The internet is the best Ive ever had but is almost guaranteed to go out every month, as I write this my internet is out

This was worst internet and service suppose to be provided I have ever dealt with. Pleases save yourself the trouble, time and money. Also in cancelling my service since I do not have a location to drop their equipment back off too I have to pay for the shipping to get it to them.

The internet is offline more than it is online. I have had to have a tech come out on multiple occasions. They get it working good for awhile (a week at the most) then its right back to the same issue. I am surly not getting what I pay for!!! I have even had someone tell me when I called to have a tech come out that its got to be the wires in my house... Uh, doubt it from all the comments Ive seen here! I really wish we had more options, but we unfortunately live in west Texas. If I could have given 0 stars I would have.

Northland Communications was our Internet provider in the Texas Hill Country for about 11 years. For some reason, this year the service was spotty and we tried to get a service person to our home to check it out. It was impossible. When a service person finally came, he pronounced the problem fixed, but it was not. Could not get Northland to send another service person out in a timely manner. We basically did without service for more than a month before firing Northland. When we called to cancel our service, they said they could get a service person out the next day. No, thanks. I would not recommend Northland for internet service.

This is the worse internet provider i have been with whenever it rains there is no internet then we are paying for there services thats the worst. I hope your company has shame taking our money and providing subpar service.

HORRIBLE INTERNET. Is a decent speed for a few hours in the middle of the day when you first get it but eventually you start getting speeds of less than a few kiloabits per second (this is horrible) I could get better internet on 1980s DIAL UP. DO NOT GO TO THEM GO LITTERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE. After tons of complaints they will send someone thee weeks later and then not fix anything anyways and make you wait another 3 weeks. ive been with them two months and cannot stand it, I am already leaving because their internet is SO BAD. i am a student and need internet for my online classes, if you are in any kind of similiar situation, or just like having decent internet then DO NOT GO TO THEM. seriously, carrier pigeons wold work faster than their internet

My internet is good when it works but as usual it is always down even though I paid it why is this?

The office is never open. Trying to disconnect service and they would t shut off service and stop billing until they ha e the modem, but no one is here so I can drop it off. Moving to new town...

This internet company is horrible. The Internet is off all the time.

These people are rude and very unfriendly and when I asked to speak with a manager I was ignored and disconnected. Then after calling on another phone I was put on hold and never reconnected. Avoid business with this company if at all possible.
