COVID has been hard for a lot of people to find work, however, with Blueprint I’ve had 40 hours every week! The recruiters are friendly, and very quick to get laborers out to job sites. They are also very cognizant about travel time, especially for those employees who use public transportation. I could not have asked for a better opportunity! Thanks Blueprint, you guys rock!

Great staff. Great jobs. Its all up to you really if you want to work. You call, they tell you location and you get busy. Communication is key, and definitely a skill the staff here has mastered. No tools, no problem(they got you to a certain extent), but the more tools you have, the easier and funner each task becomes. Main thing i like, noone is overlooked. They know when your working hard, and they let you know.. they know haha. Rare thing to see in most places.

Im gonna report them to the BBB. They are not consistent. You will find 1 good job and the recruiter will give up on looking for consistent work. They steal money.

Great company to work for started a month an half ago been blessed with a job everyday an consistent work for future. My pay has always been on time an actually early I get direct deposit an my paycheck normally hits Thursday morning.

Have Worked 1 Year Straight with them on Two Sites, Longer term Positions available. All Their Staff is Friendly. Ben and Sarah, Elany, Evelyn, Cutis, Angela, Joey I think met once but All Great met them. Happy Job Hunting!!!

Absolute worst company to work for as a electrician. The office employees are basically non existant, you are responsible for doing your time cards, if you are not able to get a signature from a foreman they will not pay you and say that it is on you, which is illegal. I’ve gone 3 weeks without pay and had to contact the construction board industry in order for Blueprint to pay me. From what the CBI told me, this is a reoccurring thing that Blueprint does to there employees and is in the process of getting there license pulled. Stay away from this company and go on with a real electrical company is my advice to everyone!

Dont go hear they pay less then people ready and it takes two- there weeks to see any paycheck plus they make you take care of your timecard instead of doing their jobs as a staffing agency and doing it for you. GO TO PEOPLE READY THEY GIVE YOU A PAY CARD THAT YOU CAN ACCESS YOUR MONEY AT THE END OF EACH WORK DAY AND MOST JOBS ARE 15+/HR

I really liked this place, although they turned out to be just like the other staffing agencies. I applied and was told there wasnt work. Called a few days later and was put to work for like a month. That changed but I was still given jobs here and there. Finally, I was told about a position that never started or didnt get. Its evident these people do what they want and use who they want. I finally got tired of the run around and found me another job.

So far the application process has been really smooth. Look forward to working with them

This is by far the best temp agency I have ever heard of. I am self employed, but work here on weeks when my business is slow. They always pay on time, and pay well. As long as you give them advance notice when you will be starting something else, they are fine with you. If you work, and be considerate, they will always have something for you to do.

My husband was unemployed due to the pandemic and contacted them and within two days he given an opportunity to work and has saved us financially. They have worked with him on unexpected medical appointments. This company saved my family.

I worked for this agency for a couple months and never had an issue getting paid like other people reviewing .My only issue was that they rarely had anything less than an hour away from my home. Friendly staff seemed to care about the right fit for me. Just communicate with them and theyll work with you.

So I love working for this company. I see the bad reviews and Im confused. Yeah work may be slow here and there. But if you dont keep calling and looking for a jobsite to go to then it doesnt look like you wanna work. The staff are extremely friendly and they put up with a lot. Have some faith people thimgs will pick up. Im always paid on time. And I am always treated with respect

The guy Manuel said he could get me working then two days later calls me with a job and I had a interview lined up because I hadn’t heard from him in two days and when I told him I have a interview. He just started saying sounds like you have one foot out the door and said ok call back when you wanna work so few days later I call back and explained I had three interviews set up and I cannot bail on the interviews and said I have nothing else lined up and I’m ready. And he says I’ll call you tomorrow. Never got a call so I called him and got the same story from him about one foot out the door and I don’t know how long they think someone can just sit around waiting for one person to call back on something that isn’t even happing and it’s a temp service? Doesn’t that mean when your available to work. And not tied down to just that place so I do not recommend going here. Its the worst temp place I’ve gone to yet and I am very disappointed with the company. Sounds like if he doesn’t want someone that has one foot out of the door to maybe be more diligent on contacting someone when you say and maybe call the night before the job to confirm. I didn’t even get a chance to work anywhere and got shut out because I had set up three interviews while waiting for his call. Much better of at any other temp service. I have worked with many and this is the only one I have had trouble just going to work somewhere. Seems like a huge waste of time to deal with someone like this. If you would be able to sit around doing nothing but waiting for them to find you work. I bet you will starve to death waiting. 0 out of 10.

They don’t pay on time and then try and blame you when you didn’t tell then to mail your check. This place is a joke . I have worked for kids that paid me on time and this company can not or will not pay me

This is the west company you can find they screw people over on job sites they screw people over on their pay checks I suggest not working for scammers they will screw you over completely

This place is criminal. Yeah theyll get you work but take advantage of people they know have no option. They only pay you a quarter of what they charge for you then feed you lines about how they had to fight to get you more. I worked for this place for three weeks before realizing what they were and when I left it to 6 weeks and a case through the labor board just to get my final pay check. When youre down and out and just need a job to get you through this is where you turn and they are aware of that and capitalize on it

I started working for them at one job site for a whole month everything was fine until the job ended and for 2 weeks they gave me the same speech every day about calling the next morning because they never had a job available that day so I had to go find a stable job!

Horrible place and so unprofessional its ridiculous... They make you watch that safety movie and fill out that thick application, just to tell you that they call you for as soon as they have something for you... Its 2months and they still have nothing for me, I call and the dude Manual or Emmanuel has they same wack excuse on why they have no jobs and hellh call you back. He never does, I mean you can literally hear the fake and lies in theit voice before they even tell you it to your face. How they are even still open I dont onow, they calm to be better then the rest but are horrible and worster... Good job on wasting ppls time and lying to ppl everyday...

This staffing service is garbage. Promised to work 40hrs worked only 8 and never got paid for the 8 I did work. Very unprofessional. Continually hung up on me and never returned calls so I could go work. This place made me feel like they are running a scam. It is not worth anyones time.

Horrible company who dont seem to have the payroll together. It also apparent that dont care if there employees are paid correct or on time. I would advice both companies and employee a like to go through a different company. I will be reporting this one for the theft of my wages from 2 weeks ago to the Colorado board of labor on Monday.

I was scammed by an employee who worked here, when I called to confront his work place they refused to help and hung up. Very shadey people all around. 0 stars if possible.
