This place doesnt even deserve 1 star!! I arrived almost 2 hours ago! No greeting and no status updates... And the fact that your name is about third on the list they provided, that means nothing. There may be 9 customers still ahead of you. We watched the chairs empty out about 6 times and while we waited, 3 more people were seated. I dont know if this was a bad day or time but it was RIDICULOUS! And Ill take my business and Tip somewhere else!

I will never take my son here again. They messed up my sons hairline and cut. The “manager” (some lady) was extremely rude and argued with my husband. My husband was calm and not rude but the “manager kept going on and on and was extremely rude. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This place is not worth $20 for kids cut.

I already posted on Yelp, Facebook, and now here. This place is the worst place I have taken my son to. I so bad regret taking him there. Not only did my son leave crying because he got a hair cut his did not want, but also we got the worst customer satisfaction. Mello, or Mellow has no costumer service knowledge an is super rude as a person. He does not care for the business he is representing when the Boss is not around (CLEARLY) How can I get over this horrible experience? All I can say is I felt very discriminated for being Hispanic since I got skipped and was giving priority to one of their own who happen to walk-in smh. N that is why we live in a world full of hatred because of racist people. There was no need to make me feel unwelcomed. Could have at least lied n said they were closing and I couldve easily walked to the next barber shop which was a minute away from there and problem solve. I should have looked on here or Yelp for reviews first thats what I should have done!

Great cuts. Wait time is horrible unless you are a friend...... lots of distractions, names arent called off list. First time was ok,two kids .This was second time, one kid and last time coming here!!!!!!!! Wait time horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible customer service experience. First time there, waited 2.5 hours, and left with no hair cut for my 2 year old son. How do you make a toddler wait that long? Smh!! They dont greet you or anything. They stand there and stare at you. I guess they have enough customers and do not want new ones. Ill never go back. Horrible treatment.

Im so upset I came in today to get my son aFADED MOHACK I walked around the mall when I came to check on him😳 he have my son a MOHACK!😡 I told him I wanted a faded MOHACK! Bad experience. Waited for over 2-3 hours and didnt even get a hair cut. They informed us that 3 people were ahead of us and when it came to be our turn he took more people in front of us.

The service was ok but he messed up on my haircut and he didnt do designs that I wanted and he put gel in my hair I dont think they know how to do a line up at all I would recommend Supercuts

Every time I go there I have felt very unwelcome. Went there today . I was asked to sign on and they would call. I waited over an hour and a half just to be told we called and come put your name on bottom of the list..This place would be a last last result.

They should update their website. I got there with my grandson at 8:25pm and they stated that they were closed. I said their website said they closed at 9pm and they replied that they had to clean up and they dont get paid overtime....
