Location: inside the B&I public marketplace. I suggest entering in any of the entrances on the Durango St. side rather than the main entrance from S Tacoma Way. It’s nearby the a dollar store, as a frame of reference.Service: cash only!! They do have an ATM that’s inside a store next door. Very friendly, respectful women.I have yet to receive my clothes back, so I’ll update then.

Ko ko alteration asked me to pay CASH ONLY, not even accept debit card. Quality wasnt excellent although service price are a bit higher than other alteration shop and took a month to perform a couple of pants for shrinking waste and hemp. Grrr

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I came from David’s Bridal and they were going to charge me over $800 just for my alterations which is MORE than the dress itself! Koko got me in right away, SO sweet and kind and you can tell she definitely knows what she’s doing. At David’s Bridal I stood in my dress and heals for two hours just to be told the price after everything and I was in Koko’s shop for no more than 15 minutes and she’s only charging $100! I will tell everyone about this place, I’m so so happy!!

Great work and you can’t beat the value! A Keats have my pants hemmed here, but my daughter had basically a reconstruction on her wedding dress. It was $300+ everywhere else, done here for $100 and with friendly customer service. Won’t go anywhere else!

Had to have a pair of slacks hemmed. Saw the great reviews for Ko Ko Alterations. Stopped in on a Sunday expecting to drop them off and pick them up later in the week. She told me to come back in 10 minutes and she was done! Hems looked great and the price was better than expected. Will definitely take all my hem work here.

Just got my dress sent in for an alteration and the lady was so nice! Getting my wedding dress hemmed with my wedding in less than two weeks. Also, you can’t beat the price! Paying a fraction of what I would have paid at David’s Bridal and getting it done in less time. Took less than 5 minutes for the kind lady to get my measurements. 100% recommend Ko Ko alterations!

10 STARS!!! I will continue to recommend and use Ko Ko Alterations for all of my alterations! I was in a panic getting my wedding dress altered and Ko Ko was not only willing to do my alterations, but took the time to listen to my wants and vision. I went to many seamstresses before finding Ko Ko and she was the first to not rush me and made sure I was heard. David’s Bridal wanted to charge me over $900 for alterations and Ko Ko did it for a 6th of the price and I didn’t have to sacrifice my vision at all! If anything she truly brought out the beauty and vision I always hoped my wedding dress would look like. THANK YOU SO MUCH KO KO ALTERATIONS!!

Well done work for reasonable price, I brought in 3 coats with rips and tears in various places and when I got them back I had difficulty finding where they were onced damaged.

Koko is a GREAT Alterations professional. Ive been going to her quite frequently for about 6yrs and everything she has hemmed or altered for me has been PERFECT ! Shes probably done about 50+ articles for me.Her prices are the most REASONABLE around & shes also very personable and SWEET.If there was a possible 10, thats what I would give her !

KoKo is amazing. We got my wifes dress last minute for a ball and she had to do a major fix on it. Picked it up and it was flawless! She is nothing but nice and a master at her craft. She has been doing this for 21 years. I highly recommend her.
