Never go to the Chrysler dealer in Lancaster, go out of town. The one in Lancaster has crooks working there. I took my car in for a recall, and now there telling us $2600 to fix a radio that wasnt initially broke. This place is horrible.

Well I emailed Lancaster Toyota Parts Department I asked him for some brakes for a 2013 rear on Toyota Sienna van they emailed me back later that afternoon with the price and availability but before that I called the parts department because I was kind of in a rush to know availability and price he called me $45 I said you have me said yes. So I went in the next morning in between that time the email came in and he said $49 and they have them in stock so I was cool I get to the window or the counter wait at least 15 minutes for the guy to get off the phone the only have one guy at the parts counter which is understand with the with the virus going on Im patient I get to the counter or I should say six feet from the counter the guy takes another 10 minutes to look up the parts and he has mm brings about tells me 55 dollars I said say what I told him about the guy called me on the phone $45 and I didnt get the guys name I should have my bad anyway he says they gave you the wrong price I said okay I said what about this email here I got for $49 oh can I see that so I kind of distance myself and I hand him I cant see your phone I cant touch your phone sorry can you email that to me to my email address he gives it to me by a car tonight take couple minutes and it takes me a little time to figure out how to send it to him and I do and then he says okay $49 but you know I didnt see him busting down their door to get in there to buy parts I was the only one in the parts department other than two other people at the counter to his right my left I guess one was a cashier for both the service and parts department and some other guy standing right next to her that look like a porter our service helper I did not really understand what his role in the hole counter there was all of them were fairly friendly other than parts counterman he was kind of a I dont know not that friendly anyway get back to the parts I was told on the phone yes this was a Toyota rear brake kit when it comes with all the clips and shims to install he brings out this box with four pads in it no clips no shims and I asked him what happened to the Toyota parts break kits they used to sell knowing that I was a parts counterman and a parts manager and a service and parts coordinator for when that place was called Sierra Toyota on Sierra Highway back in the good old days anyway thats another story he said they do not make it for the rears on that Sienna van so I asked him how much are the clips $39 I said well do you have them in stock no okay I needed to get this done for this lady so I purchased it that is my story and that is why I gave the Auto Mall at 2 and Lancaster Toyota a rating of 2.thank you for asking Andrew Jackson.

If you were looking to buy a new car. Stay away from the Lancaster Auto Mall. Especially Ford of the Antelope Valley. They have terrible customer service. Their deals are very high on their cars for what they are selling. They have no conscience, However they make the sale they are happy. I am very unhappy with the purchase I had with them hence why I sold the car. I will never do business at Antelope Valley Ford ever again. Their service department has terrible customer service. Fast lane is the only way to get customer service through them. The girls there are very efficient and will speak very frankly to you. The staff at Antelope Valley Ford are nothing more than second cut rate thieves....

This was a day to remember, after visiting 2 other dealers, Ford was next on my list, Ford top the other 2 by a long shot. I once owned a Ford F150 and I enjoyed that truck, so as I was walking passed taking a look at the F150s, I was met by one of their salesman, Eric was his name. Eric showed me a Lincoln MKL, well I have to say I fell in love, that car had my name written all over it, needless to say, I drove off with a big smile on my face. Thank you Ford!

I took my car to Lancaster Honda for safety recall David was very professional. Although my part was not one to be repaired. He answered my questions with no oroblem at all. I was out by the promised time. NO coffe due to Covid so bring your own whike you wait.

The only dealership here worth going to is Hunter Dodge. Good honest salesmen and skilled service staff. Dont waste your time at the other ones. The Honda dealership is good but you should probably buy something more exciting.

Service department is bad, after appointment it took 3 and half hours 9am to 1230pm the service advisor was acting as if she is doing me favor. Every one knows how much time it takes to fix a mud flap. May be is it because they got the money in advance?.
They do a good job, but they really need to get their computer information working better. I got a call one day telling me my car was ready, so I ask the guy, how is it you worked on my car when I have my car. Then I get an email for my next appointment, but the email has someone else name and not mine.

When the family car is in need of service or just oil change, Lancaster Chevrolet is a place I look forward to going to. The Service Manager, the shuttle ride driver and the entire team at Chevrolet are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and caring about their customers. Also there are so many awesome cars to see on the lot and thats exciting. For example new corvettes and Chevy Malibus to name a few.

Stopped in to Honda for battery changes on 2 fobs. Havent had the car for two years yet, and fobs needed new batteries already. 🤔 Batteries were changed fairly quickly, and the charge was $15.
Every time I go there to buy a Mazda I have a bad time. They always try to upsell you or they dont have what you want and are not willing to help you out at all.

I visited Toyota of Lancaster. I was disappointed with service department. I had went in for an oil change. Their offer at time of purchase of vehicle is unrealistic. I was offered 3 oil changes in 1 year, only got one because I dont drive to tin buck two like other people. First the guy( Gonzales) tells me I have to pay because my offer was up. Im upset. Then he tries to punch in a bogus number to get me it for free. It accepts it. He asked if I want it for free. I say yes. He punches it in and it goes back to my offer expired. In which he says you will have to pay. Im sitting there at his desk waiting. He starts focusing on another customer account and tells me I can leave if I want because we were done there.😥 I leave upset and ready to cry. So now Im shopping around for deals to get an oil change. I still feel scorned from the incident.😠
Anthony in the service department took my chevy cruz in for a oil change and informed me of other miner problems then he gave me a option to repair or not no pressure, in which I appreciate that a lot. Thanks again Anthony (Shecruze)

Stay away from the toyota dealer
Only been to one dealer here, the Chevy dealer, theres a couple of good salesman there the rest are regular vultures (like most dealers!) so be selective with the sales people. They are more willing to deal than Rally is. Had a bad experience with the salesman at Rally so I wont go back. Like any dealer you have to be a little hard core to get the price you want, be willing to leave, theyll come after you if the price is right!

Very nice auto mall. Well maintained. I take my F250 Supper Duty into Ford for all service. Very happy with them.
I have bought two vehicles here the first time which was roughly three years ago, was a terrible experience with Ford the company; the salesman basically laughed at me for knowing less about cars than they did and it was hard to find someone to help me find a car to begin with not happy. The second time I went to Toyota to go help buy a car with my mom they were kind, negotiated fairly, and were just overall a way better experience than with Ford. Although both companies took about three hours to get paper work done while employees just stood around I was alot more pleased with the Toyota dealership.
In the last month this place has charged me more for my car sitting in there shop than they have actually done work. Today they charged me 300 just to look at the car. Finally I had to wait another 40 minutes for them to put my car back together after they told me it would be ready by time I got there.
My car battery was going bad,shannon took care of me, she knew exactly what was wrong with my car, she has great customer service skills and plus she was very compassionate, I was in good hands
I still have to go back to them. My monthly car payment is not right..!!!!!! They really need to clear this matter up with me.!!!!!!
