I’ve only been here a few times because I don’t have a membership but each time I’ve been greeted with such kindness! Their hot yoga is the best! Such a calming environment with amazing, knowledgeable teachers. This time I was greeted by Mark, again, so kind. Definitely getting a membership.

I’ve been going to Kate’s class every Wednesday afternoon for the last month. It is AMAZING!!!I have a stressful job and some really bad injuries from a car accident. I haven’t found anything else that releases my stress and the pain in my body.Thank you!!!

My new favorite yoga studio :)

I practiced at this location for 10 months before moving from the area. The instructors are technically proficient and insightful. I particularly enjoyed the sequences offered by Miranda, Kim, Angela and Kate. The parking structure offers free parking — so dont use the metered parking in front of the studio.

Ive done a month now and love it! All the instructors have been amazing and I love how many classes they have.

Been going for 8 month now and love the classes however I went one day and noticed they had charged my card $68.00 for 3 classes instead of 1. When I inquired about this they said unpaid balance which is completely fine however they are supposed to charge my card card on each class. Not my fault they decided not to HOWEVER I do have an issue with them running 3 classes on my card at once without informing me prior. Not good business at all!

This is an awesome studio. The classes/teachers are great and the studio itself is always clean and beautiful. Highly recommend

Enjoy coming to this studio. This studio is home for me. Definitely try a C2 class with Angie and a Sculpt class with Sue!! Love these ladies!!!

The staff was cold & short upon entering. I wont be going back after having encountered Miranda. The studio itself is a decent size and clean. Not much else to report after having a bad taste in my mouth from the staff. Ill be sticking with the LoHi location even if its further from me.

Loved the Belmar location! Had a great teacher too for the Hot Power Fusion

Smaller studio. Metered parking (who wants to pay for parking in top of the studio membership?!).

Great yoga classes! Free parking.
