Worst customer service I ever experienced I am never coming to place ever again. Got into an argument with one of the workers for not keep her hands to her self, she pulled my son by the arm (only 7 years old) my son pulled a laundry car out of place and she had the audacity to put her hands on him I call the police because after that, she kept coming at me after I screamed at her not touch him. My son was in tears and I swear he is the sweetest boy ever.

Its clean, fast and confortable.

No hoy water, no fee wifi, it had space but not enough carts.

I had over two weeks of laundry to do because of the quarantine and the lady up front was very helpful and efficient, strongly recommend she was great!

I have been a faithful customer I just longer met for many years. But the older lady that is here on the weekends is very rude and not pleasant at all. Usually when I ask for help is not pleasan, but today she went to far. My daughter was trying to get something out of the vending machine and her money was stuck, when she asked for help the lady says she had no proof that she put money into machine. Wanna axed her about it she was very rude and said to give her my number so she can call the owner she slammed the pen on the counter and was really rude about it this will be the last time washing clothes here.

Hours say 11pm I called at 9 and they were closed

A young man who is dark skin & was wearing red sweater was so rude on telling me I couldn’t do laundry just because it was 8pm, mind you at 8pm is the last wash ! I was literally putting my laundry into the washer machine, it was only going to take me one hour to wash & dry ! And they close at 10pm I don’t get what was the big deal !

Machines are faster and reasonably priced but the staff is never friendly nor available. The girl working today has a shirt on that shows her whole belly. Inappropriate work attire I would say.

My experience was not good. On at least 3 occasions I needed hot water but it was barely warm. To pay for hot water and not get it is wrong. Lets give consumers what they pay for.
