I gave this place 3 stars because the ladies were nice, I got a massage, and I got my hair shampooed. But only 3 stars because when I got home I still had hair on me, my hair line was crooked, and my little brother still had hair on him too. So If the ladies were to slow down and take their time cutting hair I believe they could do better on people. I just feel like we was rushed out.

Super appreciate the online check-in so I can get other things done and limit my in store wait time to a few minutes. Service and quality are top notch and the prices are very fair.

Everything is amazing here! I know Im not the common clientele as most who go there are men, but I appreciate that they dont bat an eye that a woman can walk in and ask for a nice, short buzz cut and fun spiky style. I enjoy the gentle scalp massage or a hot towel and how great the girls are at helping you get your exact look. They arent too pushy about upselling and are very helpful. They clearly pay attention to every important detail and its greatly appreciated.I also was impressed with how clean everything is being kept, sanitizing between everything and everyone properly masked. Its clear you are all taking the precautions necessary to be safe during a pandemic and that is a huge seller for me. You definitely get more than great service for what I feel is a really great price!

I love that its a blend of a barbershop and chain hair salon that creates a comfortable atmosphere for both genders and caters to short hairstyles. The extra perks like massage, hot towel, etc are awesome bonuses without breaking the bank.The staff is also nothing but amazing, friendly, that really listen to the request and deliver awesome service.

This time was bad! The person who cut my hair had the clippers off and on my head like they were on a roller coaster. I have thin hair and missing spots really shows! Most where they missed was the back of my head where I didnt see. I thought I really like sport clips, now I might go back to smartstyle.

This is the second time in a row this has happened to me where I show up on time and they take somebody else ahead of me. This time I waited in the parking lot until I got the text message to come into the store because they dont want too many people in the store. I came in 4 minutes before my estimated arrival time and they told me I was late and they gave my spot away and Id have to wait 30 more minutes. This happened last time and I had to wait an hour. The two stylists I usually see are great, but not coming back. The lady at the front kept telling me I was late when I showed her my screen saying my appointments still not for a few more minutes and she just blew me off.

Just got my haircut there 30 minutes ago. The lady who caught my hair Sounded and was Visibly intoxicated. She continuously slurred her words and had to read my ticket several times because I could not understand her slurring. Any other time I have been there it has always been scissors on top and 4 on the sides. She goes a 4 isnt doing much so she switched to a 3 and did my entire head at a 3. Did not trim around my ears or neck, missed several spots as well. It literally took 3 minutes for her to attempt to cut my hair. Than at the register she couldnt figure out how to ring me up and kept tapping the screen until a CO worker came and took care of it instantaneously. I just pay $22 to do something I could have attempted to do at home and probably have done a better job with my face clippers I have here. This was an interesting experience and will make me question coming back here again in the future. Very unprofessional and I am bit one to write poor reviews.

I’m the mom, of a kid who hates having to get a hair cut. (Worse than the dentist)🤷🏼‍♀️ My son always gets a great cut and has even started being chatty w the girls! And the online checkin is amazing!! If people don’t use that, they’re crazy!

Got my haircut messed up from another salon and went to sports clips within an hour. The girl I got from sport clips was on point. Not only did she fix my haircut that resembled janet renos haircut from the 90s, but she transformed my haircut back into a mans haircut! She knew how to fade, add the line I wanted into my cut, and she fixed the back neck line of bad cut! I wish I could remember her name but she was selection or section 4 on the first side. Not only did she help me but while I waited I watched as all the ladies that working there at the time were giving great customer service and amazing haircuts across the board. If your on the fence as to go here or not....DO IT! The staff here is professional and all have attention to detail!

Waited 20 mins past my check in time, then someone that got there after me was called next. Whats the point of a check in time if youre gonna make me wait 45 mins. Wont be back again.

Great place. The space is always well kept and the staff is very friendly. They always try to strike a conversation about your day which is a nice touch. I like that the whole staff does cut your hair the way you specify and the same way which makes it easier since you can book with anyone instead of waiting for a specific staff to be open.

Stylists are always very friendly and give a good haircut. Go for the MVP package, you wont be disappointed

My person was on cocaine cutting my hair. She was talking fast, scratching her nose, and he eyes be black and dead. The employee continuously struck my head with the comb and scratched my scalp with incorrect amount of force. I had long hair and wanted to keep it. I told her I was red to keep it and then she proceeded to cut I short. This place is aweful. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Wait time was originally 80 minutes. Whenever one custer paid and left, it took up to 13 minutes to get the next customer in the seat. At one point, 4 customers finished at once, and for 20 minutes only 1 stylist was cutting.

I generally find things that overtly reinforce gender stereotypes pretty cringey so I had very low expectations for a sports themed haircut place. I never would have stepped foot in Sport Clips but I was in town for a wedding and this was the only haircut place in the area that I knew about. Of course I found the decor completely obnoxious but that ended up being my only complaint. The check in process was super easy. My stylist, Kaylee, was incredibly friendly. She listened to me well regarding what I wanted for my haircut and used her own judgment when necessary. The shampoo portion was heavenly. The haircut itself looked great and the products she used were on point. The price was very reasonable. If I didnt live five hours away I would for sure go to Kaylee for all of my future haircuts!

I liked the fact that Sport Clips came out of lockdown with a well communicated plan to keep staff and clients safe. I liked the fact that i could get a safe cut the day lockdown ended. I waited 3 months for that cut!

I use to love going here and had two favorite stylist. I feel like who you get is really important as I dont feel some of the employees have much experience. Anyway, I was in the Army for a while and am use to a firm and confident hand. Long story short, signed in at the kiosk and selected my preferred person with an estimated wait time of about an hour. I was fine with that, but eventually the person I liked asked if I signed in because she didnt see me on the list. I said I did and I picked you. She stated she would put me in and be with me shortly. After she had a few more clients I still sit there waiting to get my haircut when another employee calls my name. I was upset, but just went with the other girl because I was tired of waiting (about 1.5 hrs) and I am too nice to say anything. Worst decision... As I felt like I was being treated like a kid and my head might pop if god forbid she applied any pressure. Maybe my fault for not saying anything, but do not plan to go back in the future. I feel like Buckwheat from Little Rascals as after showering I have longer hair on the crown of my head.

The salon was very clean and looks so nice. The staff were all friendly and attentive. The prices were very reasonable. My stylist made my son feel like he was a king with the MVP service he received. He hated getting haircuts but his trip here changed his mind. Now he can’t wait to go back!

Came in for a simple cut/trim...my husband came home and said “ who did that” had him fix the uneven spots with our clippers...the stylist didn’t fade my hair at all and I even said I didn’t want an “undercut”...my sideburns didn’t match...it was the worst cut I’ve ever had to be honest. I won’t go back.

Book online, or youll wait. Just the way it is now. But the haircut is always good, something I didnt always get at other places.The real trick is to check the wait times and plan accordingly, some days its empty and some days its long wait.Every 10 haircuts you get one free so if you go often this is a nice spot for routine touchups/cuts.

Awesome place friendly people

Since this location has large swings in wait time, I always check in online and they are ready for me shortly after I arrive. They check with me to make sure that their notes are correct if I go a long time between cuts or change my style and give me a veterans discount. Unlike other chain franchises, I do not feel the need to use an specific stylist because the quality is consistently high regardless of what stylist I have. I go out of my way to get a haircut here.

Lynnea was absolutely awesome and patient with my almost 13 year old with very picky needs as a middle schooler! The whole staff was smiling and chatting with clients and one another. Great atmosphere! Even for Moms who LOVE sports! Will be a repeat customer! Thank you!

This has been my second time since I have moved to this area and both times have been a great experience. Its a friendly and clean environment. With the check in system its always a quick and easy process. Both times I have had Cait and shes always been super friendly and sociable and has even helped me with some helpful information about the area since Im new. Ive yet to have any complaints and I plan to visit this location many more times in the future.

Ive been going to Sport Clips for 2 or 3 years now after a prior stylus stopped working to raise her child. I searched for a while bouncing around in search of the right cut and was lucky to find Ambur at the Fruitville Pike location. Shes been wonderful. She cuts my hair to my liking on a consistent basis, which is most important, but shes also very pleasant and I enjoy each visit. Shes an asset to the company and I will continue to return while shes around. The rest of the employees also seem very nice and it appears everyone is happy with their visits. I like the improvements in adding the app and the ability to check-in to secure a spot.

Very good experience at this Sport Clips. My stylist Noelle was great - I really like my haircut. I went on a Wednesday evening after dinner and there was no waiting. I was told it is best to go to their website and make a reservation. Recommended!

Navigating covid restrictions. Little wait if you use the app to register before you arrive. My experience is that you will get in sooner than the predicted wait time.

Checked in online. Said she was starting at noon. It then puts me with Kaylee. I waited an hr and was way down the list to wait almost 2hrs! How is that possible? Just came on at noon then makes me sit there for 2hrs. I got up and left. Too bad shes great.

The MVP package is $23 a little more expensive then the average haircut, but its overall a very relaxing experience that leaves you feeling great on your way out the door. Very friendly and easy to chat with staff as well. I highly recommend using the online check in to avoid long (30 to 45 minute wait times). Had a great chat with Juliann and I was pleased with her work and attention to detail.

Was a walk in, about six guys ahead. Greeted warmly asked if Id signed or was new. I was new so they had me sign in. Told me 45 min wait but that system would message me if I want to explore the mall. 35 mins later system messaged me that I could be taken in 10 mins. I headed over. Again greeted warmly. I was in in less than ten. Great haircut, wash and massage. Found out there is actually one near where I work in jersey will be going back. Thanks.

Fast, cheaper then others, easy to find. Tried three other places that day - couldnt get anything quicker then a 45 minute wait. Called here, got in right away. It wasnt that they werent busy - it was that they were appropriately staffed.My son came with me and is special needs. Without even knowing what his needs were (they arent physically obvious), they cut his hair with no problem. Normally I have to be there beside him the entire time.I will be making many happy returns to this location. Keep up the good work!

Used to be good until they started taking online reservations. Buggy online reservation system. Half the time it wont even register, and you will show up without a reservation. Staff doesnt even care.
