Called night before asked for 630 am pickup, they said 615 better. At 650 still not here.I would not recommend.

We flew into the Lakewood Airport and needed a taxi to get to the hotel. We called the taxi that the airport recommend but they said it would be an hour before they could be there so we said no. I called Cheap Taxi and they got there in 10 minutes. They took us straight to the hotel with no problems. I called them the next morning to get back to the airport. Again, they arrived in 10 minutes and took us to the airport with no problems. If we go back to Lakewood, I will certainly call them again.

I called because my medical transport service had pickup mixed. So called at 8:22am from Lakewood surgery center. They said would be there 12 minutes. I then received call 15 minutes later that they were outside. Rushed ou door and not there. Received couple more calls from a driver who asked again for pickup address. Kept telling me traffic but it was 8:45 am. To make a longer story short medical transport showed up by 9am. All sudden get call taxi driver at 9:45 told him already home and hung up. I dont even think this person was from taxi company. What a horrible experience

I asked for the taxi and the driver was asking me where is the address that home is wtf when they must have jps and not question the passengers is a drivers garbage but on the pure phone talking on WhatsApp
