I work closely with the social worker at this location her name is Alexia Boyd and she is amazing. She is every foster parents dream when it comes to having a social worker. She has an amazing attitude and amazing outlook on life shes great with kids and she really does care I wish to God we had more people like her.

I love this place because DCFS rescued me from self destructing. Staff are nice and respectful.The Care giver of my son prince was a good choice from my social worker Teresa Valencia.

They have play equipment for your children during your meetings and pretty mive place can use a little more friendly employees tho

They give false urine test. And take your kids away. They are wrong. It takes money to make money. If i was smart and had money I would sue them. Nobody took care of my kids better than me. They have been sick and they are and look depressed. My grandson has been in Ermergency Room twice in one month. Before they took them on a lie and when i had them in my custody they were never sick now they have colds. Cough and asthma.

These people are frauds!!! They deserve zero stars. They are so unprofessional and they never answer phone calls or reply to text messages. Erica grey is a miserable fat good for nothing supervisor. So ignorant and unprofessional. These people need to get reported to higher authorities. They lie about everything and get away with it.

Please keep in mind that when you sign a consent form to release your childrens, medical records theyll probe through every aspect of your life. Also your conversations are being recorded via cellphones, or a government issued device. Record every form of contact with a social worker, supervisors, front desk clerk, etc. Keep a description of who came to your home, what he or she was driving, and the license plate number to the vehicle . Dont be afraid to do a background check on them after all theyve definitely probed through your background. Remember these people work for the government, and will go above and beyond to misuse their authority at the parents expense. Please list their names and ethnicities, so other parents or guardians wont be mistreated in anyway. Anything you say can and will be held against you in a court of law. So with that being said have a trusted neighbor, pastor, or a camcorder recording . ( Its legal ) No confidentiality regarding cases what so ever. Harassment is a crime, most of the caseworkers here have mental issues. (Overeating) if you catch my drift atleast the three that harassed my family. Jessica Fairfield, Tanya Norville- Holmes and Last but not least Jourdan Bretoi . Please do your research when dealing with the case workers dispatched to your home if theyve been written up for any reason including arrest records, its public records or atleast it should be. Great social workers, deserve to shine not these few bad apples in the bunch . Jessica Fairfield stated that she could clearly see my mental issue, lol judging from the snack bag she was clutching i could clearly see her issue (350+) Harassment is a criminal act especially when theyve made up excuses to harass your child at school. Remember this is a teachable moment for these ladies, to learn from their mistakes.

The system is a horrible place yes. But truthfully people need to think about the children who are exposed to abuse and neglect. The ones who cannot speak up for themselces. Thats the job that these people face everyday. Trying to decipher weather or not they need to step in and help these children. I have had no problems with staff or workers. No false positive drug tests, classes completed and positive monitored visits.

Bad service they wont help uuu at all

Offers variety of public services. Although staff lack professionalism and getting receptionist to help locate a CSW can be frustrating. But for the most part with any thing you might need they can help just as long as you speak up.

The csw marquetra Swayne is not csw material she is going against my rites as an American as well as court order. Ive contacted her supervisor twice. With still no response to the first voicemail message I left. This is affecting my child and my self. My case is up for the 6 month mark on my 26 birthday and I need help! I dk qat Im suppose to do HELP!!!

They must be held accountable! This is a DEMAND TO GIVE BACK OUR KIDSCassyIm a counselor (Cassy) that works with DCFS parents in Long Beach,Ca. I come into contact with some of the CSWs as well. Some of these CSWs really do abuse the parents, and are not making their situation any better. I try to encourage parents to take action. There are a few organizations out there, such as Parents in Partnership (that are actually stationed in all DCFS offices), that are set up to provide info and help parents navigate through the DCFS system.And to be fair, CSWs are human beings like the rest of us. Some are good at what they do, and some are bad. Unfortunately the bad ones keep families split longer than they need to be.Kelli- The supervisors are the real problem, to be honest. And the only ones that the system makes supervisors are the ones that are good at keeping kids in the system.DCFS; Treat them as you would law enforcement and the Miranda Rights will apply. . you have the right to remain silent anything you say will be twisted and used against you in the court of law

They deserve no stars for the way they have treated me throughout this entire case. Connie Kim and Dima Hernandez has poorly handled my case. My daughter has witnessed domestic violence because her deadbeat dad had beaten me in front of her numerous times and when dcfs got involved, they treat me as if Im the perpetrator. He does not work to avoid paying child support and why would he feel the need to if dcfs grants him visit regardless if child support is being paid or not. Ive completed all my classes and done everything that is asked of me. He has not completed his classes and despite my daughters therapist showing great concern for my childs well being under his care, they still grant him more and more hours. I have a restraining order against him so he decided to send his 16yr old daughter to come after me. His sister is supposed to be there during pick up and drop offs but instead hes been sending his girlfriend and daughter. She tried to fight me in front of my daughter cussing and trying to get physical with me and I called the cops and dcfs claims it will be under investigation. I have contacted police dept and it is a lie. They have done nothing. No investigation is being made. My daughter is forced to go with them. They cant provide a loving home for her because they are all violent by nature. Dcfs does not care about the well being of my child nor do they care about our safety.

Very unprofessional an do not handle case or any investigation properly.it should be called mother services with kids.fathers are looked pass n given no rights.

Friendly reception, changing station in every bathroom, and also has a brest feeding room available.

Provide great services for kids in LA County

They take peoples children away for a living. Need I say more?
