Our rep was GREAT! We requested several changes and asked to see several samples with different fonts. Our rep was very patient and professional and she made sure that everything in the invitation order was PERFECT. She also made sure that the invitations and addressing - which also were PERFECT - were done quickly. We even got very positive comments from people who received the invitations. I have now used them twice for wedding invitations. Both times they were perfect - no complaints! They were fast, responsive, and offered great service. Nice quality too! I didn’t even think of using anyone else; I went straight to them. My invitations were mailed out within days of my first email to them.

My simcha was ruined due to lack of competence, I tried to resolve my issues and at this point I will utilize google for more experienced printing companies at a fraction of the cost there are plenty of companies to choose from, just google printing companys you can use vista print, shutterfly, alignable etc... higher quality prints, cheaper pricing, and above all top notch customer service and appreciation. Boy did I learn my lesson bp print group never again!bottom line:OVER PRICED in every aspectquality of materials recieved were POORI will be informing my family friends and co workers of the negative experience that this shop has caused me.If I have any advice it would be to stay FAR away from this place! I cant say it enough, completely over priced, rude staff & low quality merchandise!!this is my honest review, I wish that I could say good things but if I did it would be a LIE.Shame on you bp print group!

My friend Sharon referred me to this company. She told me she had used BP Printing for her sons bar mitzvah invitations and assured me the process would be hassle free, but I still never expected the service to be this good!When I called I was immediately assigned a sales rep, Leah Ziskind. She treated me like I was her most important client! She was patient, attentive, efficient and a pleasure to work with! I am no easy customer (kept making changes etc.) but she made me feel like nothing was a big deal and guided me every step of the way!! And this was all via email, as I live in Miami and this company is based out of Lakewood, New Jersey! I still cant get over what an amazing experience it was to work with this company! I had a VERY negative experience using BP Print Group. I had placed an order for double - sided invitations and almost half of the invitations were printed with a printing error. I am extremely dissatisfied with their service. While they had sent a whole new batch of invitations, some of the new invitations continued to have ink marks on it. I would not recommend using this printing house. If you do, you may want to clarify ahead of time that you do not want the same experience as I had.
