Pinnacle did an excellent job replacing 13 Milgard windows in our our. The installation crew was exceptional, they worked quickly and provide a high quality job. I would definitely recommend Pinnacle to anyone looking to complete a window replacement project.

Had our front four windows replaced by pinnacle windows and the whole experience was great, they were able to get the style and type of windows we wanted within four budget and when it came time for install the team came and knocked out the majority of the work in one day and even added trim to the underside of the sill to make it look elegant, they came back another day and touched up paint and drywall and our windows look amazing inside and out, the curb appeal and value was boosted a lot. Would definitely recommend pinnacle windows to anyone.

We hired Pinnacle Windows and Restoration to replace all our old windows with Milgard windows. We interviewed several vendors and was most impressed with the method the company plan to use to install the windows in addition to the detail bid provided to us. The cost was very reasonable. Gary and his crew were extremely knowledgeable and experienced and did a great job installing our new windows. They were very respectful and listened to all our concerns. Gary and Jessica guided us patiently through the whole process alleviating any apprehension we had and showing tremendous integrity and professionalism. The hail storm of 2018 devastated our home. Dario at Pinnacle Windows was absolutely amazing walking us through which windows needed to be replaced and the insurance process. Dario was with us through the entire process. His window install crew were craftsmen installing each window perfectly.We highly recommend Dario and his entire team.

Dario and the Pinnacle team were fantastic. They exceeded expectations in both quality, installation, and timeliness. Dario and his crew always showed up when they said they would and did what they said they promised. Great experience with Pinnacle! We thought the job would be delayed until the Spring but they managed to replace our windows before winter really hit. The quality of their work is suberb and the windows themselves are top quality! I would highly recommend them - they were the one bright spot during our ordeal in getting are home back after the hailstorm.

I had Pinnacle Windows and Restoration come out and bid on my income property. It was only 7 windows. Because this is my investment property and essentially my life savings I was VERY picky and had a lot of questions. Im sure I was considered a needy client but I was treated with respect and all my questions/concerns were addressed. I ended up doing the project in two phases as I decided to go with a higher quality window.I have Pinnacle Windows and Restoration scheduled to replace several windows in my primary residence due to hail damage.I recommend Pinnacle Windows and Restoration as a company that you should have estimate your project.

Their field representative appeared at my residence as scheduled and seemed to have performed a thorough determination of my needs as to two replacement windows damaged by a recent hailstorm. As requested I then emailed my homeowners insurance claim paperwork. I coupled that email with a compliment on the professionalism of his activity at my residence. He never responded in any way. I waited a week and called and left a message. I waited three more days and sent a second email, again in vain. Three days later again left a message that was not returned. I can not fathom why he wasted his time coming to my home to give me a bid and wasted my work time as well - all without the simple courtesy of explaining that my project was too small for them and repeatedly giving me the run around as to my e-mails and messages. i strongly suggest one look elsewhere for a more responsive window replacement firm.

Pinnacle did a great job. Our sales rep was always quick to answer our questions and made sure the installers did everything they were supposed to do. Overall, very pleased.

Quality work. Had a slider and another large door with large side window replaced plus inside trim removed and replaced. The men were very careful and did an mazing job.
