I recently began working here. I can honestly say I have never worked for a company that welcomes you with open arms, has an outstanding training program, has a hands on Executive team that has instilled positivity and a team environment from the top down! As a remote employee I have been made to feel as if I am right beside my co-workers in the office! This company not only cares about its employees but will work hard for the companies they represent to have outstanding collection percentages! I am so happy I made the decision to join their team!

I started working for this company about a month ago and all I can say is that I didnt think companies like this existed anymore. They treat everyone as if they are family. You feel supported and heard throughout your entire training process. Feeling like you actually matter is something that this company offers that is unique.

It’s a great place to work...if you like having rude, condescending supervisors :)I would rate this place 0 stars if I could. Don’t waste your time here. They are quick to higher and even quicker to fire. They have no sympathy for family and the pay is not good. Basically, they do not care at all about their employees and it shows. It seems good in the beginning but you’re just being fooled.

The absolute best company to work for! Comprehensive has built within its walls a culture of compassion, dedication, and education. I have personally never worked for a company prior to here that treated their employees and clients with such respect.That being said, as one of many workers there; we work hard and have some of the most seasoned insurance billers as our resources. Every day we come in, its a new hustle with new puzzles to solve; as medical billing is an ever changing field. Almost a year ago I changed career paths and Comprehensive offered me a an opportunity within their tracking department. I had the privilege of a company wanting to invest their time in me. Not many companies want to hire employees without years of prior experience. Unfortunately my exit interview was nothing compare to my initial interview Issac was telling me to go on the website to see how great the company is meanwhile I was terminated a day shy of being with the company a month because he claimed management stated I was making too many “mistakes” we were still in the training/ learning period so if this is a true statement why was I never told about my errors when we completed our assignments and they were all emailed back to our trainer Chaya King. I received nothing less then praise from her! I would love to know the real reason for comprehensives unprofessional actions. Issac could not produce any of my mistakes he just said sorry to do this you came punctual everyday with a smile ready to work and gave 110 percent each day pretty contradicting if you’re letting someone go and he said “sorry it’s just that comprehensive is a very rigid orthodox company” I have a few friends still with the company that state this left a very bad taste in their mouth and will be looking for another place of employment. I’m just thankful I wasnt vested with a company if this is how they operate.
