The owners came over took the time to talk to us which really made us feel really comfortable. Unfortunately Ive taken both my wife and my Cadillac here for service and have had both of our vehicles damaged and needing to have parts replaced. The first was my wifes cts. We took it in because we noticed a wet headliner. We were told they unclogged a drain for the sunroof and resealed it if I remember correctly...low and behold after the next storm the headliner was wet again...we took it back they then told us the sunroof tray was indeed in need of replacement and them trying the first time was what was needed before GM would warranty it? So they replaced the tray..great right? Um no when we picked it up and put the sunroof back the liner was off track and wouldnt go back to its original position..guess what it had to be replaced....knowing that we should have taken my car elsewhere but I thought hey no ones perfect it was an honest mistake and kelly covered all repairs. So when my xts started to have a musty smell when running the ac I thought Id have them take a look... I was told it needed a new cabin filter..ok no problem. I you tubed it to see what was involved..basically taking out the glove box and replacing the filter.. so 300 later I pick the car up..only when I went to put the receipt in the glove box it wouldnt open! So again I called and was told by Doug thats strange they really didnt do much to the glovebox but he could schedule me to look at it..in a week! Ok fine I drop it off...he calls me asking if they could keep it an extra day that they are working in it..I said sur and asked if it needs replaced is its under warranty? Im told sorry it isnt and it would be 500 to 600 if it needs replaced..i get told the next day, good news we fixed it no charge...I pick it up the leather on the glove box is damaged and the cord that allows the slow release is cut! I go right back in and am greeted by Geoff the owner..I explain my displeasure he assures me it will be taken care of..he has his general manager lynn call me and both were very gracious and apologetic to me which was nice..they replaced the glove box at no charge..I would up calling GM corporate who looked into my issues and they were lied to by someone and told they never damaged my glovebox and in fact YES my glovebox is covered under warranty! So my assessment is that while Geoff and Lynn did take care of me I felt I was treated poorly by those who were doing the actual work on my vehicles and DO NOT trust their techs to handle even the most minute of jobs..its a shame to have your vehicles which weve paid over 60,000 dollars for handled this way!

After spending 90 minutes at a different car manufacturer/dealer on Monday, I was not impressed with their business agenda. So I went to my preferred dealer, Kelly Cadillac and had the best experience. My service manager, Lynn Yoder knew I was coming in and walked me in to the showroom and introduced me to Geoff Kelly. Geoff then introduced me to Marc Gagliardi. Marc LISTENED to my desires and fulfulled exactly what I was looking for. No muss, no fuss, no smoke and mirrors. So refreshing! I returned a few days later and picked up my new, beautiful CT5. I know Im going to love this car, and cant think of ever shopping anywhere else. I just wish Cadillac still offered a manual transmission that wasnt on a V :)

Bought a 2011 SRX at the very end of 2018. Nothing but problems since. Within the FIRST YEAR I needed new brakes & brake pads (even though we were told they put new brakes on before purchasing)...2 wheel bearings, water pump, MAF sensor and now its making a very loud noise in the drivetrain, probably the transmission or rear differential! What an absolute joke and nightmare this has been. They sold it to us for over fair market value (my fault I know) But just know unless youre buying a new/more expensive vehicle from them dont expect the red carpet treatment.***UPDATE 11/16/2020***Rear differential was the culprit, which has now been replaced. Now there is an oil leak from the motor. I cant make this up! I either have severe bad luck or I was sold a complete LEMON. No one has reached out to us since I mentioned them buying it back from us.Update...oil leak is from a cracked transfer case. WOW
I was in the market for an XT5, and started the journey on Edmunds. I was given some choices of XT5s at various Dealers and chose Kelly Cadillac, because they had a few XT5s that I wanted to see. From the moment I walked in the door, I was impressed with the Sales team. I was shown 3 or 4 XT5s and then some XT4s. I recently bought a 2011 Cadillac Cts-v coupe. I took it to Kelly Cadillac to get serviced and had a warranty repair made. I called them and they made an appointment for me immediately and before my appointment they called me and said the parts that needed to be ordered for my repair arrived and I can take my car in before my appointment if I would like to. I took it in 3 days before my appointment and they got the repairs done immediately! Called me and said it was finished the day after I dropped it off. I asked them to look the car over completely to find anything I may need now or in the future and they said my car looks great! So they didnt try to say I needed something I did not to make money off of me. When they called to say my car was finished I was surprised how fast their service is and asked if they could do a few things I wanted to get done in the future but possibly doing it right now since the car is already there and I knew they would make the repairs in a timely manner. They called me and told me the prices on the parts and labor for the things I wanted done and I went ahead and had them get it done. Couple hours later and what do you know... my car is all done!! I could keep on talking about how happy I am with this dealership but let me wrap it up and just say their service department is A+ and they wash your car after servicing it!!

Cause I tell u to fix the car so I have no check engine light so u added to much oil in the engine so the light would turn off then a little later the light still came on then the second time I told u to take care of the check engine light u did something else to it think that would take care of the problem which it didnt know Im without a car and also u told me that u would be able to pass it only to come to find out u r not able to pass it so far u have told me nothing but lies

What a great experience. I did not want to be shopping for a replacement Suburban ...hoping to put it off until the summer. But, plans changed. We saw a perfect Suburban for us on Autotrader and made the trip from Delaware to Lancaster. So glad we did! Uzma was a wonderful salesperson, but even more so, friendly to talk with. The owner was friendly, and you could tell everyone there valued us and loved their job. While we are in Delaware, if we were closer, this would be our go to place for service. As an aside...we named the black Suburban Dark Vader LOL

Bought a used cadillac with only 5,000 miles on it. It was discovered that the car had severe hail damage, only seen in just the right light. Turns out, the dealer knew of the damage, got an estimate to fix it prior to the sale, and never fixed it or disclosed it to me. So I paid $300 to have the dents fixed at the dealer (approximately 130 dents). After 2 trips and 6 hours drive time, my roof is still dented and also now has high spots from them pulling the dents, along with bad scratches and swirls. I spent 2.5 hrs polishing the roof and it is still not correct. I was refunded my 300 dollars and told that maybe I could find someone that could do it to my satisfaction. Note: i paid above fair market value for the car in excellent condition. If the damage was disclosed I never would have bought it or paid as much as I did for it. To be fair, the service dept was very nice, patient, and did give me a loaner while they had the car. However, the damage should have been disclosed from the beginning, especially since the service dept was fully aware of it.Update: the owner offered to buy the car back. After about a week of considering my options and looking for a replacement vehicle, I contacted the owner to discuss it. I expressed that I only found 1 comparable vehicle and I was trying to schedule a time to see it at another dealer, but I really wanted to keep my business with kelly Cadillac. The owner was adamant that she needed a yes or no answer immediately due to depreciation and this was not an open ended offer. I understood but I do need a vehicle and cannot be without, like most people. No understanding or compromise was found. So the end result was a refund of $300 for the paintless dent removal I paid, that is all. I very much appreciate the offer to buy the car but felt as though there was no understanding that I needed to find a replacement. I was doing so feverishly and had planned on seeing 1 within the week. I guess that was too unreasonable. While I assume this was a fluke situation, Ill likely not do business here again. Ive changed my review to 2 stars because of the offer the owner made, but no higher because it seemed to be rushed, and no reasonable understanding of me getting a replacement vehicle. Best of luck.

Two years ago I never would have thought wed own a Cadillac, and now we own two! Last year, while car shopping, we stopped by Kelly just out of curiosity. They went far above what we expected (and what we were finding at other dealers), and we purchased a new Cadillac. This year, as we thought about replacing our second car, we didnt even consider any other dealerships. No doubt, we were going to buy something from Kelly. And we did!
I recently bought a used Chevy Traverse from Kelly Cadillac and the transaction went without a hitch but when I had some issues related to service needed Kelly Cadillac (especially Doug in service mostly and also Lynn) Doug went above and beyond for me! I cant say enough for the service I got and am recommending this dealership highly. They deliver on the service they provide. When service was needed they delivered the loaner car (a Cadillac) to my house so I was not inconvenienced in any way.
I have a 14 year old CTS-V I take to Kelly for service. They treat my car as if it were new. Their prices are reasonable, and the people that work there are friendly. Its actually cheaper to have them change my oil then it would be for me to do it myself. And they wash the car after every service, which is a huge plus for me, since my car is black, it looks best when clean. Theyve serviced my car a few times for minor things that will fail after 14 years, and my car still runs like it was new. Great place.
My main problem was the smell caused by the xzilon treatment, along with some minor display and wiper issues. All were resolved. The smell is still there, although not as strong as it was. Lynn was great to deal with.
The ppl are great. Prices are unreasonable. Absolutely ridiculous 😂. Asked about changing my damaged front grill and was told it would be $650 +. I called dutch valley and had it done for $150. I already had the parts (new OEM ) $650 + just for time from Kelly....lol

Having heard many positives about the newer offerings from Cadillac, I decided to stop in and check for myself.From the first encounter (instant messaging from the website) to the purchase and paperwork, the experience can only be described in superlatives. Marc (our sales professional) was insightful, responsive, and clearly interested in making our decision our own. Rarely have I experienced such a comfortable experience with an individual whose livelihood depends on sales. To describe him as respectful and responsive are gross understatements.The other representatives of the dealership (sales manager and business manager) were no less professional and friendly, and the overall delightful experience was cemented when we met the owner of the franchise, who could not have been more genuine and personable.In all, I would recommend the Kelly team, and the individuals noted above, as role models for an industry too often berated for insincerity and showmanship. If i can give negative stars i would. i called for some basic questions . what size tools i need to change some parts . and the mechanic didnt even know. im sorry but if you work at a delicate car service and dont know the tools, even when you can easily look up the schematics in your computer (which i know they can) makes me wonder what kind of quality in service people are actually getting. HOW DO YOU WORK SERVICE AND REPAIRS FOR A CADDILLAC COMPANY AND KNOW NOTHING ABOUT CADILLACS.
I purchased a 2017 Cadillac CT6 on 7-14-17 from Kelly Cadillac. My primary contact at Kelly was Marc Gagliardi. My wife and I were very pleased with the service and process. There was no pressure. Marc was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, very easy to work with and made sure we understood all aspects of the vehicle before we decided to purchase it. I have purchased many vehicles during my life, however, purchasing this vehicle was by far much easier than all the others. Marc has followed up with emails since the purchase to make sure everything is ok. I will definitely purchase another vehicle from Kelly.

This is by far the best experience we have ever had when purchasing or leasing a new car! I purchased a 2016 Cadillac XTS mid February this year from Kelly Cadillac. Entirely a fantastic experience. A few weeks ago, I took it in for an oil change and to have a couple items addressed. I was given a 2019 XT5 with 10 miles on it, as my loaner. I dropped my vehicle off on a Saturday and picked it back up on Tuesday. I had a problem with my windshield wipers on a Saturday and an impending snow storm.I called the service department and was taken care of immediately. Although the part was not available for a few days, I was given a loaner. Doug even called my insurance company because I did not have my most recent card in my car. Everyone always goes above and beyond, and I never feel like Im being taken advantage of, which is extremely important to me.

Saving Thanksgiving....My wife and I were travelling on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and got a flat travelling down PA 283. The gentlemen in the service department took excellent care of us and made quick work of repairing the tire even though we pulled in close to their end of the day.With the experience here with the service department, I give them high ratings and would recommend them to any in the market for a car as they went above and beyond the call of duty.

The 2008 Cadillac CTS was my second vehicle purchased from Kelly Cadillac of Lancaster and I have been more than happy with their sales staff, price, and service. I have always used the dealership for my service needs. I receive emails and phone calls when factory scheduled maintenance is due as well as reminder calls when I have scheduled maintenance (be it warranty and non-warranty work). I live 3 hours from there, and found the vehicle online. I called, and she was able to work out all the details over the phone, so when I came in to purchase it was simple and quick. She was thorough and knowledgable about the specifics of the vehicle. After I got home, I realized there was an issue with the soft top that came with the vehicle, which made it unusable. Julie quickly resolved the issue to my satisfaction by ordering me a new top from a local dealer and shipping it directly to me. She was quick to respond to all emails and phone calls. I would definately recommend this dealership to anyone. They are not only there for you during the purchase of your vehicle, but also after should a problem arise. I couldnt be happier.

We found the exact used 2011 Camaro that we were looking for through Auto Trader at Kelly Cadillac with only 1,000 miles on it. Since we live in Steeler Country in SW Pa, we were very apprehensive about making a deal sight unseen but Howard was very cooperative and honest about the car and held it for us until we could make the trek east. The car was all that Howard said it was & more! We were greeted by Mr Kelly and Marc had us signed, sealed, & on our way home with our Black n Gold muscle car in no time!! Went to get my oil changed and car repaired and I sent my children to the play room. As I was trying to pay for services and get the keys for the rental. They always ask me to let my kids pla in the playroom, and my kids are usually behaved. i was unaware that my 4 year old son made a mess with a muffin today and was running around in the playroom. This is wrong and he was disciplined, I was wrong I should of just kept him with me regardless of them asking him to be in there. I figured he would sit in the play room like he usually does. BUT the woman came screaming my name at the top of her lungs all the way through the office in front of other parents and employees telling me I need to control my kids and how bad they are. I didnt need to be publicly humiliated like thatThis could of been handled better. She could of approached me and just said hey can u get your kids?I later find out from my older son this woman tried to put her hands on my son when he ran from her. Unacceptable.When I called in and spoke to kelly, I even apologized to her for my four year olds behavior but commented on how embarrassed I was at this woman publicly shaming me. she was condescending and offered no apology for her employees rash behavior.Again I should of just kept my kids with me, a play room near expensive cars with food is just a bad idea all around... but to scream and then try to grab my 4 year old son? Also wrong. I will not be doing buisness with them anymore.So they read my review and now are refusing to repair the damage they caused to my car and refuse service to me because I requested an apology for this employee getting in my face and screaming at me about my son. Corporate will be notified. All this instead of just saying sorry? Guess customers are not very important to them.
Love this dealer, Geoff Kelly treats us like family. Its a shame we have moved out of the area, probably wont find another dealer that works as hard as they do.
