CT Management who manage the apartments I live in has a property manager named Caryn Hughes and assistant named Nini Garcia who are very rude and talk down to you like theyre better than you. They have maintenance workers who dont seem like they know what they are doing. Ive had to call to have something fixed in my apartment 3 times in a month. They have you make an appointment that is almost a week away. They act like the youre at fault for the problem. I have lived in these apartments for almost 4 years and have seen at least 3 property managers come and go, maintenance people also. It seems that the managers and workers keep getting worse. There is garbage all over the property, case in point, someone split kitty litter with feces on the sidewalk and was never cleaned up and when it rained that kitty litter became a huge mess causing residents in the building to walk in the grass.Cans and cups all over the parking. When I moved into these apartments the grounds and apartments were beautifully maintained. Im very disappointment and unhappy at the way residents are treated and how the grounds are treated. Before I would recommend these apartments but now Im going to tell people to stay away, because how your office staff treat people.

Horrible customer relations. The staff is very rude do not understand how they keep their job. I was a prospective tenant. I seen the website with the hours of operation and visited the property around 11am on a Friday. The office was dark and the doors was locked. Called the number and no answer. This is not how a business is run. The next week I finally reached a lady that said she was the property manager. I explained what took place, did not seem as if she cared and was extremely rude. Everyone will know; do not ever deal with this company or property in Braintree. I seen really bad reviews and now I know why.

CT Management owners of Prospect Pointe Apartments in Jackson NJ. This Management is greedy over charges tenants and ignore your complaints.Dont rent with CT MANAGEMENT. THESE PEOPLE ARE MONEY HUNGRY.
