Do not hire this company, I’ve been using their services for a few months, I am a small business so most of the time they don’t need to pick up anything, I’m closing temporarily and want to cancel their services and they want to charge me over a thousand dollars just to cancel, absurd, I am not going to pay that for sure, DON’T HIRE THIS COMPANY they’re not honest and if you wish to cancel they will make you pay a ridiculous amount of money to do so

As a first client, we were very disappointment with the beginnings of our relationship with SanPro. Two failed pick up times, inability to coordinate schedules though listed on our contract, no representatives (Breanna and Amanda) to help. After finally getting in touch with someone, we learned our contract was revoked with no reasoning and not even the courtesy to let us know. Customer service is not their forte, and you should seek a different disposal company.

We were with another company who sold us on low rates but every few month they kept raising us.
