I have bought tires, had repairs and recommendations from many places in the Lakewood / Golden area over the years but have never had better service or witnessed young guys with a better work ethic than I have seen here. I will pay a little more now and avoid the hype that other shops offer. The Peerless guys work outside; worthy of respect. No problems with the tire options either.

One of the better experiences having to change my tires. They didn’t cut any corners, they didn’t try to sell me anything more than I needed. They gave me options as well for what I could get instead of trying to shove one single set on me. Service was professional but still very friendly. Most importantly the entire thing took less than 40 minutes in and out and I didn’t leave feeling like I got robbed.Don’t go to these massive chain stores and get robbed. Go to Peerless.

Had a screw in my tire that needed removed and plugged. They actually found 2 screws and repaired both without a wait to get in. Fast Service!!!!!

It was fast and cheap but come to find the next day that the tire wasnt fixed. Had to take it to another location. Luckily they didnt charge us a second time.

Wow do we get great service at this tire shop! In the past year or so we have bought 2 sets of tires as well as getting our snow and summer tires switched back and forth. There service is always efficient and fairly priced. They do not take appointments but still mange to service our cars quickly and efficiently.

Always have great service work quickly and have the cheapest prices I could find in local area.

I have been going here for various years now. They always end up to be competitive in price. I like their location. They communicate well. Sometimes they are very busy and sometimes not. Their soda machine is still 75 cents and the drinks are cold as they can be.

I bought tires from Peerless about six months ago. The service was fast and well done, and the staff was professional and friendly. However, Im really writing this review because I had a slow leak in one of my tires. I arrived and within ten minutes, their technicians had figured out that a screw was stuck in my tire and causing the leak. Another ten minutes later and my tire was patched and I was ready to go. On top of a speedy and wonderful service, there was no charge because I had purchased the tire from them. I will absolutely continue using Peerless.

Those people act like they dont want to be there in the first place and if youre not buying a brand new tires they dont even want to help you they need to close that place down

Zac was a huge help today. After being told by Discount Tire, we would have to spend over $1000 to get new tires due to a discontinued tire we tried Peerless. Zac was able to fix the original tire saving is a ton of money. Peerless has our families business. Thanks Zac!

Greg the manager and his staff are super helpful. I had my summer tires changed out to snows. When I got home to store I noticed a gash on one of the sidewalls of my summer tires. Took them back and they measured my tread and replaced the gashed tire with a brand new tire of same make.

My 2cents. Last time ive been to peerless was about 10years ago. Like always, the customer service is excellent. Its first come first serve. I have a Tesla and bought snow tires from tire rack. Asking around town and everyone wanted $150 for install. Install here $80 and no one can beat this coupled with the professionalism and courtesy. Anyone who buys a set of tires from tirerack.com get to your nearest Peerless Tires. Theyre awesome and if you have a tesla always bring your pucks for the lift.

There was no wait, excellent service and no charge for repairing a tire. It was a wonderful experience!

Great service and the guys are fast! They do what they can so you wont get stranded on the road because of tires!! (Edit) the guys who worked there got promoted and is being run by a new crew who could use a bit more training/experience!

Preordered tires for Cadillac over the phone. Installed in 20 minutes. Fast, friendly, and safe. No one had to enter the car and lifts are outside. No hassels!😉

The manager is very nice and friendly. They always jill me up with great lower prices on tires. This is the only shop that was able tp find me an all-terrain tire that foot on my 13 Subaru outback!!!

I purchased a set of Hankook tires from Peerless last year and they are still doing awesome! I also purchased an additional warranty on them as I drive quite a bit. I have had two flat tires within the last two months (one screw and one nail!) and Peerless did an awesome job helping me get the tires patched and back on the road. They were so nice and helpful, I can’t thank them enough for helping me out! They are wonderful.

I was in this store on the Friday morning, before the 4th of July. Arturo and Dan were working. I had discovered a screw in my tire the night before. When I got to the store thinking it could be repaired, I was told it was in the side wall and so it had to be replaced!Of course my tire was not in stock, and I had missed the deadline to have it delivered. These two offered to run up and get it themselves, and get me back on the road in a few hours. I am a Lyft driver, I needed my car, and to be safe. They returned my car with a new tire in about an hour.Thanks Arturo and Dan!!

My recent visit has turned me off from the business because the manager, Chi Cha, provided me with a quote and when I came in two days later he was unwilling to uphold the quote he gave and only told me after he’d switched and balanced the tires and I’d already been waiting over an hour.I wasn’t in a hurry to get new tires. I could’ve shopped around for better prices, but I came back to give him business because he provided a competitive quote. As he was ringing me up, I reminded him of the quote and he charged me a 45% mark up per tire and stated that the original quote was for a different size tire that he put on my car the day before. He’d just looked at the tire which was exactly the same size as the two I was purchasing! At this point, frustrated and cold, I gave him what he wanted.I’m extremely disappointed in the service provided today and feel taken advantage of. Being a woman, I feel he felt he had an opportunity to treat me like that. If he could no longer provide the service at the price he’d advertised, why not be honest? Why lie? Makes no sense to me!I NEVER write bad reviews, but lying and inconveniencing consumers is unacceptable.

I usually get my tires here but today I just finished my breaks and needed my lugs to be re torqued. They happily did it for me with no issues. I appreciate the guys at this location.

I called before driving over to get tires mounted. They gave me a price and told me they would be able to do it. Upon arrival, they informed me, the tires wouldn’t be able to be mounted, because they were too old in year. That would have been nice to know before I made the drive.

Took them a hour and a half and more expensive than others. Went to tire discount got alignment and four tires for 497 with the warranty. Got four tires from them with no alignment 567 with warranty. Never again.

I recently purchased a set of Uniroyal Tiger Paw tires for my Cadillac CTS at this Peerless Tire Store, and I have been very pleased with the tires and the service I received. The price of the tires was much better than anything offered by Discount Tires or Big O tires, and they got the tires I needed in a very short period of time. I was also very pleased by the service provided by the manager, Chi Cha. The store isnt anything fancy, but if you are looking for a good price on tires, and expeditious service I think this is a good place to do business.

I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I went to rotate my tires and the service technician was immature and very unprofessional at check in and 3 hours later when he was finishing my tires. I asked him at pick up if my tire pressure had been checked and he reassured me it had. My tires were 7psi too low and I had to fill them myself. Also, when I was leaving, I backed into a very low concrete post that I could not see in my truck and dented my rear bumper. A tire had been placed on the post so I know I am not the only one who has had this happen. The technician who saw my accident immediately went inside. I have heard from friends that I shared my experience with that BIG O TIRES just north of this location is an excellent store and I will take my business there.

This place is a life saver. Doing a national theatre tour in a large sprinter van and the air pressure in the tires had gotten low. Spent my morning looking for a gas station with a working air pump to no avail and needed to get it done before the next leg of our trip to Aspen. Came to this place and they checked the pressure and aired it up on the spot. They were super friendly and fast.

Great prices. Fast service. Good service. You can pull up and stay in your car with your kids and your dogs while they change your tires. That is helpful! They keep their overhead low by having outside bays and small indoor space. I paid $439 for 4 studded snow tires with warranties fully installed. I have a minivan.

Quick and cheap place to get your tires changed very good service. After a few months of use got a nail in my new tire, (got their warranty) fixed it with no problems and it took less than 30mins no hassle or paper work. Will keep coming back.

Not only was the service fast, friendly, and well-priced; the guys at the shop made sure that the job was done right. Billy, who introduced himself as the new manager, took the time to show me what was causing my issue and explained why...and then gave me ALL of my options for fixing the issue. All around, a refreshing and confidence-inspiring expierence that was priced right.

I swear this place is SO great! 30 minutes or less is their motto and its TRUE! Or I just get help right away. Originally I tried going to Big O tires across the street and they basically told me to go away that theyre too busy!

Got me in and out despite being super busy.

Ive been here 4 times and yet to have a good experience. My wife was told it would be a 40 minute wait. After 3 hrs they finally finished. Then we went back to get more tires and they didnt have them in stock and would have to order them for the next day. Understandable. But the next day they forgot to order them. Mistakes happen. But the next day when we came back they forgot to order them a second time! Peerless is a good company overall, but this one is not!

Had a flat tire on one I bought from Peerless. Went in and they took it out of my car and had it repaired in 15 minutes for free. Never even asked to see the road warranty or receipt. GREAT service !

These guys are always really helpful. Snow tires are on now thanks to them.

This place is straight up amature hour. Simple tasks require multiple visits. The staff likes to use muscle and brute force instead of finesse. If you just need tires for your daily driver this place is ok. Just dont expect a nice or clean waiting area.

These guys were really great. I managed to get my tire valve stem clogged up trying to get some tire sealant in and I couldnt re-inflate the tire. I took the tire over to them and they pulled it off the rim and got it cleaned out and re-inflated for me and wouldnt take any money for the work. They just asked I buy my next set of tires from them. I absolutely will. Service like that is how you win a customer for life. Thanks guys!

I had a great experience in the past and have purchased many sets of tires. I have been a long time customer even when the shop was on West Colfax. I stopped by on Friday to swap out my own tires. No other customers were at the store and Billy, the store manager, told me at 5:20pm that was it only him and a other tech in the store and to come back tomorrow. I have already ordered my own tires and I’m ok with the price change from $16 to $20 dollars each to install but Billy tell me he wants to get out at 6pm which is when the store is closing but it’s only 5:20pm. So with no other customers he wanted to do nothing for forty minutes. Really poor costumer service. I went to another tire shop and was done with 2 techs under 30 minutes with no issues.

Recently bought new tires for my pick up, i asked for over sized tires. The crew mounted up the larger tires and checked for any clearance issues. they were fast and very friendly to me.

Lost a customer. A simple work request of installing my snow tires already on rims was a burdon on the manager and employees. The mgr actually saidthis is why we dont want people removing snow tires too early (so Im inconveniencing you?) little does he know Ive had summers on since february, and drive 500 miles a week minimum. Its been warm. I saved over 4500 miles on my expensive snow tires (purchased at peerless) with soft rubber. Once he said that I walked out. Went across the street and Big O swapped my wheels for NO CHARGE! True pros across the street. Save your time. The peerless guys are clueless. Youre a business. Put up a sign or make a policy that you dont swap wheels. Otherwise I expect to be taken care of. My money is leaving Peerless for good.

Went there for my warranty replacement and they did not have the tire, so they called the Santa fe and Oxford store to see if they had one, which they said they did. I drove to the Santa fe and Oxford store to get my tire replaced and well guess what no tire (even after calling ahead to make sure they had it). So I asked if they could deliver one to my local store which I said was Alameda and they said sure it would be there in an hour. I drove back to my local store and waited for about 20 min then they told me they had the tire sent to the wrong store. No tire until the next day. Incompatence is what I would use to describe this place.
