Used Giorgios to bring a group to a Bills game. Driver arrived early and had no issue getting us to our destination. He was very professional and the ride went very smooth. I highly recommend using Giorgios next time you need a limo service. I know I will use them again.

Peggy was our driver and she was so sweet! I felt safe in her vehicle. It was a 16 passenger party bus. The bus was very nice and clean and she was in frequent communication with be over pickup and drop offs for each location we went to so it ran very smoothly. Would go with them again! Especially if Peggy is our driver.

I used Giorgio’s for my wedding and they were great to work with with. I had to change things a few times and I never had an issue. The day of the wedding the Bluetooth was not working for the speaker. After dropping us off at the park, the driver went to get a cord for us to use. I thought that was super nice that he went above and beyond! I would highly recommend working with them for your event!

Brought a limo to my place of employment even though there is a rather large sign saying “No Buses. No Limos”. The driver claimed he did not see the sign. It’s only six feet tall. Then went onto to argue with me as to why I was in the wrong. As to the group he was driving, when I questioned them as to how they got there, they lied! One of the woman claimed she drove the group. “No Buses. No Limos. I believe that sign is very clear and there are no exceptions.

We used this service for transportation to and from the wineries of Chautauqua and we were paired up with Bill as the driver of our SUV. Im taking the time to write this review because he deserves recognition as being a true joy to ride along with. He was so kind and easy to talk to. There were 5 of us ladies along for the ride and we all agreed that he was the highlight of our 8 hour day. Thank you, Bill!

On April 29, 2021 Giorgios provided us (an elderly Canadian couple) a private family limousine cross-border service from the Buffalo NY International Airport to our home in Oakville/Ontario Canada. It was a 2.5 hrs. ride rendered more difficult by rainy, partially foggy weather and intense commercial trailer traffic on the highway. The chauffeur Jim was impeccable in terms of both professional driving skills as well as exquisite interpersonal elegance. He made us feel most welcome and perfectly secure during the whole trip. The vehicle (a top of the line Mercury SUV) was clean, spacious and well heated. Jim also handled carefully our voluminous luggage (3 suitcases, 1 carry-on and 2 backpacks). As frequent travellers across North America we have to award Giorgios top marks for a safe and pleasant road experience under relatively difficult circumstances.

My fiancé and I booked them for our wedding which was supposed to take place in May and unfortunately had to be rescheduled for next year. Giorgio’s has been nothing but accommodating! We haven’t used their service yet but we really appreciate the professionalism and courtesy they have demonstrated thus far. We received a wonderful letter of support and a gift basket from them which was incredibly caring and thoughtful. Looking forward to when we are actually able to use their limo service!

I just want to say thank you to Kevin for being so accommodating when the wedding venue cancelled on us due to Covid. I was able to get my deposit back and will absolutely recommend Giorgios to anyone who wants to work with a great group of people...thanks again!

My fiance and I booked this limo service for my wedding which was supposed to the Sunday before Memorial Day weekend. Obviously we had to cancel the wedding because of COVID-19. This limo service was THE ONLY company for the whole wedding that wouldnt return the security deposit. They were rude on the phone. Please use a different limo service...one with class.

Went to the bills game yesterday. Our bus driver, Vern, was very nice and listened to all our requests for bathroom breaks. Bus was fun, clean, and new. Would use you guys again, thanks for everything yesterday, Vern!The only thing I did wish I knew is that you should tip in cash instead of adding it into card payment

We used Giorgios for my Bachelorette (This post is a little late but Ive been preoccupied with wedding planning). It started off very poorly with the limo bus driver laying down all these rules and was very cranky. He loosened up a little bit so it got a little better. Then it got a little worse... Im the bride and he kept coming up to me to reminding me of the rules and giving me instructions, which he should have been doing to one of the bridesmaids or friends. I just wanted a stress free day. He also drove through a stop sign and got pulled over, which everyone makes traffic mistakes. But the worst part of it all is that he dropped us off a half hour early! Which we paid for that time. I didnt even realize it until after getting off the bus and looking at the time. I was extremely disappointed with that, as it is very important for the driver to be mindful of this because it is not cheap to rent a limo. Im not so sure I would use this service for a fun event.

I took this service last January in a snowstorm and it was wonderful. the driver was on time and kept up with my flight delays. He drove me home, carried my luggage in and was personable. I just reserved another ride for this weekend. They were sold out but Jimmy worked it out and went out of his way to fit me in. Nicer and cheaper than the shared shuttle.

Very good overall service! My wife and I recently celebrated our 25th anniversary. Matt met us at Buffalo airport and was professional and fun. He took us to our hotel in Ontario near Niagara Falls. Dave was punctual and took us back a few days later. He was also professional with a nice way about him. The staff were helpful and polite when I called to confirm. The only complaint that needs to be addressed is the company does not reply back via email with general questions and concerns which prompted me to call.

Not a good experience. Hired Giorgios for our daughters wedding. First the driver arrived at the house and said I need a bathroom where is it and proceeded to use it. Then he stepped into the wedding picture with my daughter and I.It was an 80 plus degree day and the limo was hot inside. The driver would not turn the limo on until everyone was inside even though my daughters new mother in law told the driver the ceremony was over and they were on there way and asked if he could start the limo to cool it down. She also asked for a garbage bag to pick up some garbage in the limo and the driver said he didnt have any.When he dropped off the wedding party at the venue he told them they needed to clean up the limo before they left. Then he walked up to the best man and asked where his tip was. When the best man explained he only had sixty dollars the driver said you need to at least double that. ( PS driver - I, the brides father, had the tip money.).We had a second limo rented to bring guests from the hotel to the venue and it was late. According to what we were told it was because it was on a wine tour before us that ran late. This resulted in the grooms parents arriving late to the reception.When I called and asked to speak to the owner about these issues the person answering the phone said there was no owner because they are a corporation. To this day still dont know who is in charge. When I questioned why the limo and air couldnt be turned on before everyone boarded I was given the explanation by this person that it is against the law to run the limo if no one is in it. We can be ticketed. (PS. there were no police in the church lot!). I have since spoken to another limo company and a driver for another company and they both said this was not true. Someone was supposed to call me back. That was 2 weeks ago. Still no call. Last, we paid for the limo a year in advance, in full.

We used Giorgios for our wedding at the recommendation of a former business contact. When I first called and spoke with the owner, he was very personable and accommodating; however that was the last of it. When I called to make changes to our event, the individual said she would send over the updated invoices, but we never received them without having to call and follow up. We also gave specific instructions to have any day of considerations go through our day-of coordinator; these instructions were also not followed. We had three shuttle runs (that included gratuity) and the driver was unfriendly to our guests and complained about having to work late, which is clearly unprofessional and unacceptable. She arrived early and expected people to leave at that time. We would not recommend using this Company for your transportation needs.

We did a Sunday Fun Day and had a really fun day. Arrived on time, stopped several places....great day ! Thank you Giorgios.

Im giving 5 stars only because it wont let me give 10. We rented are limo from Giorgios for are wedding which was yesterday and words cant explain are time on it. Peter are driver was outstanding!!!!!! Thats an understatement. From day 1 everything went smooth Peter called us 2 days before to go over everything. The day of it was sunny and 87° outside and the ceremony was outside and guess who was right there taking care of the hole wedding party. PETER!! Handing out water giving us sweat towels you name it Peter had it before we asked. Peter never once made us feel uncomfortable or was being rude. Peter took us to some neat places that we didnt ask for to get some great wedding photos. Without that gentlemen not sure if the day would have went so smooth!! Gorgios you have one heck of a employee there and with a nice clean limo my wife and I cant say enough!!!! Thank you.

We used Giorgios 14 passenger limovan to transport our 11 passenger family to and from Grand Island to the Toronto airport for our Italy vacation in April 2919. The cost was very reasonable. The office staff were courteous and helpful answering questions. The limovan was great, the drivers were super courteous, helpful with luggage, and drove safely which was in great contrast to ZIPtransfers which we used for Rome to Rome airport. ZIPtransfers sent the wrong vehicle for our group and the driver reached speeds of 87 mph on Rome roads and came close to several collisions.I would highly recommend Giorgios limo service

I booked this company for my wedding on September 16, 2017. When I originally booked the limo I paid completely in full for this services, I not only booked our wedding limo but also a shuttle which was used to shuttle people from our venue to the hotel in which people stayed at. Being the Bride I wasnt made known of these issues until the morning after. Heres the run down of what happened, they were late to pick up my husband from our house to take him to the church, he was rude to the groom and didnt offer any help with loading the limo with items that needed to be on there. Once he dropped off the groom and groomsmen at the church his next stop was to come to get me and my bridesmaids. He once again took his time of getting out of the limo, he never introduced himself to anyone, but took it upon himself to walk into my parents house and go and use our bathroom. No one knew who this man was. Didnt know his name just said he was with the Giorgios. As he left the bathroom, he then proceeded to walk in front of my photographers which were attempting to capture my fathers first look at his daughter who he was about to give away !! Didnt say sorry, didnt stop just kept walking. Next as my bridesmaids were trying to get the things we needed on the limo, such as snacks and 1 cooler our purses, flowers, vases for the flowers on he again never offered any help with anything. Next we are finally on our way to the church, our driver decides to take transit road with all the construction knowing he was already behind on the schedule thats the route he decided to t). We have tried to call them and they will never get back you. My dad has tried to call multiple times and he keeps getting the go around. If your a bride or anyone in general DONT BOOK THIS LIMO COMPANY !!!
