DO NOT RECOMMEND: If you want to get compensated, your a woman, and you actually want to help insurers HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. I am the only one working supporting 4 kids and my husband who has disability from the Military. We have not been paid at all and they are giving us the run around. It makes me sick to my stomach that this company will not help us and will not pay for the hours of work that was done for them. We traveled to MI worked 12hr shifts and when it is time to be compensated even though they stated pay day is every Friday, it’s been almost a months and still have not been paid. THEY WILL TALK DOWN TO YOU, every company and scenarios are different. While training, they will talk down to you, SPECIALLY IF YOUR A WOMAN! They are demeaning. They are contradicting each other. Each manager, team lead will contradict one another and bad mouth each other. Information is never ever straight forward and you will have to figure it out yourself. What is sickening is that they will brag and boast to each other how they will decline an insurers claim, how they will ensure claims are denied and laugh about them. This is NOT MY FIRST DEPLOYMENT, so I know how things should be ran. Made me so sick and that was the last straw for me. Luckily there was work somewhere else and I was able to get working and they have already compensated me. I will definitely seek counsel and absolutely ensure everyone knows about how this company works.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. WIFE IS STILL WAITING FOR HER COMPENSATION. GIVING HER THE RUN AROUND. THEY DO NOT HELP THE INSURER AT ALL, they want to deny claims and are boastful about it.
Eberl Claims was sent out by my insurance company after the deracho that hit Iowa. A tree had hit my house and damaged some siding. The adjuster decided to take a sample from the dead center of one of the walls instead of down on an edge. This has made repairing impossible. Taking this piece did more visible damage than the storm did. A little common sense would have saved me a whole lot of pain.
The most notoriously dishonest company out there i bought my house September 13th 2019 with 2 appraisals and complete inspections done on August 10th 2020 we had a derecho my insurance company had them send out an adjuster ( Coy Aultman) from texas who was first of all admittedly inexperienced to do an adjustment from damage caused by the 140mph winds he blamed my roofing contractor for damage to my 2 day old roof (sheeting and shingles) he never went into my attic to check anything his so called boss said the new cracks in my foundation were from settling (50 year old house) my house actually shifted because of the storm my doors and windows dont close properly ive got cracks in my drywall his debris clean up rate was listed at an illegal $7.00hr - i could go on and on his adjustment totaled 3400 in damages the estimate is over 80k - this company should b shut down if u get an adjuster from them kick them off your property and demand someone from another company their bs adjustment will now cost me tens of thousands in lawyer fees and public adjuster fees
State Farm sent an Eberl adjuster, Daniel Hardin, to come inspect storm damage to my home. He was dismissive, rude, condescending, and dishonest. He stated in front of my contractor and I that something would be covered, but once his estimate arrived, it was not included. When I called him about it, he lied to me and said it was included, when it was very obvious it was not. State Farm was his customer, not me, the homeowner. Get an attorney, and a public adjuster if anyone from this place is sent to adjust a claim for you!
Great company to work for. Anybody calling them racist probably cannot back up the claim -- I have never seen it . . . nepotism maybe, but not racism. Always pay on time. Dispatchers maintain personal contact on a frequent basis. Working for IRS is not a feasible alternative to working for Eberls. Crawford is. Any adjuster with experience knows the good IA firms to work for. Crawford and Eberls are on the list. IRS is not.
Best company Ive ever worked for, great management and everyone strives to offer the best service possible in the industry
(as an Independent Insurance Adjuster) .... Great company to work with.....verygood training, very friendly staff.
Very racist company especially Taylor Jones, apply for other firms and not this one.
Great people
