She new exactly what was going on before I said a word. Is it a return? The UPS lady said. I was like yes it is looking probably a little impressed and shocked as she new exactly what it was just by me having my phone out with a QR code on it and not really holding the screen twords her....still not sure how she new, mabey shes psychic....lol

The delivery guys dont knock on my door. They leave my packages at the top of the stairs where everyone can see it when the drive or walk by. They dont even go to the top of the stairs, they only go up far enough to slide the package on the porch to stay. Ive called and complained more then once, Im told there is nothing they can do cause they are union employees. I remeber growing up UPS came and honled the horn when they pulled up. Then they would KNOCK ON THE DOOR loud. Im luck that my packeges havent been taken yet. I pay extra money to not use them whenever possible.

After 3 days of calling about an item that was shipped to a wrong address, the driver still handed the object to a person at the wrong house! But in the long run they did call the boss in and have her guarantee it by Monday well just have to see.

Employee I dealt with doesnt know what je is doingcould not buy a box to ship a item in. didnt know what he was doing. will go to Pueblo next time. yje folks who deliver are great, need someone who is better informed

Young lady was very nice and helpful.

I give it 3 stars because theyre only open 1 hour a day 5 days a week. Other than that, the staff Ive always talked to has always been super friendly and helpful each time Ive gone in.

We were surprised that this place wad only opened for an hour (5-6 PM). But the young lady addy the front desk was very nice and accommodating.
