I highly recommend this body shop! I brought my Volkswagen Jetta for repairs due to an accident my insurance actually sent me here but Iβm really glad they did. They got my repairs done within 6 days after I got told it could possibly take 2 weeks and when I got the car back they even cleaned the inside for me! Also before I brought my car in my air wasnβt working properly. Idk if they did something to my Air but now it works! I will be returning for any other work my car may need in the future!

I had to take my 06 DTS here for insurance reasons. My agent recommended them too me and he was not wrong. My cars kinda a goofy color and they matched it perfect. They even transferred my heritage club emblem to the new grill. I also had some weather strip issues on the doors and they fixed all that up for me no charge. The interior was spotless. I had some of my sons toys in the back seat etc all that was intact and worked around. Everyone was super nice and I was emailed updates every other day. Thank you!
Poor customer service. I was supposed to receive a call after I submitted my insurance claim to schedule an appointment for a repair . Never got a call so I called them and was told that they would get to me. no one ever got to me so I chose another body shop.
Wow - what professionals! Super impressed with how every step is documented and communicated. You really feel like you matter. I had a tricky repair, and they did it almost to manufacturer standards (no fault of their own). I would give 5 stars to anyone who considers using them!

I canβt speak to the work that has been done on my car, as I just picked it up today. BUT- if their work matches the customer service I would almost say they are the best! Stanley my service advisor was prompt in response, my car was done BEFORE expected, and the administrative staff was very kind and sensitive to my constant need for an update. They repaired the front bumper on our car and within months, the paint began bubbling and peeling off. When we went back in to discuss this, one of the technicians agreed that it looked strange and that he thought they owed us a new paint job. The woman who runs the company then came out and said she would not repair the paint job and that it was our fault the paint looked the way it did because of βbottoming outβ even though the paint bubbling and peeling was near the top of the bumper. The technicians here seem pleasant, but donβt expect management to help you out with your problem.
Repair and replacement of tailgate spoiler was very good. HOWEVER, projected down time was not detailed in a manner that corresponded with the actual time taken and updates to apprising progress/finish were not made.
Very friendly employees and kept me updated through the whole process. After my car was fixed they accidently ran over a nail or rock while pulling through the parking lot so they ordered and replaced the tire very swiftly no questions asked. Definitely recommend this collision shop.

I couldnt get past step one with the viciously rude woman that answered the phone. She put me on hold to make an appointment and then I got voice mail. No one wants to wait for a call back when we call to make an appointment, everyone that cares about customer service knows that. So I hung up, call back and got told off. Vicki is horrible and when I called again Dory put me on hold for seven minutes when I asked for a supervisor. No matter, Ill just tell Google instead of a supervisor. They suck.
Great job! Took my car there for repair as part of insurance claim. Car was done when promised, part was replaced with OEM part, painted and looks great! Very happy with their work.

This place really needs to be investigated for insurance fraud. I rented a car from enterprise and when returned they said it had slight bumper damage. I have many pictures and would be happy to prove my point. They unnecessarily replaced an entire bumper for at the most would have been a bumper clip. There were no scratches, or marks of any kind but replaced an entire bumper and sent a bill for over $1500. When speaking to them I was told I should not be concerned because the insurance company was paying for it. Do they always rip off the insurance companies? Is this the reason everyoneβs rates continue to climb? Do not trust this body shop or enterprise rent a car!
Felt like a 3rd class citizen, had to wait for estimator who was out to a late lunch, and later for paying bill, all very inconvenient; might consider training in better customer relations. I have another vehicle which needs work, but will take it elsewhere where folks are easier to deal with!

NO! NO! NO! Stay away.To summarize: they didnβt return my calls, they didnβt respect my property, and they were unwilling to take responsibility for permanently damaging my battery (details below).I dropped my car off on a Tuesday. Had a nice conversation with Chris P. He promised to call me the next day after they looked at my car. When I didnt hear back, I left a message on Wed afternoon. On Thursday I left another message. On Friday I was told he wasnt working and the manager was also away and no one could help me. I left a message for April the manager indicating my dissatisfaction.The next week on Monday I finally got a call back from Chris indicating my car was totaled due to the damage. I setup a tow home. When I got my car, the entire intake was missing from the filter to the throttle body (including the mass airflow sensor etc). The front bumper was missing the main 2 bolts that hold it to the frame. The passenger side fender (that was not damaged in the accident) was now scratched in multiple places. To make matters worse, I dropped off a running car and in 10 days, they gave me back a car that wouldnβt even start. I traced it to my 1 year old battery that was now completely dead, so dead it could not be charged.When I called, they found my missing parts, plus a whole bag of hardware. When asked about the battery, they refused to accept any responsibility, despite acknowledging that the car started just fine a few days prior. When I asked for the manager who had been there 10 minutes prior, I was told she left early and would be gone through the following week. I asked for her to call me when she was back and of course I never received that call.This was the worst customer service Ive dealt with in a long time and Faulkner should be ashamed.

God forbid anything go wrong with your vehicle while Faulkner collision Lancaster has it. If it does even if its their fault flat refusal to fix/right the wrong. Sorry buddy gonna be your dime not theirs.
Worse body shop in Lancaster... Please dont use them.. I took my SUV to them to fix a dent in the rear hatch.. When I picked up the vehicle they didnt complete the work order also they installed panels wrong and put grease mark and a hole in the headliner.. We took the vehicle home it rain overnight and when my wife got in to in water was running on the inside of the rear window.. She took the vex hole back ( they installed the weather stripping wrong). They then had the vehicle for a month to fix all the issues they caused but poor workmanship.. We had go back for a third time to fix the headliner.. On 2/11/15 my wife picked it up now the airbag light is on.. I called because it wasnt on when we dropped it off.. I spoke to Manager April who went off on me blame us for ripping a hole in the headliner and said they were tried of us.. I asked her why they thought it was ok to tear thing apart without calling us and she had no answer.. She told us they our car had recall and she talked to Lancaster Dodge.. So I called the dodge dealer and they said that they have no recall..Just more lies... Edit as if February 2014... After talking to Ricky Wood finally got problem fix.. It was nice to talk to a person that would listen and understand my issues that we had

Absolutely horrible customer service. Was told my car would be done in 5-7 business days. Here I am at business day 17, still waiting on my car to be done. Different excuse every day. Twice the bumper doesnt fit, then its the wrong headlight, then the cut a line to the transmission, then while fixing the transmission line they put a chip in the new bumper. Heck they dont even call anymore to let me know what is going on with my car. I have to call them each day then wait on hold for 5 minutes to hear their new excuse.

Fantastic professionals. I do not understand the negative reviews - maybe people are confusing it with another business. My BMW looks like it was never in an accident and the paint matching is flawless.
I am very upset with the work that they did. They made things fit if thats what you call it, instead of doing it right. They chipped the paint on a panel that they should not have touched. Also the representative who brought the car around in an effort to fix a problem actually broke another part. That they were originally suppose to fix in the first place. The car left with more flaws than when I dropped it off. I would not take my car to this shop. They are worth less than one star but I had to put something. The people I see giving them good review must not know anything about body work or cars.
I was extremely disappointed with the service I received at Faulkner Collision Center. I was a victim of a rear end collision of a USAA insurer. I was NOT at fault. Faulkner Collision center is a authorized insurance claims adjuster for USAA. Angela, the representative at Faulkner lied to me from the start. She said my 1993 Honda accord vehicle would be repaired -- it wasnt. She said if it wasnt, I would be given the fair market value of the vehicle if it was declared a total loss. I received $900. Kelly blue book states at least $2000 for the same vehicle in fair condition. Angela as well as Faulkner Collision center are nothing but crooks. I highly recommend selecting another collision center for your repairs or seek legal advice prior to authorizing them for any work.
