the system has been outstanding. Any time I had a question or problem with the management of keys or using the website I received quick, helpful and knowledgeable response. I went a bit out on a limb to purchase Vizpin for our HOA poolhouse and the support has made me feel that we bought the right system.

Love having access control on my phone and never having to remember or carry around an extra card or FOB.
