We had a particularly challenging situation on several fronts with regard to installation of the Stiltz Lift. Throughout the entire process, including problems that were unanticipated, Greg Shepherd (and his employees) were phenomenal. Greg excels at explaining difficult problems, and defusing tensions among people involved in a remodel. Wed give Greg 10 stars, but there are only 5 here~

Everyone at Ascent Mobility has been so kind to me. We have rented ramps, installed grab bars, and a chair lift. Just had my Brooks chair lift serviced. It stopped moving yesterday and thought there could have been a bigger issue. Chris came in and repaired it in a few minutes, now working perfectly again.

I recently moved to another house, and i needed to have the original lift relocated. Jerry was here at the promised time and completed the install in a professional and timely manner. Being that the lift itself was 6 years old, Jerry recommended replacing the batteries. Jerry was the installer and was very courteous and professional. I asked him to call ahead, he did and came out on time, and did a great job. I bought a used unit and after he was done with the initial install, there was a part that he felt wasnt up to par, so he came back out the next day and fixed it. I would have been satisfied with the way it was, however, Jerry was too professional to just let it go. Great job. Were very satisfied.

Greg, the owner was terrific!!! I purchase a lift from Craigslist, not realizing the side of the stairs made a difference...but it does. Greg saved the day by doing an even trade for us. Then Jerry came to install!! Another terrific guy...he was knowledgeable and kind. It was a installation more complicated by our need to get everything in the car, which meant we had taken everything totally apart. Had I known, we would have just purchased everything from Ascent. These guys are honest and helpful because they actually care about meeting peoples needs.

The whole process was very efficient, expedient, and seamless!!👍😀Frank came out to my house and listened to what I needed. He, then, surveyed and measured the staircase. He recommended a stairlift that would work best based on my needs and the suitability of the staircase. Upon ordering the stairlift, Greg came to my house within a week, despite having to order a chair that would swivel in correct direction. Greg was able to install the stairlift in less than two hrs.
