Back in May 2021, were decided to put our Tacoma house on the market and we need a good cleaning. Dirty Deeds to the rescue! They were very responsive and professional to work with. Dirty Deeds brought two awesome cleaners to our house. From top to bottom, bathrooms, kitchen and carpets were spic and span. We could not have asked for better support. After Dirty Deeds did the cleaning, our Real Estate Agent was wondering who did the great job on the cleaning? She was impressed. Id look for someone else if you are interested in weekly cleans or even just a deep clean because they are difficult to work with and their scheduling is a nightmare. The management is overall very unresponsive and are difficult to get a hold of. For my initial deep clean they told me that they could not give me a better time frame window then 8am to like 5 pm, so essentially the whole day.. they told me that is just how it is. So if you have a job prepare to have to take the whole day off. They did promise that my weekly cleanings could be more scheduled so I decided to stay with them and give them a try.I requested that the cleaners not knock and please call when they arrive because of dogs. They did not do that. I asked the cleaner why not and she had the wrong phone #. I gave her the correct # and asked her to please call me when they were done since I would be taking the dogs and leaving so as to give them space to clean..after 3.5 hours I had not heard anything and could not get a hold of the office. I drive past the house and they had already been gone for who knows how long. This was annoying and frustrating to say the least.Since I maybe have too much faith in people I decide to give it another shot and go ahead to schedule the weekly cleanings. They respond and say they will schedule me for an afternoon. I responded to please let me know what time in the afternoon and no response. No one in the office answers and their voicemail is full. They are supposed to be coming today and still havent heard anything. Unless you like to waste your time on the phone and emailing to just be ghosted dont use these services. They charge way too much to be acting like this.Also, on my deep clean I requested that they please focus on the stairs which are carpet since we have German shedder dogs and it is difficult for us to do. After the deep clean, I could use my hand and grab chunks of fur from the stairs still. Very upsetting for spending over $300 for a deep clean on a1000 sq ft duplex.

The women that clean my house work really hard with out stopping. I have a large house and they really get to all the nooks. They are patient with my dogs and make the place sparkle. We have had some scheduling mix ups with the office but they get a crew out right away when we call. The cleaning never disappoints. Great value too.

I was extremely pleased with the great job that Dirty Deeds Cleaning services provided for me during my home move-out clean. I wish I had taken before and after photos to truly highlight how great everything looks. The oven looks brand new from when we moved in over a year and a half ago! I also greatly appreciate the fact that they worked with me in terms of not wanting to charge me further for a cleaning that wasn’t necessary. They are professional and responsive to my inquiries and I will definitely use them again in the future should I need a cleaning service performed. Worth the price. They go above and beyond any cleaning I wanted to do. What they did under the appliances and in the laundry room definitely saved us money in the end. They even showed up for the inspection and spot cleaned anything that was brought up. There wasn’t much anyway and housing guy was, well you guys get it.

Dirty Deeds was fantastic! We chose them because we found their magnet on the fridge of our new house and it was cleaned wonderfully. So, we hired them to do our moving out clean in preparation for inspection on Fort Lewis. The house was spotless and they charged us very reasonably! We passed inspection with flying colors. I got what I needed: a very quick (that was important this time, and they added a person to the crew to accommodate me) prep for house guests. All the surfaces were cleaned. The bedrooms look amazing! The house was IMMACULATE- definitely better than I could’ve ever done. Before our inspection I was able to review their work, and any tiny areas that were possibly overlooked were cleaned immediately. I greatly appreciate that the owner comes for the inspection, I think that’s incredibly professional and really puts my mind to ease. The crew arrived early and started an organized process for cleaning rooms then carpets. I’ve been using this company for monthly cleanings for quite a while now and I love them! My house looks amazing, they love my fur babies, and are genuinely nice people. And it’s so affordable! I get excited when I see Beth is coming, because she does such an amazing job every time. She takes the extra step to make sure everything is in order and done thoroughly.

We used Dirty Deeds carpet cleaning and the owner Josh was wonderful. It shows he has experience running the business. He said his wife also run the cleaning side of dirty deeds. Perfect for people who have little time or even proper equipment. They also support veterans and many charity’s. Nice to have someone else clean for a change.

I paid for a deep clean and mild organization, and the results I got were not equal to the results outlined in their quote. In addition, many items were missing or damaged.While my apartment was a total mess before and I appreciated their hard work, when I outlined the problems, they flat-out denied and refused to provide a discount, even to cover only the cost of the damaged items, let alone the lackluster performance. They have exaggerated the state of my apartment (which, yeah it was messy, but youre a cleaning company, why do you think I hired you?), flat-out lied about my level of communication with them, and threatened to take me to small claims court. All over a $50 dispute.I dont think you should feel the urge to clean after your cleaning company has left. I dont think your cleaning company should insult their customers. I dont think they should scoff at missing and damaged items. Ive seen them respond to previous bad reviews with insults regarding the state of a place and trying to defend themselves, and I shouldve taken that as a warning. No doubt they will respond to this review with a similar tone. Take this review as a warning. Go elsewhere.

I can not say enough about how amazing my house looks after my 1st deep clean. The detail the ladies cleaned at where second to NONE. My floors have never looked better. Without a doubt I would recommend and after my first clean I will be signing up for reoccurring cleans!

Wouldve been 5 stars but after 6-7 hours they still hadnt finished, and were cleaning the next morning when we were supposed to do inspection. Ended up spotless so not that big of a deal, was just under the impression it would be done the day before our inspection.

I called in a bit of a bind. My clients were showing up to their new home that they had never seen before. It was a difficult transaction and the last thing I wanted was for them to need to clean on top of it all. Dirty Deeds was able to get us in for carpet cleaning and some appliance cleaning at the last second. They hustled while the movers got started downstairs. They got it done so the furniture could come upstairs right when we needed it! My clients were just delighted.

Dirty Deeds did an absolutely amazing job. We had them do a move out cleaning of our on post residence. 3 employees showed up and went right to work, they were extremely friendly as well. The inspector found zero deficiencies and the company also had a representative that was with us this morning during the final inspection. Absolutely recommend this company if you do not want to do the move out cleaning yourself. Their prices are extremely fair as well compared to some of the other companies we searched.

Be careful with what you purchase. Be extremely specific, maybe some illustrations on what you need cleaned! Rates are high for the poor quality of service. They say not to clean before but I did anyway thank goodness and I also had to clean after right after them! I will not use them again even if it was free and I definitely will not recommend them and advise anyone I see that is thinking of using them.

I hired Melissas company to come in and perform a deep clean in the kitchen, living room, dining room and 2 bathrooms. When i came home i discovered they had not done more than half the job. To start they didnt sweep or mop the bathrooms, didnt clean the mirrors, wipe down counter backsplashes, electrical outlets, baseboards or cabinets. They put dirty dishes into the cupboards, didnt clean dead plant leaves off the fireplace mantle.. the list goes on. Then insinuated that i wanted something for free after several attempts to explain my dissatisfaction. I texted them immediately that evening when they asked for a review as to what i was unhappy with and told me adjustments werent possible that I could simply have them come back to fix it. Do you want a Company that charges you full price for a half done job to come back again? I dont think so.On top of it I requested several times a phone call to speak directly to sort this out but was told they would not do this and basically called me a liar. Lol at the photos and determine for yourself if this is a compete job.Response to Melissa,Actually they arrived at 248pm and were gone by 645 so thats 4 hours, as seen in the video screen shots, and in the original text I only mentioned a few items because I immediately texted once I got home and had to mop the bathroom floor because they didnt. I didnt think I would need to go over every detail immediately as I was hoping a phone call would get made to talk to me. Screen shot of text as well. Its more than 15 minutes of work. The girl was in my bathroom for most of the time.. what was she doing, because it wasnt cleaning obviously. And to say Im doing this because I dont want to pay my bill is obsurde. What I want is a good job done and to not have to come in and clean after a cleaning crew. Also after she insisted on having them come back i agreed via email but told her it would need to be when Im there as I want to make sure whats done is actually done. Note to small businesses, provide good customer service and youll get good reviews and happy customers.

Moving is hectic enough. To have Dirty Deeds come in and do such a great job, was one area we didn’t have to worry about. Their staff are all great and they go out of their way to accommodate your schedule. I would definitely use them again.

I had always thought housecleaners were for the rich but I bought a new house and had spent every free moment working on the old house, getting it ready to sell. I was exhausted but needed to clean my old house to sell it. I had seen the Dirty Deeds smart cars which caught my eye and made them stand out so I called them to get a quote for a move out clean. The price was reasonable and they have good reviews so I hired them. They did a good job, paying attention to details like window jambs. I was not completely satisfied with the bathroom tile shower grout and the kitchen floor grout but they came back out within a day to make sure and complete the job to my satisfaction. I was so happy with their work that I had them out for a deep clean of my new house. They cleaned it today and I am so impressed. I have numerous animals and after they were done there is no fur or paw prints anywhere and my windows sparkle with no nose prints. The bathrooms and kitchen look amazing. Im really impressed and will have them back on a monthly basis and I dont have to be rich to do so.

What a great company! I was a little apprehensive at first to have cleaners in my home. I was put at ease with such a caring staff. Rio has been doing a fabulous job. They try to keep the same cleaner on the same home when possible, which is a relief. Also I just found out they are a veteran owned business. New Update: My missing clothes are still missing and no attempt to actually fix the situation has been made by Mellissa after months. It appears this is never going to be fixed and shes hoping I just forget about it. Everybody, go to Care.com, way cheaper and better to deal with. Plus you dont have to deal with the self entitled Karen that runs this sleaze operation.UPDATE: I have attached emails that state I was always missing more than one shirt and one shorts, and never agreed to ordering them BECAUSE THEY ARENT AVAILABLE. How can I get a receipt for something that isnt for sale anymore, dear? What bluff did you call?Ordered a deep clean and take away laundry service. During the deep clean: housekeepers didnt come with masks, didnt dust anything on my bookshelves, and didnt dust the ceiling fan. I figured deep clean meant just that, clean everything. For the take away laundry service, thats where this gets bad. We sent our clothes away with them and we were under the impression that our clothes werent going to be mixed with other peoples clothes. When our clothes returned, they were hardly folded and still damp in some cases. They were covered with white fur/hair and wrinkly all over. Then I noticed ANOTHER MANS UNDERWEAR and a pair of shorts. Nope. Im pretty irritated at this point but then I discover clothes missing. 2 shirts, and two pairs of shorts and a sock is what I noticed right away. My wife had waited to un-bag the bedding they had washed and when she did one pair of my shorts were crumpled up, unfolded in the crevice of the fitted sheet. Melissa emailed me after my wife had called her and said she wouldnt be surprised if they show up as in she just thought I didnt know my own possessions and clearly I was not looking hard enough because her system is infallible. She I humored her and said Ill look for them over the week. When they expectedly didnt turn up, I emailed her with the cost to replace. She said to order them and she will reimburse. This is when I lost patience and said that seems incredibly inconvenient considering I have already paid her for a service that she didnt live up to her end of the bargain, and some of the articles of clothing were NOT reorder-able. The most recent email stated she would only replace one shirt and one short, and that she can order it or I can order it, as if that rectifies the situation. She said she would send a check but I havent seen a check or confirmation it was sent; its as if she wants me to directly ask for it? Yet I requested a full refund for the laundry service in a previous email, considering the job was a complete disaster and she refused to even acknowledge that. I would not recommend using this service, as the owner refuses to accept responsibility for her lack of work ethic, or is trying to weasel out of it. What was supposed to be a convenience for me and my wife turned into a half completed job fully paid for and an almost month long email chain where I have had to just say goodbye to what I have lost. A company that should be centered around trust and respect for ones possessions shouldnt put their clients in a position like this and should have done everything they could to fix it.

Everything started out exceptionally well with Dirty Deeds. They truly did a spectacular job the first few visits. But then, a new employee started with them and we had medication and some cosmetics stolen. Walking in the house you could tell immediately it was not up to the standards that the first few visits were. The beds were only half made, the countertops werent clean and organized. It looked like she spent more time looking to see what she could steal than actually working. The person who cleaned the kitchen and main room did a very good job as usual. We notified Dirty Deeds who looked into it. They informed us that the employee was fired as there were several issue with other clients as well.Asked if there was anything they could do to rectify the situation we had just said we didnt want anyone new again, and that the person who has been there for a while was very good.We also had expressed since the house was not cleaned like it should have been, that the next cleaning be comped or discounted.We received an email to verify the next cleaning appointment. But the time had come and passed and no-one showed up, or even called to say they were going to have to re-schedule.Weve made several attempts now to contact Dirty Deeds and they wont return our phone calls or emails.We thought we had a gem, turns out it was another dud.Beware!

The team was great! I had a quick move out from Army housing complicated by the movers taking a day longer than originally scheduled and DDC was able to readjust.They were there for my inspection - we are going to use them regularly for our home off post.

Sarah and Autumn did a fantastic job detailing my house. They quickly and efficiently did all of the extra cleaning I wasn’t able to get to before my move out inspection. I had forgotten a few things and they were nice enough to leave them in a small pile by the door. I will be using this company again in the future. I truly appreciate the laundry service. They come two times a week. The person they are serving is very demanding but doesn’t always put out their laundry. Which often leaves me in quite the quandary! Lucky Dirty deeds is very supportive and understands the situation. They often delay pick up or drop off (which is super inconvenient for them causing them to make multiple trips or sit in traffic)to make sure we can accommodate the persons needs and have laundry.Simply put they are professionals who really care !

They came and did a move out cleaning for me on post. I contacted them the night before I needed the cleaning and they were able to still accommodate me. Cleaning was done quickly and in a professional manner. Dirty Deeds even came the next day and stayed for the inspection to make sure everything was good. I was not charged for a single thing at move out. I am very satisfied with the result and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who wants to ensure they pass their move out inspections. Dirty Deeds is a service I will recommend to anyone who has to conduct a move out inspection. Not only did they save me time to focus on other important things, They were nice and told me relax. Of course I got great compliments from the inspector. It was her and one other staff member and both did an excellent job for a reasonable price.

Beth and Brittany came to my house yesterday and they were so sweet and very thorough. I mentioned that previously, I felt like they had not cleaned the bathrooms as well as I had hoped. Yesterday, Beth asked me to do a walk through before they left to make sure that I was okay with the bathrooms, and Brittany walked me through, explaining what she had done and what she could do next time to clean the shower in our master bath (the shower has a perpetual mildew issue that only bleach can cure). Dirty Deeds does not typically use bleach products, but Brittany explained that they are more than happy use something different if I provide it. I was very impressed by the sense of ownership and pride that both women had in making sure that everything was done right. I have a newborn and a 2 y/o at home and my husband is often out of town for work, so they have been such a lifesaver in allowing me to keep my sanity. :-)

We have used dirty deeds for about a year. They are awesome. If there is ever a problem they work to make you happy. They clean AND tidy... Something not all companies do. They offer extra services too like laundry, inside of appliances and move out cleans. Josh and Melissa are fair and honest, and all the girls work hard and do amazing work. This week right before Christmas even though they were super busy, my house was the cleanest Ive ever seen it! Nitasha and Quincy prepped my house for a busy holiday week so I didnt have to. Awesome job- I so appreciate it.
