Rude service owner hangs-ups during a conversation like a little girl does when she dont get her way. 2230.00- to haul a motorcycle. does not call out to owners that are involved in an accident.better off to thumb it down the road then use this company.

I had a out of state Customer break down 64 miles outside Lamar, Co I called the owner Mr. Andy Woller and he was so kind. He on a saturday went and picked up my customer, towed her car to a shop for me, called the owner of the shop for me and took my customer to a motel, got her checked in. This man is wonderful. I would and do recommend this tow company to anyone in need of his services. Also I was charged a great rate.

My wife, our 11 week old baby, and I live in Denver. We were coming back from a weekend trip and our car broke down on a record high temperature day. Even though our insurance miscommunicated our location, delaying our pick-up/tow, Andy Wollers company was able to send someone before the tow truck so that my wife and son could be in an air conditioned car. They were very easy to work with and towed our car safely. We highly recommend using them!!!

Andy Woller Towing did a great job for us. My wife was in a car accident while I was out of town. He showed up quickly and treated her professionally. When I called him to look at the car the next day he was nice and helpful when showing me where the damage is and what I need to look for when getting my wifes car fixed. I would recommend Andy Woller Towing to everybody.

This review is a little late, but I STILL think back to the weekend I drove to Oklahoma to pick up an RV that I bought online. On the way back it blew a tire. This company traveled an hour to get me, they towed my new RV to their shop and replaced all 4 tires for such a STEAL!!! I could not thank them enough. They got me back on the road in just a couple of hours. and then................I broke down AGAIN. They traveled another hour (twice in the same day) to get me. Turns out when my tire blew, it smacked my exhaust pipe upward, started a fire in the RV, which burned through my fuel pump line. They towed the RV back to their shop a second time and I just gave up and went home. By the time I was able to get back out there (to Lamar, CO) 2 weeks later, they had fixed my exhaust pipe and replaced my fuel pump. I am so very thankful for everyone there. That weekend was terrible enough with all the bad luck I was having, but it could have been much worse if not for these guys. Thank you all so much.

Engine problem in my 40 ft diesel motorhome, needed a tow. This requires some heavy equipment and expertise. My roadside assistance plan called Woller, and I’m glad they did.Dan arrived just 15 minutes later, and everything went smoothly. I’ve been towed three times in the past six years, and I can say this tow was the most smooth and efficient yet.Their heavy units are normally set up for trucks, not buses, so he had to reconfigure the pickup arms. He did this promptly, while always being very careful of the body and chassis differences between an HDT and a bus.We were delivered to the repair shop with no drama and no scratches. I was impressed and pleased. I would request Woller again without hesitation.

I have never had to use a towing company before, but due to my experience with Andy Woller Towing I would NEVER use a tow company again. My truck broke down and I needed a tow to the nearest Chrysler dealership in Pueblo. I had asked for my truck to be picked up that night, and even though the website says they work nights, weekends, and holidays, Mr Woller left my truck on the side on US HWY 287 over night. In the morning I received a text message stating that Mr Woller would be towing my truck at 0715 the following morning. My truck was still left on the side of the road at 1159, which I found out after calling and asking about the status of my truck. I had asked Mr Woller for some common customer service and to contact me after delivering my vehicle to its location in Pueblo. Mr Woller did not take any of my information to contact me back, I thought he used the number I called from on that would have shown up on his phone. I waited for Mr Woller to call and let me know that the trip went well, there was no update. I called Mr Woller at 1624 for the status of my truck. He stated, Everythings Fine with a slight attitude to his voice. I told him that contacting people is part of customer service and I want to know what the status of my truck is. He replied with, Contacting you is not a high priority for me. I told him that Knowing what is going on with my 2015 dodge ram truck is very important to me. He told me, I dont have time for this. Then promptly hung up on me. I never did get a status on my truck, nor do I know where it is. For all I know it is still sitting on the side of the road, or in another town never making its destination. I have never used a tow company before, but if this is the type of attitude to expect from other towing companies I will never use a tow company again. Had I known I would have received such poor customer service and lack of motivation, I would have pushed the vehicle to town myself. If you have to option to pick another tow company I would highly recommend choosing a different company, and do be aware that Mr Woller has a second tow company under another name, possibly due to the poor customer service he provides at his current tow company. The other company name is Hooks, and if you choose to use Hooks beware that you will be working with Mr Woller and sub-par service.

I was in my little car and had a wreck when a semi turned in front of me striking my car on the front drivers side. Fortunately, I was not injured, but my car was not able to be driven from the scene.I was extremely upset following the incident, especially since the semi driver became quite belligerent towards me. Andy Woller Towing was called and got there quite quickly. I was so grateful to have such a kind tow truck driver to help me in the very stressful situation. The driver made sure I was alright and loaded my car and got me back to work as soon as possible. I will definitely call them if ever in a similar situation again!

Andy was a huge help. If you don’t want to feel like a burden to a tow truck driver call Andy! I called him at 2:30 on a Friday morning after sending my Camry in a deep ditch, he didn’t hesitate to answer the phone. I would suggest him any day!

I broke down woller towing picked me up took me to a mechanic got me all fixed up and took me to a good hotel. Thanks for your help.

Andy worked out a deal with me where he knocked off part of my tow bill when he winched my car out of the mud.

I was fishing out at two buttes had a flat thought my leaf spring broke got towed from tow truck even though my insurance couldnt find the car he did then got me two used tires at 25 a piece and back on the road even came to hotel and picked me up thanks !
