I brought my laptop to Nick recently for a new battery and he noticed the hard drive was running slow (yes, it was) and replaced it with a solid state drive that is super zippy! He took care of transferring all my data from the old drive to the new drive.

My daughter had a problem with her laptop and could not log in. We brought it to AngelCom IT that same day and Nick was able to put Windows 10 on her laptop and it is now working just fine. They have built custom desktops for us and have been instantly available to solve emergency type issues with equipment and systems. They even helped us out with a ransomware attack a while back. The first person I spoke with (I cant recall his name) followed up with me to check in on how things were going a few days after first contact, which was much appreciated. The bigger issue of my docking station not working was quickly resolved by Daniel at a time that was convenient for me. I am a returning residential customer to AngelCom. I have information on my computer I am sure I dont just want anyone to be able to access. My first visit and each subsequent visit to the office I have been greeted with politeness, left my home computer, left my passwords and a message detailing the computer problems, received a telephone call with a suggested repair and the fixed computer in a time period that I feel is a fast turnaround. I am able to see the number of computers waiting to be repaired and as fast as someone is working on mine every visit makes me feel like I am in the que just like the companies that have contracted services. I have had new parts installed, lost files recovered, and someone working on my computer while I am at my home and they dialed in remotely. I am currently having two new home computers built by AngelCom. I am a person who investigates my potential contact with a business and I trust this business. I do not leave reviews because sometimes in a business you would recommend a person that you would deal with and you would say in your referral only talk to so and so. At AngelCom, the staff person that greets anyone who comes to the office customer service desk or anyone who answers the phone is able to answer your questions or transfer your phone call to the person who they know as an integrated group that works together well who is to work on your computer issue.

I purchased this computer from ACC TECH 2 1/2 yrs ago and called their phone number for mymy harddrive was not running right, I was missing this specific loud noise when first turning it on ever since I had bought it. Also my computer screen was freezing up with the pop ups and working very slow in opening up anything. I thought my fan was not working. That phone call connected me to Angel Computers. They told me that Acc Tech went out of business five months ago. So I took the computer to them, Angel immediately plugged into it and tested it....I picked it up the next day....After a new & faster HD was installed, and, a new mouse, this computer is running very smooth and ever so quiet. I just wish I had done this sooner.Thanks again Angel!!

Usually have a good experience unless I get someone who doesnt know how to work with us non-tech people. So glad Shawn Myers is back as he understands the frustration of those of us who dont do the tech speak. Overall I would give Angel a 4.5. Having someone local who can actually come and see the problem helps.

Ive been there once and I can say its the worst place that ever saw I took to my computer to get it just to cleaned from the dust and when I get back to them to get it the touchpad didnt work, thats not all, when i tookt the back home little rubers off from the screws, There was wrong size of screws some of those didnt tight at all. Destroyed my laptop. Disappointed.

I have an older desktop pc (circa 2009) that needed a display adapter upgrade because the latest MS Win 10 update erased the driver for my original display adapter and the driver was no longer available from the manufacturer (AMD). Brandon, from Angel Com IT Services, fixed the problem and also installed a new higher capacity solid state HD to replace my original HD that was maxed out. This was my first experience dealing with Angel Com and Im very happy with their service. They are now my go to company when I encounter any computer problems.
