If you’re looking for a haircut, why not watch the game while you do it? I have to say that the experience I had at this Sport Clips was incredible.I scheduled my appointment online and I highly recommend going that route because it’s so convenient to arrive at exactly when they’re ready for you. Saves you time, and helps them serve you better.The place was very clean and it was a very pleasant atmosphere. I really enjoyed coming into the shop. The prices are very reasonable.The haircut I got was exactly what I wanted. CJ, my barber, did a phenomenal job and treated me with kindness. She was done very quickly and I was out the door and I really appreciate the find service I got here.

I decided to give Sports Clips a change based on all of their marketing. I asked for a one inch crew cut and Cindy buzz cut my whole head instead, bangs first, so I couldnt stop it. You can get a better (and actually accurate) hair cut for half the price at a place like Great Clips. Dont bother wasting your money here.

This location is usually easy to get into and is always clean. Cindy always gives a great cut. Being able to check in online makes it very convenient and the prices are reasonable.

Not really cool. When they know it will be busy but only have 2 people there. Waiting time is 2.5 hours. Walk-ins dont matter. I was told that I can only check-in online.

Not sure what the issue was but the lady who cut my hair seemed to be in a bad mood. I could tell by how aggressive she was in cutting my hair. Every time she combed my hair it hurt. Not only that but after I had gotten home and showered I saw my hair was uneven and the left side of my bangs was at least an inch shorter than my right. I usually get great service at sports clips but I was extremely disappointed today:(

Under new ownership. They have upgraded the check in process and you are now able to check in online. Huge improvements to the decor and new paint really has given this place a new vibe. Staff is great and very energetic.

Im not a guy thats overly concerned with his hair as I get my hair cut every other month. I recently changed from my usual location Since the place I was going to closed. I was recommended to go here by my father and it was a great experience. The staff is super friendly and the salonist with a down south accent did such a great job. Even though it wont for a month or two Ill be going back here every time.

So I went in today and honesty I’ve never had a problem but today my hair stylist just didn’t seem to be in the mood for chit chat. Also severely overpriced all I got was a trim maybe took 5 minutes and yet was charged $24!? Past two times I was only charged $12 not including tip

I would give negative stars if I could. Absolutely disgusted with the treatment my husband received at this facility. Singled out, treated like trash, and made to wait longer then anyone else who arrived after him. I would not recommend this place to absolutely anybody.

Just got a haircut here today, I asked her to follow my hair line that had been squared off and I wanted it cleaned and straightened, bit that is not what I got, she said after that she followed my natural line and its all jagged... I have an interview in two days and I’m just going to have to give myself a buzz cut.If you just want your hair shoter, then maybe go here bit if you like it a certain way and need to be listened to do yourself a favor and skip this place.

Tommy, I came to this location last Thursday for a haircut at 6:50 pm. Donna kindly greeted me telling me she was done and used a hand motion waving me to the kiosk to check in. I though this was the case at first, but wasn’t quite sure. She was finishing with her customer so I decided to just clarify so when she was walking up I told her I didn’t catch that. So she tells me, I’m done cutting hair tonight so you can come back tomorrow and waved me off, which at that point I found out the first wave was to wave me out of the store. I was so taken aback all I could say was, oh...ok...I had a long day and rushed so I could make it in time to get a much needed haircut only to be greeted with a disrespectful woman who cared more about getting out of the store on time than making the store money and customers. I’ve been coming to great clips for many years now and this is the first time I’ve felt like finding a new place to get haircuts, but I went into another location who greeted me with smiles and a great attitude instead of disrespect. A few days later I went in to get Donnas name and ran into Arielle. Arielle is an absolute delight. I was prepared to tell her I will never tell anyone to come to this location, but after speaking with her she was able to calm me down and I will be returning for a haircut with her. I will however not support Donna and will walk out if she’s the only one there. She should be watched like a hawk when with customers and review how she treats people. I would also update her knowledge on how late your policy is for cutting hair, which I found out Sports Clips will open the doors 5 min past closing and cut hair. I would never keep your employees that late, but respect your company for offering that. I’m posting a one star for this review because of Donna, but if I had encountered Arielle first then I definitely would have placed five stars. Thank you for the great service at other locations and Donna treats your customers better in the future.

I had a great experience at this Sports Clips for my most recent haircut. Arrived and was greeted by friendly staff who helped me get registered on their new computer registration screen. I had a wait of about 20 minutes (morning on a weekday so to be expected). Donna cut my hair and did a fantastic job. Ill be returning to this location again in the future. Stellar service!

I have been in here a few times and generally it is pretty good. The staff are nice. However, yesterday (1-4-2018) I go in and the self check-in is offline and turned away from the door. I stand there for a minute or two and one of the 3 stylist tell me to have a seat and they will get me (and another guy) checked-in shortly. A few minutes later one of the stylists checks-out a customer she just finished and walks away. A new customer walks in and apparently she had fixed the self check-in and not said anything to me or the other guy. She tells him to check in and it will be about 45 minutes. I had already waited 10 minutes. So I was a bit upset that this had taken place... I left. There were six total customers waiting now, 3 when I showed up and due to a technical error I guess I was sent to the back of the line. Additionally now there appeared to be only 2 stylists.This was an anomalous event so I will only knock off one star. Will give them another try in the future.

Donna Ramos is the best stylist in Colorado. My son wont let anyone else do his hair.

I took my son yesterday 10/3/17 for a basic hair cut. We can out with NO HAIR. She shaved it all off. We talked about what he wanted done. Size 2 on the sides and she asked if he wanted the top saved it cut with scissors he and I said scissors. He went back to get the cut i sat down to wait. Next thing I look back and there went all his hair with the razor. I ran back and asked what she did and she replied thats what he wanted. My son was in shock. There was nothing I could do it was all gone. We walk out in disgust. When i got home I called because I didnt want to upset my son any more in front of him. The lady said she didnt know when the manager would be back but she took my name down to call. No call yet and I had to leave another message again. I told her his hair is all gone how is he going to go to school high school and not get harassed. She laughed at the way I was portraying my sons looks. Horrible service and the wost customers service i have ever had.

Got the worst haircut of my life.

This review is for CJ specifically because all the other ladies exceed expectations. I waited over an hour (more than half an hour after I was told my wait was supposed to be.) I confused victoria and CJs name and that apparently seemed to be an issue because she had an attitude the whole time and didnt really try to engage in a conversation. She sped through my haircut and I didnt want to get my hard part per normal because I wanted someone who paid attention to detail. I didnt say this but told her that Ill get my hard part the next time. She gave me a dirty look and finished up and even when she finished up I asked if we were done and she didnt really respond. I wasnt happy with the quality of the haircut and the customer service and CJ is the only one Ive experienced this with.

It was very clean and everyone was very nice. I got exactly the haircut I wanted and I love it! Definitely will go back.

April is the best. I have been following her for years as she has switched locations. I currently drive 45 mins each way to get a cut. Well worth it.

Services are reasonably priced ($18 to $23 as if November 2015). The stylist I interacted with was friendly and professional.The service on entering the shop leaves something to be desired. Stylists must leave the clients they are working with to greet and schedule entering customers. The stylist who entered me into the schedule (different from the stylist who cut my hair) was short and vague in what she needed from me. It was my first time in the shop and she also answered the phone as she was putting my info into the schedule. She put a sticky note with a pen in front of me while she interacted with the phone customer and seemed irritated when I had nothing written down after she hung up the phone.Overall, positive experience and I would be happy to return to the stylist who cut my hair. Staff could benefit from patience with new customers.

So upset! Took my son to get his haircut for going back to school. It was at the Lakewood/Littleton location...weve gone there a few times and didnt have any issues. A couple of the ladies there are very unfriendly, including the manger! The manager was the stylist. We told her what we wanted and even showed her a picture of his previous cut so she knew what to do....the top was too short and the lines that are cut in the side were just randomly put in the middle and not even done properly starting from his hair line and they were way too long....the lines went passed his ears! For being a professional and the manager, she did a horrible job! My haircuts are better, I took him hoping to get a professional job only to come out looking worse than when he went in! Now he is self conscious going in to his first day of high school! Thanks a lot! I shouldve never paid her for the terrible cut my son got! I will never go back there again!

I will never go here again! Worst service I have ever received. I used their online scheduling tool for myself and both of my boys to schedule a hair cut. Drove 20+ minutes in traffic and arrive 10 minutes before our scheduled time. When I walk in the door I am told they are closing early tonight and they are not taking any more clients. I pointed to the TV monitor with my boys names and mine on it. The girl at the counter told me she didnt care and that they were not going to take any more clients. She then told me to drive to the location off of c470 and Wadsworth, another 20 minutes away, and see if they had any availability. I told her I felt that was unreasonable and that she should have called me before I drove all that way. Didnt even say sorry for the inconvenience. Poor attitude and poor customer service. I have since taken my boys and myself to Roosters in Belmar. Much better service and they do a better job cutting our hair.

Been here twice, was happy both times. Along with some of the reviews, I personally do think the MVP is a waste of money but thats my opinion, not a reason to give 1 star. Last I checked.... it is called consumer choice, if you dont think the wash + cheesy message isnt worth it... then dont get the service! If you want them to wash your hair + give you cheesy message... then request the MVP!!! Yes, they are required to ask you if you want the MVP but thats called doing their job..... Im guessing everyone has to do things they dont like at times as a part of their own job?

This place was friendly but I got the an AWFUL haircut. She wouldnt show me the back and when I arrived to my hotel room to look I saw why. She completely butchered the back of my hair. I was suppose to get the no line shape for the back of my neck and she ended up just taking a no guard and shaving half way up the back of my head. Absolutely awful and the worst part is i just wanted a nice little clean up before my cousins wedding that I am in this afternoon.

This was my FIRST experience at this location.First of all, don’t get the ‘MVP package’ even though they will try and force it on you regardless of what you say. It’s a waste of time and the cheap vibrator they use for their massage does nothing but provide an annoyance. They put a warm towel on your face for no reason, since they aren’t barbers they can’t even use straight razors! So what’s the point of that?! Anyway, avoid Lindsay at all costs, she just churns out sub par cuts and doesn’t listen to what you want. They care more about quantity than quality at this shop, and because of that I will never return. 5/10/2018
