Waited over an hour and half after my apartment and they didnt care at all about it

Called for preauthorization of a cane, received call back saying it was preauthorized by insurance. When went to appointment, they said there was no way to get a preauthorization. When asked why did they tell me it was preauthorized then, they argued with me in front of other customers and told me Id have to pay the full amount if the insurance didnt cover the cost. Even had another woman come out from the back to argue with me as well. Total lack of respect and honesty. Will NEVER go there again. Stay away from these people, youll be glad you did!

I have worked with Pacific Medical and have always had great service. I would recommend them to others.
