Ridiculously hard to cancel once you have them! My husband and I had both our health insurance and dental insurance through them and all was fine until I got a new job that provided us better and more affordable health insurance back in October of 2015. I cancelled our health insurance as of November 1st and was given a confirmation number and told we were absolutely cancelled. Well it is January 2016 and I am on my fourth cancellation call with these people to cancel our insurance. I have had the same conversation with a confirmation number that is supposed represent a cancellation and yet charged each month. A week after each call I receive emails stating that my complaints have been resolved (whatever that means) and then I am charged again. I have reversed the charges with my bank and put a hold on them having the ability to debit our account but dont want to go to collections. Here is the latest they tell me is that we are officially cancelled but still have resolute it with the actual companies we use for health/dental insurance?!!!! I now have to call Delta dental and Kaiser to resolute a cancellation even though that who is I called in the beginning not knowing who I cancelled with. I have called them each time and get the same story to call connect for Colorado!!! Ugh! It is getting absurd and I dont want to go to collections but these people either are complete morons or they are required to play these games to get as much money as they can out of people. I had no problems finding health care with them but trying to break free is presenting to be a nightmare. I suggest staying away if you can as the prices are just as high if you called the health insurance company themselves.

Two installations, complete satisfaction! I had a receiver set up at my home and-at my bosss request-my work. They were polite, prompt, and were helpful in explaining all the different options to me! Highly recommended!
