I’d give a zero if I could. Diane was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful as I waited 25 minutes past our appointment time without a notice or an apology. I asked to please be given a heads up if she is running behind since I have work calls I need to be on. She said no she will not do that and proceeded to refuse my treatment. What?! I have NEVER been treated this way, especially by a therapist who is supposed to help people. I’d suggest a new profession because this is clearly not the right one for you, Diane.
