This center is great!! Super friendly and they took great initiative to get my issues taken care of! Am kinda sad that Im moving out of the area and will be missing this great service location for my new Model Y. It would have been in great hands here.

As easy as I had imagined Tesla service would be. My windshield had cracked as a result of a stone hitting it. Scheduled an appointment through the app, showed up and in a relatively short time I was on my way again. I now hope that a lot of people near me will buy Teslas so the company will create a service center nearer me. Anyone interested please reach out, I will give you my referral code ;-)

Recently had my Model 3 serviced here which needed to be kept for a few days. Bill kept me up to date with everything happening during the process that took about 10 days. Ended up getting a Model S for a loaner cant complain about that!

Tesla, overall, has a reputation of not having very good service. While I agree that this is true of Tesla as a whole (based on my experience in another city), it is not true of this location.The Lancaster service center is really good. The people are great, they are really nice and professional. The service manager, Bill, is very knowledgeable and is great to work with. I feel like they go a bit beyond what is expected when I bring my car in. Case in point is a recent visit to replace the cracked overhead glass in my Model 3. I was in and out in about two hours and was very comfortable while waiting.I’m really happy that this location exists. I think they do great work.

I know that there are stories of people having problems with this particular service center. This is the only one that I could really use as the next one closest to me is over 2 hours away. So, in essence, I dont really have a choice in that matter. However, I have to say that the times that Ive had to take my car there they were nice and they treated my car with respect as I didnt have any damage or anything afterwards and it was fixed. Time will tell if anything else changes. otherwise, so far working well.

Great experience with the Lancaster location for service. Previously, Ive been going to the Devon location for any work on the car. Originally scheduled an upgrade and was told at the Devon center that it would take 4-5 days. Spoke with Lancaster and was told 2.5 hours total.They just handle service, so the waiting room is clean and quiet. Not much to walk to while you wait, except for a Sheetz. But better than nothing! Will definitely be coming back to this location for all of my cars needs.

I was concerned the first time I scheduled work for my Tesla as I heard sometimes it can be expensive. The service advisor I worked with was great though, and told me what maintenance items are most important for my vehicle and area. They also covered Uber rides to get me home and back while it was being worked on. I was happy with the price I paid and turn around time. Much quicker and more reasonable than getting dealership service with other brands. Note that almost all of your communication and estimates will be done through texting or the Tesla app, which feels weird if youre used to talking to someone on the phone but still works well overall.

This location is awesome! Tesla should be seriously proud of how this location treats their customers. They took care of my issues very quickly and Bill the main person I’ve been working with is super knowledgeable and friendly! Every one of the employees i met are kind and trust worthy. Had my MCU1 die on me, made an appt and wasnt contacted 4 days before appt, so I sent an email. Within a few hours, someone called me and was very professional and cordial, apologized for the delay, discussed what needed to be done to get parts and helped move the appt to a reasonable date so the parts would be at the shop. on day of service, they gave me a loaner and everything was replaced and ready for me again by the end of the day. super fast and nice people!
