We are so impressed with Landis & Associates!!! We were worried about all the different aspects of our taxes this year (2020) with the pandemic including unemployment, stimulus checks and starting a new business. They made it super easy to get all the paperwork to them and all our questions were answered in detail. All done via a secure website and email. We knew nothing about Landis & Associates when we called them but we took a chance. We are so happy we did. Knowledgable, professional and timely. Our taxes were submitted on a Monday to the IRS and by that Friday of the same week, we had our refund. Talked to Rich once on the phone where he agreed to do our taxes for this year and ammend our 2018 taxes. Told me they would email me shortly to get more information. He hung up and I never heard anything from anybody ever again. I sent a follow-up email which went totally ignored. Great place if you want nothing to get done and to pay late filing fees.

People are nice but service is below average. Gail had all required paperwork but said she did not. Made an appointment with her and all the paperwork required was in my file. Portal would be nice if it worked on my laptop which it does not. Not a huge deal gave them my email that I wanted to use multiple times still never receive updates. I would not recommend them to anyone or use them again. Top rates for below average service.

Absolutely stellar service!I am a new business owner. My priorities were a good accountant and a good medical lawyer. I did not care about the expense as these are the two parts of business that are unforgiving. I did what everyone does and looked at the top rated reviews and found Landis and Associates.I believe if a service is more expensive than others, you should receive above exceptional service. Landis and Associates delivered just that. They provide you a sense of calmness in an area where lingo and accountant jargon confuses me. I never guessed on which form to fill out or what the status of my taxes were. I was setup with quickbooks and receipt bank the first day of business and have been using it ever since.The one mistake businesses make is think they can handle money in/money out. Let me tell you, you cant. Leave it up to these experts to figure it out. I have no doubt my tax form is more secured than fort knoxs.And I can stop there with quality of service, but I would be missing the level of professionalism that this company portrays. First day I met Rich I learned so much about the complicating world of accounting, and then we just talked for half an hour about the world and life. I felt so comfortable the first day. They send out a form to help me put together all necessary information and then I get a CD with all my tax info. They are great to work with concerning my finances.
