Excellent service for the small (or large) business. Packing and shipping takes a lot of time and resources and it is well worth it to have one less thing to worry about. This is especially true if, like me, you are based abroad but have a large customer base in the US--in which case the service pays for itself. Friendly and responsive staff and an easy to use interface that easily integrates with several online shopping carts makes this service really stand out. Unlike some services, such as Amazon Fulfillment, they use only your business name on all shipments so they never advertise at your expense. Your customers will never know you are using a fulfillment service.

Terrific to work with. They helped me send hundreds of books for a Kickstarter campaign around the world with essentially no fuss. Their back-end systems are top-notch, allowing me to upload a file of information, and spend essentially no time worrying about it would be processed and handled. Theyve handled our Kickstarter campaign with ease, and even after we came off the Kickstarter campaign, and began selling on our own online store, they continued to provide amazing service without any issues for us or our customers. The large fulfillment company Id used for years was unable to integrate smoothly with my Squarespace website, had surprisingly and consistently bad customer service, regularly lost my inventory, redesigned their website a few years ago to make the interface significantly slower, charged a premium on the shipping they offered, shipped holiday orders out weeks late year after year due to an inability to predict and prepare for volume, and to top it off, recently raised their minimum monthly price. I finally decided to cut bait, and after reading reviews of Fulfillrite, tentatively contacted them and opened an account. They have been AMAZING. I have one customer service contact who knows me, is incredibly prompt and helps me with absolutely everything, even tiny questions that I feel silly asking. He worked with me tirelessly until I got a full array of shipping options integrated with my website, and now my company is as automated as I had dreamed of it being when I first started looking into using a fulfillment center. He even encouraged me to add more shipping options than I felt I needed, and my customers are using all of them regularly. Overnight shipping happens reliably (a completely new experience for me!). International shipping is reliable, fast, and cheap! Their website is smooth and intuitive. Getting products to them is easy. Adding new SKUs to the site is easy. They pass on their negotiated discounted shipping rates to me and my customers, and my shipping is cheaper than ever. Its just so easy! I cant say enough positive things about this company and my experience with them. Really glad that they are out there.

The Technology behind this company is fantastic. Great user interface that allows easy order input and access to all the data, which can be really useful if you know how to use it. The Implementation was really easy with Magento. If you can, set up two way communication so that Magento receives shipping info and notifications. However, Fulfillrite does have an email notification of its own built in to their system. Pricing was competitive, and ultimately flexible for a growing company. Fullfilrite was always willing to work with us and helped us solve many problems. Fullfilrite was a seamless extension of our business and allowed us to focus more on growing the business.

My new company has been using Fulfillrite since the beginning of the year, and I have to say it was one of the best decisions we made. We are a consumer electronics manufacturer with a direct online sales models. Its a very intuitive and uncluttered online interface that simply works. Everything is layed out in a way that is obvious. And the few things we had questions about were promptly clarified by Joe through email or a quick phone call. Our first shipment of products was received into their system very expeditiously. We were able to start selling the next day. Getting the orders shipped couldnt have been a more effortless experience. Those guys are serious about fulfillment. It seems like the second the order information is entered into the system, its on its way out the door. We havent had a single issue with any of the items weve had shipped so far. The system has been flawless...its a well oiled machine over there.Currently we are entering our orders manually, but we are working on setting up integration with our shopping cart. Weve 99% set on using Foxy Cart / Foxy Shop / Order Desk at this point. When we inquired about the possible integration of Order Desk and Fulfillrite with both parties, before we knew it, it was all coordinated and coded. David from FoxyTools and Charlie from Fulfillrite literally hashed it out via their own initiative and made it happen for us...no charge. Wow!Fulfillrite has been amazing from day one and allows us to get our orders out the door with blazing speed and professionalism.
