Consumer beware:Stay away from Mill St Auto Repair on Hillside Ave in Lancaster City. The owner and sole mechanic, Julio Cintron, overcharged on putting in a gas line for me. The gas line was less than $200 - he charged me almost $400 in labor for a supposed 3hr job..then called me to tell me that the estimate he gave me, and we paid, was for another car and he re-estimated that I would need an additional $400+ dollars to get my car fully inspected. This is a person my father helped to build his business so imagine what he would do to someone he doesn’t “respect”..I’m disgusted and I’m warning all of you to stay away.
