Very Unprofessional. They leave people hanging. When you apply for job placement, expect to wait anxiously for an update that never comes. They will get you excited about a job, but will not let you know if you didnt get it. or if the employer is taking their time in making a decision. Making people desperately wait for days/weeks without an update until they give up hope, It is a disgusting practice that needs to stop. Please let people know where they stand. (and if an employer doesnt update the recruiter, its the recruiters responsibility to inquire on their candidates behalf.) Disregarding the welfare of the people keeping you in business has never been the key to success. And likely never will.
