From the very first phone call, donald was very responsive, we had what turned out to be a very difficult bed bug infestation, rarely saw a bug. But the bites were constant. After working with a spray company for too long and not seeing results, i reached out to donald, he made room on the schedule and came all the way down to co springs. This company did what they were going to do when they said they would do it. In fact, they stayed three hours longer than scheduled to make certain the job would be thorough. They counted the fire sprinklers and carefully covered every one of them. They were careful with furniture and art work. Donald came out the same day after I told him my concerns. We had called other pest control companies who said they would not even do an inspection, as they wouldnt find anything, and then started negotiating a price. Donald came out, searched through every area of concern, and was honest that the did not find anything that led him to believe we had an infestation. He could have easily told me he had found something, but was very honest and I truly appreciate that. We ended up using a dog to double check afterward, as bites were continuing to be an issue, and the dog also backed up Donalds findings. This is a highly emotional and mental issue, and Donald was so responsive and honest, at a time when many other companies will prey on that and charge you an arm and a leg to treat you regardless of there being an issue or not. After moving into a new house, we found out we had bed bugs which was quite a nightmare. Our landlord originally had someone do a chemical treatment, which did nothing but scatter the bugs. Heat Pro treated the HOA apartments called the Renaissance. Charged them $1,000 per unit and over 54 units were treated.How do you kill all the bedbugs in each unit that share the same building when your only heating 4 units in a day’s work????The next day, the bed bugs will come back!!! No chemical application was used, therefore, a total scam.This company is a joke and quite honestly, they basically stole money from the Renaissance. Then, Bill took a trip to Europe with that money...I use to work at Heat Pro. The pic is of the app I used and it shows the Renaissance scheduled.

Bill Buckley did a great job for us. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and very trustworthy. His prices are better than anyone we found, but he doesnt come in an just do a quick job. We bought a house, moved in and then discovered the previous owners left behind bed bugs. Not fun! Bill was prompt at coming out and determined quickly that we did in fact have a bed bug problem. He was helpful, courteous and made us feel a lot better about the situation and that it could be mitigated. We scheduled the heat treatment for 2 days later. They heated the whole house, but after a few nights in the house, we woke up with more bites.A quick call to Bill determined that the infestation was worst then he expected and he recommended we call in Lucky the bed bug dog to really determine exactly where they were still lingering. Lucky and his owner Eric came out the next day and detected bugs mainly still in our master bedroom. Bill got right on it when he heard the news and arranged for the fans to be back at our house within a few hours to kill them for good. We slept somewhere else and we re-treated our master bedroom overnight for 12+ hours. (Re-treating was all included in his original warranty which was nice, we didnt have to pay additional for this)Coming back to the house, we were hopeful that they were gone and after sleeping there for a few nights, we had no bites! Just to be sure though, Bill arranged for Lucky to come back out to the house for free for us to give us final piece of mind. Lucky gave us the all clear and weve been bed bug free ever since.Bill and his team were great to work with and very accommodating to jump on the problem quickly. Heat treatment is not cheap, but it is the best way to kill the bugs quickly and effectively and we are happy we called Bill first before wasting our time and money anywhere else. Highly recommend!

My family and I were staying at a hotel while waiting to close on our house, then we started getting bites. I was the first to get the bites, then my wife and daughters were next. Wow! Cant say enough good about Bill and his team. We were pretty convinced we had a problem due to finding what looked like bed bugs. Having was in a place where there had been some issues in the past few months I was concerned that some of the issues may have followed me home. Bill was incredibly helpful over the phone, set up a time to run the service on our house, but said he wanted to come over to do a pre-visit just to make sure we were indeed working with bed bugs. We hired Bill to heat the house to get rid of bed bugs without any inspection as he said over phone if you are getting bites that means YOU HAVE BED BUGS and there is no need for inspection. Two treatments later we are still getting bites and we even found a dead one after almost three weeks. Now Bill says you dont see any bed bugs which means you dont Have them .Be aware there is no grantee for their work and you just lose lot of money and time.

Heat Pro is GREAT! Highly recommend this company very knowledgeable and helpful! They helped us figure out the mystery that what we thought was bed bugs was actually bat bugs!!! Which terminex miss diagnosed and charged us a huge fee to treat our house for the wrong bugs! So glad we got a second opinion from heat pro now we know what the real problem is and how to solve it! Heat Pro makes the worst experience in your life become the best. We survived and so far are bed bug free!! Cant tell you how happy we are. I was tearful the day I called and was super worried. Bill came out to do a walk through and answer all my questions. It was wonderful and I felt very confident in their abilities and was not let down. Go this route- you will thank yourself later.

Used heat pro 3 times and it didnt kill all bugs...had to hire someone else to treat house..not to mention they broke game station and didnt want to own up to it..the guy Mike says hes owner but he really isnt... shady business ..think twice before wasting money and time

I had bed bugs and I hired this company because of its good reviews and I regret it .... They said it would be a year guarantee and in the first treatment they did we still found some and they said that they would be gone in a week .... Time passed and there were more than they use to be.... At last we did 4 treatment and they werent gone ..... And they said they werent going anymore because our year was over when it wasnt true and we were bearly half through.... So if you want to get rip off go ahead and call this company......They even supposedly helped us prepare and I spend the whole night preparing everything and now there saying we prought them home again when that same day we found them alive and wouldnt even give us our money back and wouldnt do any treatment anymore when it was so suppose to be for a whole year guarantee .... We spend 1000 for them to rip us off and there saying they did more treatments than they were supposed to ... I tjougth it was a whole year guarantee .... Now your proving that this is a whole rip off from you guys and lies

Absolutely the Best! We called Heat Pro with the dreaded feeling we might have bed bugs as a tiny critter looking like one was found in our home. Bill, Heat Pros President, accommodated our schedule and came to our home as soon as possible. We are so thankful for Heat Pros expertise! We showed him the bug and sure enough it looked like a bed bug, but upon further inspection, Bill noticed it was more likely a swallow bug, a relative of the bed bug which isnt a nuisance to humans. We found a few others, which he inspected and confirmed through his lab examination, that were not bed bugs. Swallows had nested on the outside of our home last summer and these little bugs were looking for their host. Heat Pro saved us over $1500 in unnecessary treatments because they knew the difference between these two similar yet different bugs. We are grateful for the authority Heat Pro is regarding bed bugs and swallow bugs. Fantastic business!

Outstanding company! I called because I suspected we had bed bugs. They were out that same day to check and out the following day to treat my house. A few weeks after I found another bug and they came immedentaly out to 24 hours treat the area for no additional cost. I was so impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. I would highly recomend this company. As an added bonus they do not use nasty chemicals to treat your house.

HeatPro is one of the most professional teams I have ever encountered. I found bugs, called HeatPro when I saw their incredible rating on Google and a team was in my apartment at 8:00 AM the next morning as I let them in and went to work. My greatest regret is that I didnt call Heat Pro way back when our issue started. we shouldve just skipped the chemical route and did the Heat Treatment from the very beginning. Bill and Matt were great to work with, making this process quick and easy. We were told it would cost an upwards of $5k to get our home treated. Bill quoted us half that and Heatpro has a full year warranty which gives me peace of mind because these stupid bugs are relentless. We will definitely be recommending these guys to everyone we ever meet suffering from bed bugs. Dont waste any time, just give Bill a call.

They are great advisors to solving and answering you bed bug worries and concerns and are diligent and precise in getting rid of the nasty pests that are becoming way too common in Denver.My husband and I were dealing with a pretty horrible situation with out management company not taking the problem seriously, which resulted in us having to deal with the problem for over 7 months!
