They are very good with communication and were kind even when there was a mistake on communication on my end. They do good work with reasonable pricing. This company was fantastic from beginning to end. When every other tree company was going to take a week to come out for an estimate, Tanglewood came by within 3 hours.They did a great job on our trees, were fail priced and cleaned up so well at the end it was hard to tell they had been there. Highly recommended!

Had a quote done mid may for a large tree in our backyard. The guy came today to cut it down and then tried to change the price (by at least $500 he said) because he said it was underbid. I get it, my husband has a company and he bids stuff all the time. However, you cant bid something weeks before, and then when you come to do the work try to get more money for it. Do your own bids if you dont trust the person doing them for you, but dont try and squeeze more money out of me when you get here because you havent seen the job.

I have been using Tanglewood for years for my lawn care needs. Have always had a positive experience with them. They always do a fantastic job with the actual work, but are also very good about cleaning up all clippings, closing all gates, etc. Recently I sent an email asking for specific care of certain items because we were getting pictures taken to put our house on the market. Tanglewood responded immediately and enthusiastically. As expected, they did a great job and my lawn has never looked better!

We had Tanglewood mow and weed wack a large vacant lot and remove a medium size tree. They were very quick to offer a quote and very easy to schedule a time to complete the project! Their work looks great! Definitely would recommend/use them in the future.

This is a very dependable company. They gave us a quote to trim a tree at a reasonable rate, then did the work while we were out of town (at our request). They did a good job and cleaned up well. Well use them again for our other trees.

Robert came out and took out four crab apple trees from my backyard. I was amazed at how cleanly he was able to take them out without any disturbance to the ground around the trees. I couldnt event tell there were trees there to begin with. The price was fair and I will definitely be using them in the future to replace my trees and for ongoing trimming. Thank you!

Tanglewood is knowledgeable, dependble, and reasonably priced!! I called three other companies along with Tanglewood and found them not only well priced but willing to take time for my many questions. I learned so much about my trees from Megan and Robert and found them both to be sincere and caring! I will continue using Tanglewood for all my tree and shrub care.
