Ive noticed a few bad reviews of this LBC, but my experience has always been good. The staff are friendly and efficient. Sure, Ive had to wait longer than Ive wanted to a couple times, so Ive learned to go only if Im not in a hurry. But as it has turned out, Ive been in and out quickly the last couple times I was there to send several large boxes (but I go prepared with all the inventory sheets completed).

Definitely prefer this location to the Seattle location. I dont mind making the trip out here from Seattle. Staff here are much friendlier and accommodating. Lucky they were open in 2020 so I could send care packages to my mother while she was stuck there with so many travel restrictions in place.

Slow as F. This place needs a manager that can stream line the process. Dropping off 2 boxes should not take over 2 hours. Poorly managed.

Great for shipping to the Philippines but the air option is very slow. Anticipated days but in fact took weeks.

Would likely use a different shipper if there was one. In the USA, if i give them my email, name or even phone number, tthey can access all of my transactions and give me details on the timetable for delivery. But here in the Philippines, all i seem to be able to get are blank stares and an answer something to the tune of sorry sir, we cant do that here. Seems to me if the company can get things accomplished in the USA, it shoul be the same here.

Unreal the worst ever .. when I went in to ge a box they just looked at me strange after about 5 min a young guy asked what I was there for .. 2 ladys working next to him .. I said I would like to buy 2 box .. He then said he cant help me with that she will be the one .. O.k. Ill wait no other people waiting just me she was helping a lady with a box slowly packing shoes in to a box then they had to fill out all the shipping paper work and then labels they where having a great time telling joke and talking about food .. this went on for about 20 min the other lady was on break or something ? and he left to the back she was still there but not doing anything ? .. a older lady came in was standing behind me .. then she was done ( thank god ) .. she then flagged the lady behind me to come up to her next .. she started to go there but then stopped are you waiting as well ? I said yes she then told the lady working there het thats not good .. she then says yeh I guess what do you need to me .. I said 2 box she was rude and not nice in any way .. wow .. maybe having a bad day ? .. Nope much worse 2 weeks later when I came in with the box .. was missing some info had to text and ask for it she was super rude with me and said sorry I just cant help you . had the info in a few min seemed to make her more mad ?? .. But wait it get better .. before leaving I wanted to make sure how long it would take ? 25 to 45 days max .. I wanted it there before x mas so time to spare .. at least that part was Good .. But wait we are not done YET !!! .. so some how some way its sits there with out shipping out for 22 days more .. I kept checking online but would not get any info .. because it was never packed and ready to go out ?? it will be mid jan now before they get .. She must be a man hater or just dont like white guys or just hates her life and want to share that with me ? .. crazy crazy .. ... Please dont go there .. I will never go back !!!!

I send a doo to door money order, never did told me that the address i gave them is out of their service area, then they never called me and let me know. I called one of their representative, and told me to send my brother to pick up in nearest lbc where they at. They went their twice, they keep saying that they dont have the money. So now i will have to call them back!
