I have been using Integrated Loan Assistance for my clients for a year now and I cant explained how awesome they have been in this short review. My point of contact is Caleb Valadez and he has been the absolute best. He updates me on my clients regularly. We collaborate our ideas to better the process with more successful outcomes. I would definitely recommend Caleb and this company to anyone who refers clients for credit repair.

I was referred to ILA by my mortgage broker and couldnt be more pleased. Our goal was to get two negative marks on my credit report removed so that my credit rate would increase and get a lower interest rate for my mortgage. I worked with Justin at ILA and he was fantastic! He explained the program in great detail and I even got an email about everything we discussed. Justin was extremely responsive. I would have a question and send an email and he would respond with either an email or call within minutes! The process was super easy too; ILA did everything for you! Im happy to report that after having just one negative reporting removed from my credit score it increased beyond my expectations. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Overall good expierence. They got all but one item removed from my report which was not something that they would have the ability to do because of how bank of america works. I was however disappointed with their financial advice which was mostly just telling me to decide what yo do. So they will get negative items removed but if youre looking for overall coaching youre notngoing to get a lot of that. I would recommend using them if thats what you need. I had my wife use their program after i was finished.

Felt like a Ponzi Scheme. Not transparent about services and also untruthful about the score improvements.

Yeah started out great however, you can never get through to them. They always have a high volume of calls. They wont dispute everything at once so they can continue charging the monthly fee. Probably a better Co. to use out there

Before I was referred to ILA, I spoke to Lexington Law and a few other companies that claim they want to help fix your credit to qualify for a mortgage. They have NEVER been able to not only answer my question, but to help me actually understand the process. I always ended up leaving the conversation confused, frustrated or feeling like I was talking to a scammer. Caleb from ILA is the exact opposite. He took his time and answered all of my questions with professional, easy-to-understand answers. (Between my fiancee and I, we asked a lot of questions. He has a lot of patience.) The conversation with Caleb left me confident that I put my credit health in the right hands. I am excited to start this journey. Thank you Caleb and ILA. I would recommend anyone to ILA.

I used Integrated Loan Assistance to help repair my credit, at the advice of my mortgage broker.They were helpful in raising my credit, by disputing files on my credit report, which is something that helped overall.My concern, and the reason why I can no longer recommend them is this; I cancelled service on April 30, in the morning, my bill date is the 26th of every month ($99 per month for well over a year) which left 3 days in the new billing cycle, to which they charged me $26. Their excuse was that it was federal law that they bill an entire week, in arrears, which of course is not true.I’ve recommended them twice before, paid over $1000 for them to send a half dozen mails per month, and at the end they gouged me for $26, it just doesn’t sit right with me and I cannot justify recommending anyone to them as a result. I hope it was worth the lost referrals and all the negative reviews I’ll be leaving today.

Extremely incompetent, rude and unprofessional. Reps dont know how to use their own website - which is about the only communication tool they use. They gladly take your money monthly for doing nothing and do not provide reports. Reps are untrained. They even asked me to open accounts with other businesses so that they could continue to do their work. Find another company. They even lied to the Better Business Bureau about my complaint!

This company has FRAUDULENTLY taken money from my account for 3 MONTHS following the termination of our services!!!!! 🤬 Be aware, our lender also indicated to us that this is a false way to raise credit. Lenders are aware of their approach to “repairing credit” and it actually creates more work to get their efforts removed from your credit report when trying to get approved for a loan.

I was only with them for a month.. and this is coming from my heart.. my scores were in the low 400s. Ill tell you this much with confidence Im buying a house with the loan Im getting.. they work good and quickly..and i take my hat off to the whole team.

I needed the slightest bump in my credit to obtain a lower interest rate on a loan. ILA was recommended by my loan agency and they worked very quickly in resolving an older issue to improve my credit. Fantastic customer service and a user friendly app to keep an eye on the account.

At first this company was great. After about 2 months the only way they would call me back was to get updated payments info. They dont call you back when they schedule call backs. Its very hard to get the advisement that youre paying for from a company that doesnt communicate with its clients.

I just talked to Caleb and he did a credit consultation for my wife and I. He was very kind and very informative as to what we need to do to get the ball rolling with fixing our score. I would definitely recommend Caleb with any questions you might have about fixing your credit score!!!!

This place is a total joke and scam. So Ive been with the since March and now is July. The managed somehow to remove ONE old account that had no negative impact on my credit report. They told me they sent out 4 rounds of investigations to the Equifax, Transunion and Experian and I only got 1 response from them not 4 and when I called credit bureaus Ive been told that there are no pending investigation.When I signed up with then they told me that I can cancel any time and I going get back prorated amount back if I cancel ib the middle of the billing cycle. But when I called them to cancel they said that there is going to be anothere 99.00 charge for the next month and started to threting me if I dont pay it they will put it into collections. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. 4 MONTHS WITH NO RESULTS. Oh almost forget to mention they will sign you up for the credit monitoring service and according to them you credit score will rice. But dont be surprised when your lender pulls out your credit report that score going to be the same with your old original score and all deleted acounts will be still there.

Highly unsatisfied. 4 months and $800 for just about zero result. I was even questioned about checking my own mail..... yes, I check my mail daily, in the 4 months I paid for the service, I received no mail from creditors. None. I can only assume thats because nothing was done. I recieved 1 update in the 4 months, and thats only because I let my realtor know that Ive recieved nothing from anyone, including Integrated Load Assistance.

Such a great company and helped me get my credit score up in a matter of a few months! Each advisor I dealt with handled my questions with care; their instructions were simple, their communications were clear, and they exceeded my expectations. There were no smoke and mirrors, they said what they would do, and the did what they said. I would highly recommend this great company for anyone looking to increase their chances of getting the loan they need.

So I went with this company with a very high recommendation from my mortgage loan officer. I paid the fee of like $30 and gave them a 1 month try. I don’t really believe in these people because I’ve tried a few in the past and it was always hundreds of dollars down the drain, But I said f it why not. I paid the start up fee and a few days later I got an email listing all the items they are disputing. Cool, the process has begun. About 3 weeks in I decided to check my Equifax dispute page to see if the dispute had been completed. To my surprise there was no new disputes. The last dispute was one made by the previous company I used in the past. So I said this can’t be right. So I decided to call Equifax and It took a few days to get through but once I did they did confirm I had no open disputes under my SSN. I called Experian and they said the same thing. At this point it was a month in and I had just been charged for my first month of service. I called to cancel, I explained to them why and did not request a refund(which I should have) because I was the dummy. So after I cancel I get an email from Equifax saying there is now an open dispute under my account started on 4/16. Let me remind you I started my service on 3/13. I guess this is how they get you to stay longer than 1 month. The dispute was not mailed off according to Equifax until after 4/13. Which is After I was charged. I called to verify when the dispute was received and they said 4/16 and nothing was received prior. According Integrated Loan Assistance billing rules, you are billed for the past 30 days of work. They do not bill in advance, they bill in arrears. So the $99 I just paid was for nothing. No work was done until after my first $99 payment in which I have proof to show the credit companies did not receive any disputes until after 4/13. Now I have an open dispute for the next 30 days not the original 30 days I paid for. DON’T use this company!!! I appreciated LexingtonLaw so much more than them. Their system is not honest and they don’t start anything until after you have paid your first full month.

We paid about 1200 and received no updates on our reports, no deletions, no guidance no nothing. They would only reach out to us after I sent multiple emails stating nothing was being done. It has to be illegal to take peoples money this way! Do not spend your money with this company.

This is a complete disappointment. Nothing has been done to resolve my credit issue. All because they cannot get my credit report. I was told that they would be able to get from the mortgage company that I talked before I was connected to this company. Then I was made promises of how they can solve my issues. Then I was told I have to sign up for a credit report on another site that charges a dollar and after 30days it start charging you monthly. This is ridiculous to think I would have to pay or sign up to anything else. They tell me how they can get a credit report bit they can send off for one. After getting email about how they need my credit report. I contacted them and reviewed how this was to be all taken care of, week later another email ask for my credit report that they told me they were taken care of. So now a month in and nothing done at all. This has been nothing but a disappointment and am canceling my service before I am charged 100$ to be made promise that show no results. I am glad some people have had wonderful results, but feel that is a small number of people. I would be more interested in actual numbers of people they have been able to assist to people they were not. What is the greater number there? The fact of the matter is I do not see anything but a negative relationship. Nothing has inspired a positive relationship or inspired me to believe they are going to do any thing to assist me.Since there is no place out to respond to the comments of someone who calls themselves them management, I guess I will add on. Firstly anyone who reads these reviews should clearly see that trying to project or blame the customer for short coming in their dealings with the company is not a way for a business to operate. As far as my concern, I was not looking for quick results. I know I have at least 12months before I can buy a home. But the inability to see any competent actions taken is sad. We discussed that you all would send of for my report which I never received or have seen. Secondly I directed you to the company that told me about this company. Told you who my point of contact was and that they had a copy they would be willing to send over. Then a month later magically you all know who has my credit report and what me to give permission to get it. To me its a little to late to be asking, the could have been done day one, but no. So quick results no. But competence in the company I am pay to assist me in achieving my goal, my dream. As an U.S. Army Vet, I feel that I was unfairly directed and mislead. I feel this a con and am happy to no longer have services with you all.

Not only did he dispute two collections accounting for $3,300, but he put on the pressure to have them provide proof that itd be removed in a matter of days. I was in a rush to move into a new apartment and it wouldnt of been possible without satisfying these collections. I would of been happy with settling with these agencies, but David told me to trust him and knocked it out of the park! Ill recommend their services over and over. Thank you!

FIND ANOTHER AGENCY TO HELP YOU OUT! They told me it would take 4 - 6 months of service. They billed me for 16 months. I called 3 times to stop the service and they continued to up-sell me. Stupid me for agreeing, but after 16 months, I finally had to DEMAND that they stop billing me - and they still wanted another $53.

THE REAL DEAL! These folks came to me on a strong recommendation from someone inside the mortgage industry. I first signed up with Integrated Loan Assistance back in March of 2016 and as of today August 25th 2016 I have had an average of 7 deletions from my credit reports PER bureau. My FICO score shot up about about 85 points across all three agencies and thats just in under 5 months. Now that close to all of the major collections are gone, my score will start to rapidly increase with the positive trade lines hitting my credit every month with on time payments. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for credit repair as they actually COME THROUGH!

I think its a total scam! I was referred by a realator to use this company they help youre credit so much! I didnt have much on my credit the told me it would be 3-6 months and it all would be fixed so we went till month 8 n they still werent even half way there! So I called to cancel it and they charge me another 100 bucks! My advice is choose someone different then this joke of a company!!!

Integrated Loan Assistance is did a great job helping me repair my credit score. There customer service left something to be desired but after communication all issues were resolved.

WARNING!!!!!!! i was referred to this program. tSweet talked by the employees Kevin la rocca, and manager christoper fox. I was told, give it two months to see increases, 6 months later, i have seen no change in my credit scores and have given them over 500 dollars for nothing.... other positive reviews????? i dont get it, not my experience at all. There ideas seem legit, but it played out to no increase even after 6 months. I felt as though i was dragged along by them telling me what i wanted to hear. it worked, they took my cash and I got nothing for it. Im mad. A more detailed and well crafted review to come.... WARNING SCAMMING LIKELY

I am very dissatisfied with your service and the way i was handle with the account rep Connor Green, hes rude and very unprofessional. I will never refer anyone to your company, it seem to me that you all are in it for the money.

I cancelled my service in May and they have continued to harass me for payment of service after cancellation. Spoke with a manager who indicated they would credit me for charges made after the cancellation date. Never happened.

A little expensive but it does what it claims. My score went from around 690 to about 745 in just a few months. Thanks for the help.
