The owner is is great! personably, pleasent, professional. Diagnosed my car in no time. I would highly recommend this place.

Way too high prices not much personality on the phone

I was recommended to this place. Unfortunately for my situation it wasnt as pleasant as I thought. I called (on a Monday or Tuesday) before actually going in and spoke with a lady to get pricing($75 bucks for diagnostic, I just needed an idea budget wise since we already had poured so much money and hadnt found a fix) and details on bringing my car in. She was nice. My plans were to go in there on a Friday since I made arrangements for a babysitter so I could bring my car in. I putt putt my car to this shop having some hope of getting closer to having my car fixed since all the parts and troubleshooting I tried didnt work. When I spoke with the lady and asked her about appointments she didnt once mention to me that Fridays are by appointments only(according to the sign on their door) and that they were closed! So I went there for nothing. I wish she would have mentioned that they would be closed that Friday and that Fridays are for appointments only when I called her to ask her specifically those questions. Monday comes and my husband tries to take in our car. Well, no luck with him either. He did mention that the lady was nice, but the guy gave him an attitude right away after he asked about pricing for diagnostics(which he told my husband $75-110, the lady never told me that she just said 75). Anyway, of course we took our business somewhere else, but I wish they would have been more professional as far as answering customers questions. Maybe the guy wasnt having a great day and we were just the lucky ones to get the attitude, but still no reason to be a prick to anyone. Hope others dont get the same treatment we did.

Eds Auto Electric was referred to me by a mechanic friend that said this is the only place in the Antelope valley he would go to. So I tried and saw why. Very honest people that, even though they were busy still, fixed my car in under an hour. Thank you Ed.
