The work done on the wood floors in our new home was fantastic. Craig was able to find the perfect color stain for our wood floor and we love it! Work was done quickly and professionally and we couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Called and spoke with salesman R, he had set up an appointment to go out and look at a hardwood floor refinishing job close to his shop. R said he would be there in the afternoon and would put together an estimate. Never heard from him again, as a matter of fact he ignored my calls and VM. So I called and spoke with the owner, he said he would send someone else out to look at the job. I never heard from anyone from this company. Unprofessional, and really wasted my time waiting for an inspection. Cant they grow a pair and nicely state were to busy or were not interested, as they waisted a week of my time. If I was a betting man Id say they would operate just like this on the job. Stay clear of this company, this should be a warning.

Lies after lies after lies. Said they would get the job done on one day, then pushed it to the next day, then the next day, then the next week. Eventually they said that their crew was not answering the phone which lasted for a few days. Finally, when I left a message one evening they called back and screamed that I woke up their kid so now after two and a half weeks of wasting our time with them and the floors not done they bailed on the job. This is a sham operation. Dont waste your time or money with these liars.
