We always do our laundry here. Its always clean and people who work there are very nice and friendly. Also very helpful if you have any questions!

Decent laundry matt for the prices here, also the laundry service is reasonably priced per pound. I would use this place again and overall it is very clean.

I’ve been washing my laundry at coin wash for the last 18 months. Every time I go, I always see Amanda cleaning the washer and dryers. The nice part is you can download an app to connect to the machines to do your laundry. Never have to worry about having quarters but they do have a coin machine if you need quarters.

This location has good covid-19 mitigation strategies in place. They take cards and coins. The machines are newer and in good shape. I like that some of the machines have clearly marked fill lines so that customers know how much laundry can fit in them.

The machines seemed to work fine, but they have ridiculous policies. For instance, they want you to wait in your car. I took an Uber. Im sure some people walk there. Also, they wont allow you to fold your laundry, so everything is wrinkled when you get home.

Ive been using their services for large comforters for 5yrs. I like that they are always friendly. They provide a quick turn around. Example I dropped my comforter off at 2:30pm and it will be ready tomorrow at 2pm. Best of all the pricing is very reasonable.

Their machines are rigged. They dont dry

I dont go to the laundromat on a weekly or monthly basis because I only go to wash bed comforters. Im always searching for a nice and clean facility and I tell you thats a hard thing to find. Well I searched a little deeper this time and found this gem in Lakewood. Nice, clean, and the attendant is easy to talk to. I will definitely return when its time to wash comforters again. I highly recommend!

Still a great laundromat. Opened during the great pandemic of 2020 however you cannot hang out or fold here, which is totally understandable 👍 they also built a nice enclosure for the staff to remain safe

I love this place! I live in Parma and I have no problem traveling! Very clue and nice facility. I dont know the young womans name who works here but she IMMEDIATELY greeted me and even offered me help because I had to re-wash an item due to it getting stuck at the top in the washers and not fully cleaning. I have since recommended this place to EVERYONE I know...who needs a laundromat. GREAT JOB! KEEP IT UP!

Excellent Laundromat! Been here just a couple times, but wanted to acknowledge that Jen and staff provide great service and they have newer machines that are well maintained. I also read some review from long time customers who had one bad experience and gave a 1 star review. If you were a long time customer you shouldt trash a business because you had one poor experience. Oh and where was your positive review after years of coming here. Just saying.

Doing laundry isn’t so bad when you go to a place with friendly people and nice machines. The floors, tables, and equipment are all so clean! I’ve been to this location about three times since moving to the area, each time I was there for about two to three hours doing laundry, and every time I’ve seen them clean the whole place at least twice. I love coming here!

I have come to this laundromat and used the wash and fold by the pound service on and off over the past 5 years. My clothes are always clean and folded nicely. I have on multiple occasions left money (over $20) in my clothes that were dropped off and that money was returned in a zip lock bag along with my laundry. This business does a great job, is very honest, and fairly priced. I would highly recommend.

My dryer went out didnt realize how pricey doing laundry in a laundromat became.

I recently moved the nighborhood and thought coin wash seemed to be a super convenient laundromat until I called a few times with some simple questions and received terrible service. The lady was rude, rushed me, and without saying bye just hang up on me on two separate occasions. Went into this laundromat tonight hoping for a different experience and was still upset with service. I was trying to ask the red head lady employee (unaware of name) about the cut off time and kept completely talking over me and was of no help. It’s all about delivery when communicating so if she didn’t have news i didn’t want to hear i wouldn’t of been as of upset if her tone wasn’t so pathetic.

We come here regularly, and the staff is very nice and helpful when you have questions. Very clean and usually not too crowded.

I love this laundromat. Its always clean, the machines work, and the workers are very nice. The owner is always nice and ready to inform you about how the machines work. I come from all the way on the east side to wash there, because nowhere on the east side has such clean and efficient facilities.

I was visiting the area from Florida and visited Coin Wash Laundry to do a few loads of laundry since they had the best online reviews in the area. They went above my expectations!! Not only was it super clean, but the staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. I just wish I could find a Laundrymat this nice in Florida!

I do my laundry here once a week as for me its the fastest and cheapest way for me to do laundry. I love being able to use my debit or credit card on occasion to use some machines so I dont have to go out of my way to grab money or change from an ATM or bank.

Staff is nice, place is clean and they offer free wifi which is amazing.

Functional laundromat. Not a lot of seating, small TVs to entertain while waiting. No vending machines or public bathroom, at least not that I could find. The washers and dryers themselves were more than adequate.

I randomly went to this place morning of 7/15/19 to wash a couple loads, where, after a few minutes I was confronted out of the blue by the most arrogant, condescending, patronizing, ignorant laundry worker I have ever encountered in my life. This woman went on a rant because I put a twin size comforter in one of the smaller washers. She proceeded to tell me how my doing that was going to literally destroy her machine (which was rediculous to start with) and how that wouldnt be worth the $3 I had put in it. I wanted to tell her that at the end of the wash cycle if her machine was destroyed, she could literally have had my personal information and I would gladly make restitution lol. But, Im not a combative person, and in fact I was kind of taken aback at first because this is the kind of dumb trash you see on social media or YouTube. Our community of Lakewood is a great place, filled with many friendly resteraunts and businesses. And though I love it here every so often I am so rudely reminded that even here there exists beings like this woman. Im not a regular there, not shall I ever be, she reaffirmed that; but for the sake of thier regular patrons I hope the rest of the staff of place are much better people

Honestly a great place to watch Transformers 2 or old MTV shows and being located next door to a cheap chinese place and a subway makes it so convenient.

I love this laundromat. I have a king size comforter that doesnt fit in my machine at home and come here every other month or so to wash. They have a great drop-off service and they will wash, dry, and fold for you for a very reasonable price that saves me from spending a few hours sitting in there with my 2 year old. I have also come here to wash myself during the week and jump on their Wi-Fi so I can stay connected with work. This place is so clean and the woman who is here (Im not sure if shes the manger, owner, or both) shows pride in the way she runs the place. Its not only tidy but clean.EDIT 01/19/2018 -- Its been a while since Ive been here and wasnt paying attention when I walked over to the change machine to change my $20.... but all the washers and dryers accepts credit/debit!! woohoo!!

I love the fact that there was no one there. I thought they were a bit expensive but overall I loved it.

The owner began yelling at me from the back of the store, being very disrespectful, directing me on which washers could be used for what linen, she was very aggressive, I would hate to speculate why she was so disrespectful to myself and so pleasant to the other reviewers. But it was uncalled for and she began the moment I walked in, with out having any interaction with her. I would never return.
