Great experience. They were able to put in a plug to temporarily repair my tire. I gave them 10 minutes notice & I waited 10 minutes after arriving. The whole repair from contact by phone to leaving took 30 minutes at most. Would return.

This place was amazing!!!! They do a very good business and the whole time I was there the parking lot was jam packed. I love that I can support yet another Latino business! I drove an hour just to go to this shop for MT style tires for my truck. Yes I waited like 20 min before they worked on my tires but that was a lot less then if you go to other tire/repair places. And the minimal wait was well worth the trade off of having new tires at an AMAZING price!!!!!! When I run the rubber off these tires Ill definitely be going back for my next set of tires no matter what vehicle I own!

This review is for my friends since they managed to some how have his review removed by either posting fake 5-star reviews or whatever. He took his BMW here to have a tire repaced, they ended up breaking the tire pressure monitor system (which they should know all newer BMWs have these and you need to A. Know what youre doing and B. Be careful when removing the old tire from the rim to not break the sensor. After the new tire was put on her asked why the car was still saying the now replaced tire was low on air when it wasnt. They told him to drive it around some and it will automatically reset itself, which is false and did not doing anything but give the samer error message on the dash. He then call and was toild they didint do it, and then procceded to tell him that he shouldne have taken it to BMW, and that BMW is known to lie to customers telling them things are broken when theyre not. Which is not true from my own personal experience. FYI and owner can take THEIR car whereever they choose. Long story short they wouldnt fix they problem, or refund him anymoney to then put towards the repplacemnet of a new tire pressure monitor sensor. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHES AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE, ALTHOUGH THET MAY BE CHEAPER, YOULL END UP PAYING MORE IN THE LONG RUN TO FIX THEIR MISTAKES AND SCREWUP. FRONT DESK LADY ALSO HUNG UP ON ME TWICE WHEN CALLING THEM ABOUT THIS!! SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL!

DO NO TAKE YOUR CAR HERE, THEYLL BREAK IT AND THEN TELL YOU IT WASNT THEIR FAULT AND WILL NOT RECTIFY THE SITUATION WITH YOU IN ANY WAY. GETTING THE OWNER ON THE PHONE OR TO CALL YOU BACK IS NEXT TO IMPOSSIBLE AND THEN THEYLL JUST HANG UP ON YOU. IM CONTACTING A LAWYER BECAUSE OF TGE DAMAGED THET CASUED MY VEHICAL.

I use to like this place. Been going there for years. But they put on new tires and didnt change my valve stems because they were the expensive ones. But they never gave me the option to pay the up charge or to go with just basic ones which are free with new tires. So they put back on the bad stems in which one was leaking and never said anything. So I found out when I was losing air in my tire and called them and brought it back in there. They completely denied and wouldnt resolve and didnt assume any responsibility. They in fact charge me to put on the free stems, claiming its because of a new service. Bad business and now they lost a long time customer.

Alright. Initially I was not impressed. I was told I was going to buy 4 of the same size tires, but when I got there, they only had 3.That being said. The owner made me aware that he does not manage the Facebook listing, just oversees the sales. He was very upfront with me with the issue and offered me tires in 2 or 3 days (unfortunately that would not work for me).But. The owner went above and beyond to remedy the situation. Offered me 4 free tires (although I had already purchased elsewhere), and instead reimbursed me for gas money that I spent traveling to himHuman error happens. And while it wasnt perfect, the owner is very respectful and goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction. I would recommend

Quality used tires at a decent price. I would advise Management to start offering options to customers, instead of just selecting any tire they feel like selling that day and installing it on the vehicle without allowing the customer to inspect the replacement tires...unless requested.

Orlando was the gentleman who really helped me out. I feel i got an honest job for a good price. 3 TIres And Alignment. Being Saturday i guess speed is not a priority. For the services they offer ill be going here for many more years with patience. Thanks to Orlando, Robert and all at the shop.

Purchased used tires 3 weeks ago. The same day my tire went flat after purchasing them. Then here we are 2 weeks later Im putting air in that same tire then woke up and its completely done. Ummm I didnt know their used tires are plugged tires. Would be nice to know that. I wouldve went some where else. 100 dollars for 2 plugged tires wasnt cool at all.

Had a flat. Went to Robert Tires with no appointment. They fixed it while I waited and at half the price of what other places quoted.

Called yesterday for four used tires for my suv. Lady said she had a set 90% tread left for 220. but I had to come today when they open because they cant hold tires for people. Drove 40minutes down there n she said they were not there n had to get them from the warehouse. So I drove home and drove back down 2 hour later. They put the tires on my car n after I already paid n got home I realized they are damn near bald. I understand Im buying used tires but who lies like that. Bad business

Be alert about this business and avoid them.They sold me 4 new tires that were fake. In matter of 2 months, 3 of them worn out and throw me out of the road in a highway. They kept my car for a month for inspection and other things and their excuse was that they can not speak English and only speak Spanish. The owner, Robert, is the most unethical person and incompetent mechanic. I went to them because of the reviews but I think the reviewers are their associates. Be alert about this business.
