Outrageous costs for water and sewer compared to city of Denver plus $31.70 service fee every billing cycle because we are a non-profit. Total BS. One more reason not to move to Lakewood, Colorado.

Ive had a handful of issues, including needing review of a sewer line scope video, and GM Water staff has always been helpful, courteous and responsive.

Im not sure who I was speaking with on the phone this morning, but he had horrible customer service. I understand your company isnt open on Sundays; I had an issue regarding no water so I wanted to just figure out what was going on. Having to deal with work related issues on your day off I understand is frustrating, but the bottom line, is its your job. That includes providing decent customer service, which this man I spoke to had none. He was clearly irritated he had to deal with my inquiry, and spoke back to me saying well, you want your water on dont you? And when he misunderstood me at one point, back talked me. When it came time to hang up he just said later, with obvious distaste for the whole situation. Ive worked retail for a few years now, and this is embarrassing for your company.

Terrible service. They notify only you of a bill a month before its due and then AFTER the grace period. No additional communications from the district (ie. a week before, the day of, etc).

You are all stealing from us all, you will all be caught VERY soon all of you!
